The knowledge sharing in a knowledge management process is much affecting generation and distribution of knowledge. Especially, the knowledge distribution is being revitalized with the center of social media service like twitter and library service 2.0 in the knowledge-based IT (Information Technology) environment. The present research analyzed the structure and characteristics of a social network inside an organization that is growing like an organism through self-organization through tools for SNA (Social Network Analysis) and multiple regression analysis of independent variables such as 1) a relationship between social network's structure and knowledge sharing, 2) a relationship between structural holes and knowledge sharing influence of centrality, 3) a relationship between individual ability and knowledge sharing of information technology and work recognition.

국방부는 90년대 후반부터 국방정보체계 구축사업을 본격적으로 추진하면서 정보체계의 상호운용성 문제를 심각하게 인식하고 상호운용성을 보장하는 국방 정보체계를 구축하기 위하여 많은 노력을 추진하고 있다. 상호운용성을 보장하는 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 목표를 국방통합정보체계 구축으로 설정하고 이를 구성하는 요소로 국방정보체계표준, 공통운용환경, 데이터공유환경을 식별하고, 이를 구축하기 위해 추진하고 있다. 이들 가운데 국방정보체계표준은 선정되어, 국방전반에 대하여 효력을 발휘하고 있으며, 공통운용환경은 우리의 국방환경에 적합한 추진방향을 선정하였으나, 데이터공유환경을 구축하기 위한 전략 및 방법에 대한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 선진국의 추진사례와 우리나라 국방 현실에 대한 분석을 통하여 우리의 현실에 맞는 데이터공유환경(SHADE)를 구축하기 위한 전략 및 방법을 제시하며, 그 내용으로는 먼저 현 국방 데이터 관리 실태 분석을 통하여 현 상황을 인식한 후, 구축하고자 하는 목표을 설정하고, 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위한 추진 전략 및 방향, 업무와 관련된 조직 및 인원에 대한 임무, 단계별 추진 과제 등을 식별하고 데이터공유가 요구되는 조직 및 체계에 적용가능한 데이터 관리 절차와 데이터 상호운용성을 만족시키기 위한 접근방법을 제시한다.

어플리케이션 공유를 지원하는 시스템 개발에 대한 2가지 접근방향으로 공동작업-인식방법과 공동작업-투명 방법이 있다. 공동작업-인식 방법은 기존의 단일 사용자용 어플리케이션에 대한 공유를 지원하지 못한다. 공동작업-투명 방법을 이용하여 개발된 기존 시스템은 이형환경에서 대한 확장성을 지원하지 못하고 시스템간 리소스가 달라서 정확하게 일관된 뷰를 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 단일 사용자용 어플리케이션을 위치와 종류에 관계없이 투명하게 공유하고 공동작업을 지원하는 T.SHARE기반 공동작업 분산제어엔진을 설계하고 구현한다. 이것은 공동작업-투명방식을 이용하여 새로운 그룹웨어 시스템개발에 대한 비용을 줄이고 원격 어플리케이션을 수정 없이 공유할 수있다. 본 분산제어엔진은 어플리케이션의 뷰(view)를 공유하고 엔진간 상호 교환되는 데이터를 T.SHARE에 기반함으로써 이형 환경에 대한 확장성과 상호운용성을 제공한다. 또한 동적 참여자에게 동일한 뷰를 제공하고 서로 다른 시스템정보에 대한 동기화를 수행하여 뷰의 일관성을 보장한다.

Social Network Service는 웹상에서 인맥관계를 강화시키고 새로운 인맥을 쌓으며 폭넓은 인적 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 해주는 서비스로 지금 현재 사람들끼리 빠르게 많은 정보를 공유할 수 있고, 많은 사람들을 사귈 수 있다는 점에서 각광을 받고 있다. 키넥트는 센서를 통해 사용자의 동작을 인식하는 기계로 별개의 컨트롤러 없이 사용자의 신체만을 이용하여 다양한 게임과 엔터테인먼트를 경험할 수 있기 때문에 남녀노소 모두가 쉽게 즐길 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 동작인식이라는 기능 때문에 본래의 목적인 게임용이 아닌 다른 여러 분야에서 응용되어 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에서 할 수 있는 정보공유와 인맥강화를 키넥트를 이용하여 보다 동적인 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 키넥트의 동작인식 센서와 음성인식 센서를 이용하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스 중의 하나인 페이스북의 기능을 사용할 수 있게 한다.

