A Critical Review of Online Search Strategy Models (온라인 탐색전략에 관한 비판적 고찰)

  • This paper defines online search strategy as a global approach to the resolution of online searching. Five search strategy models including Brief Search. Building Blocks Strategies. Successive Facet Strategies, Successive Fractions Approach, and Citation Pearl Growing, are critically reviewed. Applicability and adaptability of each strategy are examined in the real concrete online searching environment.

  • 타이어가 마모되면 미끄러지기 쉬울뿐 아니라, 위험하다. 특히 과마모된 타이어가 젖은 노면을 주행하게 되면 ,정지거리가 길어지든가 또는 옆으로 미끄러지기 쉬우므로 위험하며, 또 타이어의 수상활주현상(Hydroplaning)이 일어나기 쉽다. 그러므로 본고에서는 날로 더해가는 교통량의 증가로 과마모타이어의 사용률이 늘어나게 됨으로써 교통사고와 직결되는 타이어의 위험부담을 조금이라도 줄여보고자 타이어로 인한 교통사고의 원인분석과 그 대책을 살펴본 것이다. 특히 본고에서는 일본의 전국 교통사고분석관회의에서 발표된 보고서의 자료를 인용하여 마모타이어와 교통사고의 연관성을 분석해 본 것이다. 따라서 본자료는 처음부터 완전한 것은 아니며 앞으로도 계속 연구할 필요가 있을 것으로 보며, 이 기회에 관련업체는 물론, 관계기관에서도 마모타이어로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 적극적인 대책을 강구해 줄 것을 진심으로 바라는 바이다.<편자 주>

  • 과학기술 문헌을 활용한 계량정보분석에서 학과정보의 활용은 매유 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 한국과학기술인용색인데이터베이스에 등재된 국내 학술지 논문에 출현하는 대학기관 소속 저자의 학과정보를 추출하고 데이터 정제 및 학과유형 분류 처리를 통해 학과정보 데이터셋을 구축하였다. 학과정보 데이터셋을 학습데이터와 검증데이터로 이용하여 딥러닝 기반의 자동분류 모델을 구현하였으며, 모델 성능 평가 결과는 한글 학과정보 기준 98.6%와 영문 학과정보 기준 97.6%의 정확률로 측정되었다. 향후 과학기술 분야별 지적관계 분석 및 논문 주제분류 등에 학과정보 자동분류 처리기의 활용이 기대된다.

  • It is essential to conduct an analysis of superior journals, facilitate the international distribution of domestic journals, and determine an effective way to promote a journal's international distribution. This study seeks to determine an effective approach to the international distribution of Korean medical and life science journals and investigates the bibliographies, home pages, and databases about four international distribution factors with regard to 90 journals arranged into three categories. For the effective way of distributing domestic journals internationally, we should develope Korean journals with international standards, record the journals' articles in international and domestic databases, raise the rate of international subscription and holding journals. and publish electronic journals linking their electronic files with many databases.

Evaluation of Moment Transfer Efficiency According to the Connection Length of the Column Flange and the Beam Web of the H-beam Column Connection (H형강 보-기둥 접합부의 보 웨브 단부접합길이에 따른 모멘트전달효율 평가)

  • In this study, in order to compare the seismic performance of steel structure beam-column connection details and non-scallop connection details mainly used in Korea, a full-scale static cyclic loading test and FEM analysis were conducted through the same modeling as the experiment. For quantitative numerical comparison, the strain concentration ratio and moment transfer efficiency used in previous studies were cited. As the welding area of the beam web decreased, the deformation rate of the beam flange increased, and the plastic deformation capacity according to the rotation angle decreased or brittle fracture occurred. Comparing the analysis results with the experimental results, the possibility of brittle fracture tended to increase when the web welding ratio for the total cross-sectional area of H-shaped fell below 60%.

A Case Study on the Converting Journals to Open Access in the field of Library and Information Science and Archival Science in Korea (국내 문헌정보학 및 기록학 분야 학술지 오픈액세스 출판 전환 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and effects of open access conversion of journals from 7 societies that participated in the "Open Access Publication Declaration Academic Societies in the Field of Library and Information Science", and to identify problems and suggest improvement directions. To this end, the study analyzed the current status based on the elements presented in the "Roadmap for Open Access Publishing Conversion of the Library and Information Science Journals in Korea" and analyzed citation rates. The following problems were identified. First, some journals were not applying CCL or were unable to register it accurately with KJCI, and none of the 7 journals were registered with DOAJ. Second, the newly used journal platforms had not yet registered all previous issues after the conversion. Third, there was a tendency for the article processing charges to be partially increased, and there was also a tendency for editorial staff expenses to increase. Fourth, citation indexes after conversion were lower for both journals compared to the previous 4-5 years. This study proposes that joint publication of journals is necessary to solve practical problems jointly with societies while promoting economies of scale and suggests the need for further development of a roadmap.

