Assessing Risks and Categorizing Root Causes of Demolition Construction using the QFD-FMEA Approach (QFD-FMEA를 이용한 해체공사의 위험평가와 근본원인의 분류 방법)

  • The demolition of domestic infrastructures mirrors other significant construction initiatives in presenting a markedly high accident rate. A comprehensive investigation into the origins of such accidents is crucial for the prevention of future incidents. Upon detailed inspection, the causes of demolition construction accidents are multifarious, encompassing unsafe worker behavior, hazardous conditions, psychological and physical states, and site management deficiencies. While statistics relating to demolition construction accidents are consistently collated and reported, there exists an exigent need for a more foundational cause categorization system based on accident type. Drawing from Heinrich's Domino Theory, this study classifies the origins of accidents(unsafe behavior, unsafe conditions) and human errors(human factors) as per the type of accidents experienced during demolition construction. In this study, a three-step model of QFD-FMEA(Quality Function Deployment - Failure Mode Effect Analysis) is employed to systematically categorize accident causes according to the types of accidents that occur during demolition construction. The QFD-FMEA method offers a technique for cause classification at each stage of the demolition process, including direct causes(unsafe behavior, unsafe environment), and human errors(human factors) through a tri-stage process. The results of this accident cause classification can serve as safety knowledge and reference checklists for accident prevention efforts.

  • We would like to study and develop the optimized WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) considering project's range, schedule, cost and human resources management with defining phased work in main task and preceding and escorting relationships for effective small and medium enterprises' informatization through standardized PSDM(Production System Development Methodology). For more systemic and effective system built-up, it introduces production information with WBS study which is appropriate for the small and medium enterprises with setting up management items for enhancing system's reliability, quality, productivity, smooth communication among the participated enterprises such as the small and medium enterprises, IT enterprises, and supervision enterprises, and operational support including maintenance of the built system. This study is purpose of helping a lot of the small and medium enterprises and IT enterprises to build up the systems more effective and reliable within planned schedule using the standardized methodology.

  • The aim of this study is to show how much career management system of hospital affect the psychological state and career effectiveness for hospital employees. The research was dealing the issues about hospital's career management system which affect organizational engagement. Moreover, these psychological factors have to be analyzed in the relation of career effectiveness. Finally, based on the analyzed results, this study has provide useful information for hospital management to establish efficient and productive human resources-management measures in therms to increase in organizational engagement and career commitment of employees as well. Questionnaires were distributed to employees who are working in hospital located in Seoul city. We found that career management support systems have a significant effect on job engagement. In addition, job engagement influences significantly career commitment. Conclusion and implications are discussed.

  • The present study proposed three inspection reliability indices which compared inspection results evaluated at in-depth(routine) inspection and in-depth safety inspection; Nominal inspection reliability index, Real inspection reliability index, and DS nominal inspection reliability index. The methods to improve the inspection reliability were also proposed. Since bridge inspection process is critical to ensuring the safety of bridges and identifying repair and maintenance needs, the quality of the inspection data produced from the inspection process is very important. Consequently, the inspection reliability indices were suggested to evaluate quality of current inspection practices. Specifically, approximately 85% of inspection errors evaluated by the DS nominal inspection reliability index are within 1 rating grade(equal to or less than damage score ${\pm}0.1$). In order to improve the inspection reliability, transportation agency should implement QC(Quality Control) practices and develop professional expertises of inspectors by higher requirements for inspectors, on-off line inspection training and etc.

Understanding Customer Values by Analyzing the Contents of Online Hotel Reviews (온라인 호텔이용후기의 질적 내용분석에 의한 고객가치 연구)

  • This study analyzed the contents of online hotel reviews of Benikea hotels. The results were as follows: First, the outstanding customer value were functional value, emotional value, price/value for money and epistemic value, conditional value are next. Social value was not found. Functional value was provoked by the functions of hotel room, room amenities, room view, room cleaness, restaurant service, and hotel staff friendliness as human services. Emotional value was the emotional response to the qualities of hotel's functions. Price/value for money was a perceived value of hotel user by the comparison of what to invest with what to receive. From the results, it can be proposed that hotel should maintain the basic qualities of core functions of hotel.

