DMZ 및 접경지역은 지난 60여 년간 인간의 간섭을 받지 않아 세계적으로 우수한 생태계의 보고이며, 백두대간, 도서연안과 함께 한반도 3대 핵심생태축의 하나로서 한반도생태계보전을 위한 가장 중요한 지역이다. 이러한 DMZ 및 접경지역에 대하여 국내적 중요성 인식 제고뿐만 아니라 국제적으로도 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs)으로서의 가치인식을 위해 IUCN에서 제시하는 평가기준을 검토하고 이의 기준을 적용하여 DMZ의 생물다양성에 대한 국제적 가치정도 판단 및 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs)으로서의 보전방안을 수립하고자 한다. 첫째, DMZ 일대를 대상으로 서식하는 자생식물의 분포지역을 파악하여 DMZ 및 접경지역의 식물상은 18과 139속 367종 1아종 44변종 10품종 422분류군으로, 총 138과 613속 1,517종 8아종 217변종 58품종으로 총 1,800분류군으로 확인되었다. 본 연구대상지의 동부지역에서 가장 많은 1,482분류군, 중부지역은 1,225분류군, 서부지역은 1,080분류군으로 가장 적은수의 식물이 확인되었다. 둘째, DMZ 및 접경지역을 대상으로 객관적이고 정량적인 방법을 통한 DMZ 및 접경지역의 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs) 지정기준을 적용하여 개느삼, 금강초롱, 모데미풀 3종을 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs) 후보종으로 선정하였다. 후보종별로 분포예측 결과 전체 면적 $5,270.5km^2$ 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs) 지정을 제안하였다. 셋째, 지정기준을 통하여 선정된 DMZ 및 접경지역에 서식하는 주요 식물에 대한 국제적 가치를 판단하여 우리나라 상황에 맞는 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs)을 적용함으로써 효과적인 관리방안으로 투명하고 체계화된 국제적 기준으로 해당 지역 내의 생물종 다양성을 지속가능하게 보호하기 위한 구체적인 방향 설정 및 관리를 위한 노력이 이루어질 수 있도록 유도 할 수 있다. 수집된 자료를 통하여 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs)에 적합한 종을 중심으로 보호구역을 지정하고 국내적으로 중요한 지역적 멸종위기종에 대한 적용을 추가적으로 진행하여 식물다양성이 중요한 지역의 보호를 위한 우선순위 및 구체적 접근계획을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 국가적인 차원에서 DMZ 및 접경지역의 지속적인 조사를 통하여 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs)기준 적용에 필요한 기초자료를 충분히 수집하고 국내 환경에 부합하는 중요생물다양성지역(KBAs)기준 적용을 통하여 꾸준히 재평가하여 후속연구의 발판을 마련하여야 한다.

To survive in the trend of the fourth industrial revolution, companies are putting a lot of attention and effort into personalization services using the latest technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, while entrusting third parties to handle personal information on the grounds of work efficiency, expertise and cost reduction. In such an environment, consignors need to check trustees on a more effective and reasonable basis to ensure personal information safety for trustees. This study used AHP techniques to derive the importance and priority of each item of "Personal Information Safety Assurance Measures" for financial companies and trustees, and objectively compared and analyzed differences in perceptions of importance between financial institutions and trustees. Based on this, the company recognizes the difference between self-inspection of financial institutions and inspection of trustees and presents policy grounds and implications for applying differentiated inspection standards that reflect the weights appropriate for the purpose.