Calculation of Phosphorus Release Flux from Benthic Sediments in Sookchun Lake (소옥천 호소 저서퇴적물의 인 용출률 산정)

  • This study examined pollution level of sediment in Sookchun lake, and studied dredging validity by examining phosphorous release characteristics on surface polluted soil. Total phosphorous, the principal cause of algal blooms, exceeded dredging assessment standards regarding Daechung lake (1.5 mg/g) at all points. Also at all points, total nitrogen exceeded the dredging assessment standard regarding Paldang Lake (1.1 mg/g), but fell short of the standard regarding Daechung lake (3.0 mg/g). Dredging zone was suggested in this study is Chuso water body (WS-6~WS-12) in Sookchun lake. In relation to sediment pollution levels measured at different depths, LOI tended to decrease as it became deeper. The concentrations of T-N varied depending upon the depth as well as points, but no regular pattern was observed. The depth and site did not significantly influence T-P. From the results of phosphorous release tests, it was shown that total phosphorous release flux was calculated to be $7.2{\sim}15.4mg/m^2/d$ for anaerobic condition, $0.5{\sim}2.0mg/m^2/d$ for aerobic condition and $2.0{\sim}4.1mg/m^2/d$ for facultative condition. Release flux and T-P concentration of surface sediments had positive correlation ($R^2$ 0.7871). And The corelation between release flux and DO condition in reactor had strong negative correlation ($R^2$ 0.8824).

The study for NHPP Software Reliability Model based on Kappa(2) distribution (Kappa(2) NHPP에 의한 소프트웨어 신뢰성 모형에 관한 연구)

  • Finite failure NHPP models presented in the literature exhibit either constant, monotonic increasing or monotonic decreasing failure occurrence rates per fault. In this paper, Goel-Okumoto and Yamada-Ohba-Osaki model was reviewed, proposes the Kappa(2) reliability model, which can capture the nomotonic decreasing nature of the failure occurrence rate per fault. Algorithm to estimate the parameters used to maximum likelihood estimator and bisection method, model selection based on sum of the squared errors and Kolmogorov distance, for the sake of efficient model, was employed. Analysis of failure using real data set, SYS2(Allen P.Nikora and Michael R.Lyu), for the sake of proposing two parameter of the Kappa distribution, was employed. This analysis of failure data compared with the Kappa model and the existing model using arithmetic and Laplace trend tests, bias tests is presented.

소비자 특성이 무선인터넷 이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 2000년 말 현재 이동전화기가입자 중 약 $91\%$가 무선 인터넷 가능 단말기를 보유하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 단말기의 보급에도 불구하고 무선인터넷 서비스 이용률은 매우 저조란 실적이다. 여러 가지 이유가 있겠지만 그 중의 하나로서 본 연구는 소비자 특성인 무선인터넷 이용에 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 1)무선인터넷 이용에 영향을 미치는 소비자의 인구통계학적 특설변수는 무엇인가? 2) 무선인터넷 단말보유자는 라이프스타일에 따라 어떻게 유형화되는가? 3) 무선인터넷 단말 보유자의 유형별 특성은 무엇이며 무선인터넷 인용에 있어서 어떠한 차이가 존재하는가? 이 문제에 대한 답을 구하기 위해 본 연구에서는 전국의 무선인터넷 단말기 보유자 1500면을 대상으로 일대일 면접방식으로 설문을 실시하였다. 분석결과 인구통계학적인 변수 중에서는 연령과 직업, 결혼여부, 학생, 개인용돈 등인 무선인터넷 이용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합적으로 요약해 볼 때 무선인터넷 서비스를 이용하고 있는 소비자들의 인구통계학적인 특징은 학생 중심의 젊은층이었다. 한편 성별이나 가족의 월수입은 무선인터넷 이용여부에 통계적으로 유의란 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 라이프스타일에 따라 무선인터넷 가능 단말 보유자 집단을 세분화해 본 결과 선구자형, 실용성추구형, 보수추구형, 자기과시형 둥 네 유형으로 분류할 수 있었으며, 집단 간에 무선인터넷 이용에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다.