  • This research aims to analyze the importance-performance among multiplex cinema selection attributes. Therefore, we collected data for visitors who visited the multiplex cinema and want to watch movies. Of the various multiplex cinema selection attributes, four factors were deduced that includes: major services, human services, physical environment, auxiliary services using exploratory factor analysis. In the quadrant I, the area of 'Concentrate Here' was 'diversity of screening time', 'diversity of movie genre', 'convenience of mobile app use', 'size and convenience of parking facility'. In the quadrant II, 'Keep up the Good Work' area was 'convenience of website booking', 'discounts through card partnerships', 'employee friendliness', 'accurate employee information delivery', 'comfortable seating', 'screen size', 'cinematic sound quality', and 'convenience of traffic' etc. The quadrant III, 'Low Priority' appeared to be 'membership system', 'tidiness of staff attire', 'resting space for waiting time', 'accessibility to the neighboring area', 'diversity of the snack corner', and 'overall cleanliness' etc. The quadrant IV, 'Possible Overkill' was 'appropriateness of the auditorium temperature' and 'service proficiency'.

의류상품 소비자의 판매촉진 반응유형과 쇼핑성향

  • 본 연구는, 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 의류 상품의 판촉에 초점을 맞추어, 판촉의 여러 방법 별 소비자들의 반응 정도를 알아보고, 그 반응 경향이 소비자의 인구통계적 특성, 판촉에 대한 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동과 연관성을 가지는지를 규명함을 목적으로 한다. 수도권 거주 여성 444명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 분석이 이루어졌다. 실증적 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 판촉의 각 방법에 대한 소비자들의 반응 정도는 가격 할인이 가장 높았고 그 다음은 디스플레이, 쿠폰, 사은품, 백화점 패션쇼, 경품의 순서로 나타났다. 가격 할인, 디스플레이, 사은품, 쿠폰, 백화점 패션쇼 등 5가지 판촉 방법에 대한 소비자 반응 정도를 기준으로 군집분석한 결과 판촉에 대한 반응 유형에 있어 차이를 보이는 5개 집단을 규명할 수 있었다. 각 집단의 인구통계적 특성들 중에서는 소비자 자신의 학력과 자녀의 연령만이 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 각 집단의 판촉 태도는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 각 집단은 의복 쇼핑 성향 및 의복 구매 관련 정보원 이용에서 차이를 보였다. 결론에서는, 실증적 연구의 결과 판촉에 대한 소비자 반응 유형별로 인구통계적 특성, 판촉 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으므로 의류 상품의 판촉 전략 수립시 표적 집단의 특성에 따라 판촉 방법 선택이나 판촉 정보 전달 경로 등을 조절하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다. 예를 들어, 신중/경제적 쇼핑 성향을 가지며 판촉에 대한 태도가 호의적인 소비자들에 대해서는 다양한 정보 전달 경로를 통해 가격 할인이나 쿠폰을 제공하는 것이 좋은 판촉 방법이 될 것이며, 쾌락/유행 지향적이고 상표/품질을 중시하는 소비자들에 대해서는 잡지, 인적 정보, 카탈로그 등을 정보 전달 경로로 하여 디스플레이나 패션쇼를 통해 판매 촉진을 할 수 있을 것이다.0.10 $h^{-1}$과 0.09$h^{-1}$h-1이었고, 반감기는 각각 6.93 및 7.70시간으로 측정되었다. 각각의 농도에서 12시간 및 8시간 이후에는 g당 0.19$\mu\textrm{g}$ 및 0.18$\mu\textrm{g}$이하로 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. Phosphamidon과 profenofos의 급성어독성은 profenofos가 높았고, BCF profenofos가 phosphamidon보다 약 100배 정도 높게 나타났으며, 배설속도는 phosphamidon이 profenofos보다 약 2배 정도 빨랐다.

  • The competition between ship management companies is fierce as a result of global trend towards increased specialization. In order for ship management companies to remain competitive, it is necessary to understand the local and global factors and the changing circumstances that impact shipping markets and trade patterns. To better understand these factors, a study and analysis of drawing priority of the competitiveness-evaluation factors of ship management companies was conducted using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a method dealing with dicision-making problem. As a consequence of this analysis, it was determined that human resources, both shipboard and land management, were a primary factor in ship management company's competitiveness. Thus, the acquisition and retention of capable staff was a key aspect of assuring a ship management company's competitiveness.

