This study aims to measure Korea's global competitiveness in intelligent information technology, which is the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution. For analysis, we collect patents of each field and prior patents cited by them, which are applied at the U.S. Patent Office (USPTO) between 2010 and 2018 from PATSTAT Online. A global knowledge transfer network was established by grouping citing- and cited-relationships at a national level. The in-degree centrality is used to evaluate technology acceptance, which indicates the process of absorbing existing technological knowledge to create new knowledge in each field. Second, to evaluate the impact of existing technological knowledge on the creation of new one, the out-degree centrality is investigated. Third, we apply the PageRank algorithm to qualitatively and quantitatively investigate the importance of the relationships between countries. As a result, it is confirmed through all the indicators that the AI sector is currently the least competitive.

The discovery of new historical resources is important in that it ensures the sustainability of future researches and enables new interpretations and expansion of them. The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of Chinese reports related to the newly discovered Gwangju Student Movement in terms of contents. In particular, since Chinese reports contain the same expressions and contents, we tried to figure out which materials from Korea and Japan were cited the same and what kind of relationships there were. The analysis results are as follows: First, the relationship between the reports on December 6, 1929, which were newly claimed as the first reports, and the Gwangju Student Movement was explained in detail. Although there is no specific indication that the distributing of manifesto and arresting case on December 6th in Seoul was related to the Gwangju Student Movement, it should be viewed as the first reports made to support it. Second, in previous studies, it was revealed that the contents known as the newspaper's own reports were actually quoted from previous reports in Korea or Japan. Third, it was confirmed that the contents of reports could be affected by the citation reports according to the political characteristics of the newspapers.

Zhang yimou's film "the shadow" adopts a lot of modern literary symbolic content in the story structure. The novel has been greatly modified, abandoning the setting of the original work and making up the historical background of the story, thus completing the discourse practice of aerial literature rather than historical literature. The film expresses the historical story poetically and even writes the personal mind. In this way, the audience's sense of substitution is increased, and a large number of traditional Chinese cultural symbols are adopted visually. In terms of clothing, the most traditional is sought, which advocates loyalty to history, and adds cultural connotation and depth. The audience can feel the bold and unfettered artistic creation spirit of the main creator, as well as the novel and unique visual expression style, which makes his works have both traditional visual perception and modern story content. The combination of traditional vision and modern drama forms a new visual and cultural experience.

협회는 11월 29일 코엑스인터콘티넨탈호텔에서 윤리위원회를 비롯해 협회 임원진, 코스닥증권시장, 코스닥위원회, 기술신용보증기금, 신용보증기금관계자 등이 참석한 가운데 벤처윤리위원회 확대간담회를 열었다. 윤리위원회는 제2의 벤처붐을 앞두고 있는 시점에서 벤처기업에 대한 신뢰회복 방안으로 윤리경영이 필수적임을 강조하면서 윤리경영이 확산될 수 있도록 인용기관에서 인센티브를 부여해 줄 것을 건의했다. 이에 관련 기관들은 평가툴(tool)이 개발되고 실제 검증을 할 수 있다면 세부적인 인센티브 부여안에 대해 협의해 나가겠다고 밝혔다. 또 인센티브 부여를 위한 실천방안으로 평가툴의 공동개발을 위한 테스크포스(TF)팀을 운영하기로 합의했다.

금방이라도 무엇인가 토해낼 것처럼 꾸무럭거리는 하늘. 그 아래로 차운 바람을 타고 소금기어린 인천바다 냄새가 코를 스친다. 미쳐 마감하지 못한 마른 나뭇잎은 이리저리 굴리고 날리고..... 4계절의 변화가 뚜렷하여 인간생활에 가장 적절한 조건을 가졌다는 생각을 떠올리면서 옷을 뚫고 스미는 찬바람을 위로한다. 그런 외피적인 계절변화와 관계없이 우리는 더 많은 변화를 겪게 되는 것 같다. 그 중에서도 특히 육신의 고통은 이 꾸무럭거리는 날씨만큼이나 차운 바람을 몰아다 주겠지...... 이런 생각에 젖으면서 건협 인천부를 방문한 기자는 친구의 권유로 건협에서 건강검사를 받았다가 간 기능이상을 발견 투병생활을 해오고 있는 육인용씨(43, 경기도 시흥군 군자면 정왕리 858번지)를 만났다.

8.15광복후부터 현재까지의 지리교육은 1960년대 초기까지는 주로 중등교육이 중심이되어 각급학교의 교육과정의 개편이 지리교육의 방향을 결정하였던 것은 주지의 사실이다. 그러나 필자는 중등학교의 지리교육에 한정하지 않고 1960년대에 들어서면서 부터 각 대학에 신설된 지리학과 또는 사회생활(교육)과내의 지리전공(이후 편의상 지리과로 사용키로함)을 중심한 대학에서의 지리교육 그리고 이들 각 대학의 활동, 지리교육에 관계된 활동 및 각종 연구업적을 중심으로 개괄적으로 정리하였다. 본 논문중에 인용된 연구활동이나 업적등은 주로서 말미에 기재하였다.

This study investigated the intellectual structure of Korean library and information science and its change in the 1990s using author co-citation analysis. The citation data came from in 3 journals in the field of library and information science from 1990 through 1999, and 50 authors were selected and analyzed in detail by means of multi-variate statistical techniques such as multidimensional scaling, cluster analysis, factor analysis and crosstab analysis in order to excess the intellectual structure of discipline and its changing research patterns.

연구기관의 연구 활동에 대한 평가는 연구기관에 소속된 연구자들의 논문으로 연구 활동을 분석함으로써 이루어질 수 있다. 논문으로 연구 활동을 분석하여 연구기관에 대한 평가를 하기 위해서는 논문을 작성한 저자의 소속기관이 가장 먼저 식별되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 과학학술지 논문에 대한 저자의 소속 연구기관을 식별하는 시스템을 구축하여 각 연구기관의 연구 활동에 대하여 분석해 보았다. 이러한 시스템을 기반으로 연구기관별 논문 수, 피인용 횟수, 1회 이상 피인용 된 논문 수 등의 기본 연구 활동을 분석하여 얻은 결과는 연구 기관 평가의 근거로 사용할 있으며, 나아가 특정 분야에서 강세를 보이는 연구기관과 연구기관끼리의 협업 관계를 분석하여 정책에 활용할 수도 있다.

This study examined the process of production, utilization and extinction of researches through academic activities to identify the structural characteristics of the field of discipline of administration in Korea from the viewpoint of research ecosystem. To this end, statistical and network analyses were conducted, focusing on bibliographies, references, and keyword for papers published in 29 domestic journals in the field of public administration for the past five years. The results of the analysis, researchers in the field of public administration in Korea maintain a rather horizontal connection and are connected organically rather than separately. In addition, the core academic journals and keyword were extracted to present the connection, and the speed of knowledge transfer and deterioration was measured to identify the phenomenon of decreasing value in literature.
