정보기술에 의한 HPR 과 병원 경영 환경변화의 기대효과

  • IMF 체제와 의료시장 개방 체제속에서 경쟁우위와 합리적인 경영환경을 구축하기 위해서는 의료업계에서도 불합리한 구조적 개선과 다변화하는 고객서비스 개선을 위해 병원 조직의 효과성 또는 경영 합리화를 위해 구조조정이 불가피하다. 변화의 대응전략 하나로정보기술(Information Technology)에 의한 HPR(Hospital Process ReEngineering) 방법론을 적용시켜 조직의 리스트럭처링(Restructuring)과 프로세스 리엔지니어링(Process ReEngineering)개선으로 인한 경영환경 변화요인을 분석함으로써 기대되는 학습조직, 유연조직, 가상조직, 네트워크 조직, 인간존중조직의 구성효과와 서비스의 질적 향상, 조직의 재구성, 업무의 재분배,인적자원의 적재적소 배치, 사무환경개선, 업무처리과정이 표준와, 경영환경 개선의 기대효과와 정보기술은 단순한 프로세스의 개선, 효율화가 아니라 새로운 환경에 적합한 최적의 경영도구로 병원의 목적 달성에 간접적이 아닌 직접적인 도움을 주는 성공요인으로 평가하였다.

Governance of Regional Innovation Policies of the Lorraine Region in France (프랑스 로렌지역 지역혁신정책상의 거버넌스 구조: 혁신주체간 협력관계를 중심으로)

  • The Lorraine region of France is one of the regions in the core of Europe that suffered most from the decline of its traditional industries. Since the 1970s, various levels of governments have attempted to solve the economic and social problems originating from de-industrialization with policies of regional innovation, e.g., establishing technopole, the creation of the technology transfer network, the launch of the RTP project, and business incubators to promote start-ups, technology transfers, and networks between governments, businesses, universities, public research institutes, and the public. In this context, this paper attempts to analyse governance of regional innovation policies of the Lorraine region, based on an analytical framework developed by a groups of researchers, i.e.. Bae et at (2006). The paper concludes that the roles of governments are important in creating and implementing regional innovation policies of the Lorraine region; the policies heavily rely on the R&D capacity of universities and public research institutes; and various levels of governments have different roles to play.

  • In this study, in light of the reality that the need for systematic development of military service resource management and alternative service discipline / switching service discipline has been discussed for illegal liquidation of military service obligations (Tekketsu) in connection with the military service system, and pluralistic it is assumed judgment if centralized military manpower administration (MMA) the recruitment structure that is, military service resource management that to effectively manage. It is determined that it can improve the precision, thereby increasing and the resource-specific Service Discipline instruction, fairness to ensure consistency in the resource management of Alternate Service Discipline / Switching Service Discipline among, high quality and accessibility of such people petition I thought there may be a service provider is realized, that centralization of MMA is also realized, trying to allo improved fairness associated with the performance of military service obligation. Therefore, in this study, we are exploring a scheme that is able to achieve the unification of the human resource management of military service entity to perform the duty of national defense.

A Study on the Required Characteristics of Collaborative Online Platform for Social Enterprises

  • Social enterprises have a high cost structure, inefficient operation, and poor human and material resources due to a dual structure that must achieve both economic and social purposes. To solve this problem, collaboration, such as sharing resources and information between social enterprises, is emerging as an important management issue. Accordingly, in recent years, the establishment and operation of an online platform is being emphasized as a means to effectively support the problem of lack of resources (human resources, equipment, funds, and technology) between social enterprises, the promotion of joint projects between companies, and the establishment of organic information sharing and communication channels between companies. This study empirically analyzed how the required characteristics of the online platform that supports the collaboration of social enterprises vary depending on the characteristics of the enterprise (general characteristics, collaboration characteristics), and found that there are statistically significant differences depending on the size. These results are expected to be useful in deriving management plans for online platforms for cooperation support for domestic social enterprises in the future, and seeking ways to increase collaboration using the platforms.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate that effect of the social support to individual desire of reemployment and satisfaction to reemployed works of career interrupted women. We surveyed about 400 career interrupted women living in Seoul who quit their job within 3 years, analyzed collected data with empirical analysis, and applied structural equation analysis to verify the assumed model for this study. The results of this study showed that social supports influence career interrupted women's individual desire of reemployment, satisfaction to their work, and self-esteem. And the results also showed that the desire of reemployment performs a parametric role between social supports and satisfaction of reemployment. As a consequence, this study showed importance of social supports to reemployment of career interrupted women and satisfaction to their reemployment, therefore, can be helpful to build public policies to promote social manage of women resources.