  • 본 연구에서는 우리 자동차산업이 직면한 총체적인 위기상황을 극복하기 위한 방 안으로, 자동차 생산방식의 변혁, 인적자원관리의 혁신을 통한 생산성 제고, 독자 기술개발 능력의 조기확보, 효율적인 부품조달체제의 형성 등 산업전반에 걸친 혁신으로, 내적인 경 쟁력을 축적함과 동시에, 지역주의화의 진전에 따른 수출 여건의 악화를 극복하기 위해 선 진권 및 개발도상국으로의 현지화 노력이 적극적으로 추진되지 않으면 안될, 중대한 시점에 와 있다고 진단하면서, 본 연구의 목적을, 생산현장을 중심으로 한 내적 경쟁력 확보로 정 의하고, 그 실현방안으로서, 급변하는 시장환경에 적극 대응하기 위한 생산방식의 도입과, 이를 지원하는 생산정보시스템의 구축 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 첫 번째는, 변화가 급격한 시장환경에 적극 대응하는 생산방식의 도입으로, 철저한 낭비 배제 사상 - 생산현장의 낭비 소요를 배제(개선)하는 것만이 아니라 배제하고 바로 체계를 바꾸어 (개혁) 원래의 상태로 되돌아가지 않도록 하는 -을 기본으로, 정보, 관리, 생산, 제품, 물류 등에 관련된 손실 비 용을 감축시킴으로서 원가를 낮추고, 고객이 요구하는 다양하고, 좋은 품질이 제품을 신속 히 공급할 수 있는 체계를 갖추는 것이다. 이러한 낭비 배제 사상은 생산현장에서 필요한 것을, 필요한 때에, 필요한 만큼 만들고 운반하며 전달하는 관리 개선 등을 의미하며, 이것 을 적은 인원 및 설비로 최대한 빨리 (리드 타임의 단축), 계획대로 수행하도록 하는 것이 동기화 생산방식이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 자동차 생산공정 중 주 조립공정의 ALC(Assembly Line Control)에 대응하여, 선행 공정으로서 부품을 공급하는 Job Shop의 동기화 생산방식을 실제 적용한 사례 중심으로 전개하고자 한다. 두 번째의 접근방식은, 동 기화 생산방식에 컴퓨터 통합생산 (CIM, Computer Integrated Manufacturing)의 기술을 구 현, 적용하는 것이다. 즉, 동기화 생산 시스템 (SPS, Syncronized Production Sytem)을 구 축하는 것인데, 이것은 최신의 컴퓨터 기술을 생산현장에 적용함으로써 새로운 생산방식의 혁신에 버금가는 기술혁신이라 할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 이러한 접근은 컴퓨터 및 통신 기술의 눈부신 발전을 기초로 가능해진 것인데, 제조업에서의 심각한 고비용, 저효율 문제 를 해결하기 위해 필수적으로 도입해야만 하는 실정이다. 또한 소비자의 다양한 요구로 인 하여 제품의 종류와 사양면에서 심한 변동을 보이는 시장 수요에, 신속한 정보처리로 대응 하는데도 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 자동차 Job Shop의 동기화 생산방식을 지원하는 동기화 생산시스템의 구축 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Through a selection factor analysis of the local healthcare institutions Building complex medical services strategy (지방의료원의 선택요인분석을 통한 복합적인 의료서비스 전략 구축)

  • This study reviews equipped with enhanced capability of medical care, quality service, accessibility, and consumer awareness to be a competitive and representative local healthcare service provider with improved administrative efficiency. The method of analysis are ANOVA and Structural Equation Modeling. The results which revealed the significant difference among demographic factors in determining the preference or degree of satisfaction at medical service to select local healthcare institutions suggest that the close review on the needs of groups of major customers of local healthcare institutions are necessary when preparing the strategy of specialized medical service of local healthcare institutions. this suggests that both images would be important factors to secure the competitive advantage of local healthcare institution and therefore the strategy maximized the enhancement of medical service with embossed image of hospital to attract customers of medical service is needed.