장기간동안 여러 기관의 협력을 통해 이루어지는 전사적 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture, EA)의 특성상, 기관에서 EA를 도입부터 운영 및 정착, 그리고 고도화시키기 위해서는, 조직의 EA업무 수행 능력을 평가하고 개선하기 위한 적합한 EA기준이 필요하다. 하지만 국내 EA에 대한 연구는 아직 도입단계이기 때문에, EA조직의 수준측정을 위한 EA성숙도모델에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않다. 이러한 상황에 따라, EA조직의 수준측정을 위한 EA성숙도모델에 대한 연구는 활발하지 않다. 이러한 상황에 따라, EA성숙도 모델을 정의하고, 측정을 위한 평가항목과 해당 지침을 제시하고자 한다. EA성숙도 모델은 CMMI의 연속형 모델을 참고하여, EA성숙도 모델의 선진사례 분석과 정부 '정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률'을 기반으로 하여 총 4개영역 15개평가요소를 정의하였다. 성숙도 단계는 인식부터 최적화 단계까지 총 5단계로 정의하였으며, 이 중에서 첫 번째 단계인 인식단계의 평가항복별 지침을 제시하였다. 이렇게 각 항목에 대한 측정 대상자들의 이해를 높임으로써 좀 더 정확한 성숙도 평가 결과와 이를 기반으로 EA고도화를 위한 좋은 기준을 제시하고자 정의하였다.

This study is a survey of regulatees' perception on main contents and enforcement effect of the Act, the retailers at food stores within Green Food Zone, for the effective enforcement of "The Special Act on the Safety Management of Children's Dietary Life" legislated in 2008. Percentage, frequency analysis, and T-test are derived from the survey carried out to the 175 retailers at food stores within Green Food Zone, across the country except Jejudo, for the two months March and April of 2011. The survey results are as follows. Over 80% of the respondents are aware of comprehensive policy for child food safety and the enforcement of 'the Special Act' and considering the rate of satisfaction on food safety information provided by government, over 90% of the respondents, virtually most of them, are satisfied. The rate of awareness of Green Food Zone is about 80% and that of outstanding business for children is about 50%, showing little perception of it. The comparison of the survey result of 2011 with that of 2010, which have the same questions to the retailers within Green Food Zone, still indicates a need for enhancement of understanding on absolute standard, though it showed fairly better improvement in general. Several proposals are given in this study based on the survey results, which will contribute to the children food safety and health improvement in the end.

본 논문에서는 얼굴 인식 기술과 SNS 정보를 이용하여 사람의 얼굴을 기준으로 사진들을 효과적으로 분류하고 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 얼굴 인식 기술을 이용하여 촬영된 사진의 분석을 통해 얼굴로부터 나이, 성별, 안경 착용 유무, 웃는 얼굴 판단 등의 의미적인 정보를 추출한다. 또한, 얼굴 인식을 통해 얻은 SNS 정보에서는 이름, 생일, 학력, 직업, 고향, 관심 분야, 종교 등의 개인적인 정보를 추출 할 수 있다. 추출한 정보를 이용한 효과적인 사진 분류 및 검색을 통해 사용자의 편의를 극대화하였다. 본 논문에서는 구글 안드로이드 기반의 스마트폰에서 제안한 사진 자동 분류 및 검색 시스템을 구현하였다.

지나가는 사람들에게 '게임이란 무엇인가?' 라는 질문을 던져보자. 대다수의 사람들은 '경쟁해서 이기는 것', '목적을 이루고 성취감을 얻는 것'과 비슷한 대답을 내놓는다. 이와 같이 인간의 인식 속에 박혀 있는 '게임'이라는 키워드는 최종적으로 자신이 승리하는 인식으로 존재해 있다. 즉, 나 스스로가 선택한 행동에 의해 무언가의 목적을 이룬다는 것이다. 사람들의 인식 속에 깊게 박히는 것이 '훌륭한 게임'의 기준이 된다면 그 게임은 결론적으로 '몰입'과 '성취'가 얼마나 부각되는지에 따라 결정될 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 게임 몰입자들이 어째서 늘 새로운 자극을 찾아 게임을 향유하는지, 대체 어떤 면에서 만족감을 느끼는지, 또 그들이 추구하는 자극은 어디서 오는지 조사함으로써 게임이 사람들에게 각인되는 조건을 제시해본다.