  • In this study, we examine the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behaviors of the members, and try to understand what moderate effect trust in these relationships. To do this, we set up research models and hypotheses that shared leadership will influence innovative behavior through literature review. We also added the moderating effect of Trust on the relationship between these variables. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for corporate member in Daegu and Kyungbuk area. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to test hypotheses. As a result, Shared leadership has a significant effect on innovation behavior. In particular, trust among members has been shown to regulate the relationship between shared leadership and innovation behavior. The results of this study will be applied to the strategic human resources management of major organizations.

  • The purpose of this study was to research the relationships among self-leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation one of the performance variables of employees in travel agency. As more and more travel agency organizations move toward competitive environments, organizational members at all levels are being encouraged to take greater responsibility for their own job tasks and work behaviors. Self-leadership involves the influence people exert over themselves to achieve the self-motivation and self-direction needed to accomplish desirable outcomes. To accomplish this study, it was determined that the analysis derived from a hypothesis and literature reviews and data collected from 206 employees in travel agency.The results of empirical analysis showed as follows. First, Self-leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation. Second, Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment and customer orientation. Third, Organizational commitment has a significant effect on customer orientation. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

The Effects of Overseas Internships on Development of English Competence (해외인턴쉽의 영어능력 발전에 미치는 영향)

  • In an attempt to shed light on the effects of overseas internships on foreign language development, this study investigated the differences in English compositions written by 10 Korean university students who joined an overseas internship program for 15 weeks. For data collection, the participants each wrote an English composition before and after the internship. Data collected was analyzed to discern differences in the two writings, and statistical analyses were carried out of the results. Results showed that the participants appeared to have attained lexical fluency, generating longer sentences embedded with multisyllabic, more diverse types, more complex and less redundant words in more complicated structures after the internship. This study revealed that overseas internships facilitated the growth of linguistic abilities. Korean SMEs need to enhance the global capacity of their human resources via overseas internships to strengthen their global competitiveness, apart from improving their industrial competencies such as productivity and product quality.

  • 태양열, 바람, 지열, 진동 등의 우리주변에서 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 에너지를 모아서 필요로 하는 전자기기의 에너지원으로 사용하는 개념의 에너지하비스팅에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기계적인 변경으로 전압이 발생하는 압전체는 오래전 알려져 있었지만 발생전압이 낮아 에너지발전용으로 적용이 힘들었다. 하지만 전자기기의 소형화와 함께 필요로 하는 전력도 수 ${\mu}W$로 낮아짐으로 압전체를 이용한 에너지하비스팅이 주목 받고 있다. 전선으로 연결하여 전원을 공급하기 힘든 위치에 있는 전자기기는 주기적으로 배터리를 교환해 주어야한다. 이는 시간적, 금전적, 인적자원의 낭비이며 반영구적으로 전원을 공급할 장치개발이 필요하다. 구조물은 수~ 수십 Hz로 진동을 하며 이 진동으로 압전체에 변형을 주어 전압을 발생시킨다. 변형이 클 때 발생전압도 크게 되므로 압전체를 칸틸레버형태로 제작했다. 더 큰 전압발생을 위해 메탈을 사이에 두고 양면에 압전체를 둔 바이몰프 형태로 캔틸레버를 제작했다. 이때 진동의 충격을 완화시켜 압전체에 인가되도록 하고 구조물의 고유진동수모다 큰 진동수로 압전체가 진동하도록 하기위해 스프링을 사용하여 제작하였다. 이 스프링 지지구조 및 가진 조건에 따른 발전특성을 알아보았다.