In this paper, we describe the current state of speech recognition technology and identify the basic speech recognition technology and algorithms first, and then explain the code flow of API necessary for speech recognition technology. We use the application programming interface (API) of Google, Naver, and Daum KaKao, which have the most famous search engine among the speech recognition APIs, to create a voice recognition app in the Android studio tool. Then, we perform a speech recognition experiment on people's standard words and dialects according to gender, age, and region, and then organize the recognition rates into a table. Experiments were conducted on the Gyeongsang-do, Chungcheong-do, and Jeolla-do provinces where the degree of tongues was severe. And Comparative experiments were also conducted on standardized dialects. Based on the resultant sentences, the accuracy of the sentence is checked based on spacing of words, final consonant, postposition, and words and the number of each error is represented by a number. As a result, we aim to introduce the advantages of each API according to the speech recognition rate, and to establish a basic framework for the most efficient use.

본 논문에서는 3D 레이저 스캐너로 입력된 3차원 얼굴 영상에서 코의 특징 정보를 이용하여 얼굴을 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 특히 3차원 영상은 주변의 조명 변화에 크게 영향을 받지 않는 장점이 있다. 이러한 정보를 이용하여, 제안된 알고리즘에서는 얼굴에서 가장 두드러지게 보이는 코의 3차원 정보를 이용하여 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저 코를 추출한 다음, 회전된 3차원 영상에 대하여 정규화를 실시하고, 등고선을 이용한 영역기반의 방법과 특징기반의 방법을 이온하여 인식을 수행한다. 등고선을 이용한 영역기반은 3차원 얼굴 영상을 코끝의 좌표를 기준 점으로 등고선의 값이 10, 20, 30이 되는 영역을 추출 한 후 데이터 베이스 값들과 비교하여 각각의 차 영역에 대한 무게중심(X, Y), 픽셀 수, 분산을 구하여 순위가 가장 높은 것을 취한다. 특징 기반의 방법으로, 얼굴에 있어서의 실제의 코의 길이, 높이, 너비를 구하여 그 차가 가장 적은 것을 취한다. 위의 2가지 방법을 이용하여 인식을 수행 결과 100%의 인식률을 나타내었다.

The Fingerprint recognition system is a system which identify the user's identify by verifying user's fingerprint and prepared data. The performance of fingerprint recognition system is dependent on 'fingerprint recognition time' and 'fingerprint recognition accuracy' and so on. In this paper, we developed a evaluation model about efficiency based on ISO quality evaluation standard for evaluating of quality level of fingerprint recognition system. We expect to contribute to construct and use of evaluation criteria based on quality evaluation standard by this study.

현대 사회의 컴퓨터 사용자 계층은 점점 그 범위와 수가 커지고 있다 이러한 추세는 앞으로도 계속 증가할 것이다. 따라서 많은 사람들은 더 편리하고 익히기 쉬운 컴퓨터의 사용법을 원하고 생활속에서 더 많이 컴퓨터를 활용하기를 원한다. 그러므로 인간에게 가장 친숙한 음성을 이용함으로써 이런 사용자들의 필요를 충족시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 사용자가 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 상황에서 인간과 기계와의 인터페이스를 인간의 기본적인 의사소통 수단인 음성을 이용하여 보다 빨리 작업 할 수 있게 하는 취지에 있다. 기존의 인식알고리즘은 그 복잡성이 높을수록 인식률은 증가하나 계산시간이 많이 걸린다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 계산시간의 증가는 윈도우환경의 컴퓨터 사용시 다른 프로그램의 실행에 지장을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 인식률은 증가시키면서 인식 시간은 감소시킬 수 있는 방법들이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 사용시 쓰이는 명령어를 기본으로 하여 보다 빠른 인식 처리를 수행하기 위해 기준 패턴의 후보자를 선정하는 방법을 제안한다