지속적인 학문의 발전을 위해서는 선행연구에 대한 재현성이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 컴퓨터와 소프트웨어의 급속한 발달로 인한 컴퓨터 환경의 다양화, 분석 소프트웨어의 지속적 최신화로 인해서 최근 구축된 모델도 짧게는 몇 달, 길게는 1~2년후면 다양한 에러로 인하여 재현성이 불가능해지고 있다. 이러한 재현성의 극복을 위해서 온라인을 통한 데이터와 소스코드의 공유의 필요성이 제시되고 있으나, 실제로는 개인마다 컴퓨터 환경, 버전, 소프트웨어 설치에 필요한 라이브러리의 버전 또는 디렉토리 등이 달라 단순히 온라인을 통한 데이터와 소스코드의 공유만으로 재현성을 개선하기는 힘든 것이 현실이다. 따라서 이러한 컴퓨터 모델링 환경의 공유는 과거의 형태와 같이 데이터, 소스코드와 매뉴얼의 공유만으로 불가능하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수자원 모델링의 재현성 개선을 위해 1) 온라인 저장소, 2) 클라우드기반 JupyterHub 모델링 환경과 3) 모델 APIs 3개의 핵심 구성요소를 제시하고, 최근 미국에서 개발된SUMMA(Structure for Unifying Multiple Modeling Alternative) 수자원 모델에 적용하여 재현성 달성을 위한 3개의 핵심 구성요소의 필요성과 용이성을 검증하였다. 첫 번째, 데이터와 모델의 온라인 공유는 FAIR(Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) 원칙으로 개발된 수자원분야의 대표적인 온라인 저장소인 HydroShare를 활용하여 모델입력자료를 메타데이터와 함께 공유하였다. 두 번째, HydroShare에서 Web App의 형태로 제공되는 클라우드기반 JupyterHub환경인 CUAHSI JupyterHub(CJH)와 일루노이대학에서 제공하는 CyberGIS-Jupyter for water JupyterHub(CJW)환경에 수자원모델링 환경을 컨테이너(Docker) 환경을 통해 구축·공유하였다. 마지막으로, 클라우드에서 수자원모델의 효율적 이용을 위해 Python기반의SUMMA모델 API인 pySUMMA를 개발·공유하였다. 이와같이 구축된 3개의 핵심 구성요소를 이용하여 2015년 Water Resources Research에 게재된 SUMMA 논문의 9개 Test Cases 중에서 5개를 누구나 쉽게 재현할 수 있음을 증명하였다. 재현성의 중요성에 대한 인식의 증가로 Open과 Transparent Hydrology에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있으며, 이를 위해서 클라우드 기반의 모델링 환경구축 및 제공이 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 HydroShare와 같은 온라인 저장소, CJH와 CJW와 같은 클라우드기반 모델링환경, 모델의 효율적 이용을 위한 모델 APIs는 급속도로 발달하고 있는 컴퓨터 및 소프트웨어 환경에서 핵심구성요소이며, 연구의 재현성 개선을 통해 수자원공학 발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management of a company and the knowledge-sharing and innovative behaviors of the members of the organization in order to present a strategy that can be used to strengthen the innovative behaviors of the members. Also, by examining the moderating effect of the awareness of organizational support among the members. The findings of this study were as follows; First, the ethical leadership of the top management had a significant, positive impact on the innovative behaviors of the members of the organization. Second, the ethical leadership of the top management had a significant positive impact on the knowledge sharing among the members. Third, the sharing of knowledge among the members had a significant positive impact on innovative behaviors. Fourth, in the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management and the innovative behaviors of the members, the sharing of knowledge among the members had a significant mediating effect. Fifth, the awareness of organizational support had a moderating effect in the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management and the sharing of knowledge among the members.

Collaborative consumption was suggested as a new paradigm of consumption and business model that focuses on sharing and using resources to reduce the risks of resource depletion and environmental impact. Individual consumers carry out a role not only as users but also as providers for collaborative consumption. In the present study, the authors investigated consumers' intention to participate in collaborative consumption both as providers and users. The effects of perceived benefit of collaborative consumption, subjective norms and ease of participation on the intention to participate in collaborative consumption were analyzed. The perceptions on benefits and subjective norms were relatively high, while the perception on ease of participation was relatively low. The effects of subjective norms and ease of participation on the intention to participate in collaborative consumption were significant. The result shows that support from one's reference group and the perception on ease of participation have significant positive effects on the intent to participate in collaborative consumption. Therefore, communication strategies for developing a positive consumer attitude and a social consensus about the necessity of collaborative consumption are needed.

휴대전화는 다양한 기술들이 융합되고 유비쿼터스 환경과 결합되면서 진화하고 있다. 이런 모바일 환경으로 인해 사용자의 상황을 인식하는 상황인식 기반 서비스들의 수요가 증가하고 있으며 사용자들은 그 상황을 실시간으로 공유하고 보기를 원한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 사용자의 주변 상황을 인지하고 그 상황 정보를 공유할 수 있는 컨텍스트폰 플랫폼을 제안한다. 제안하는 플랫폼은 안드로이드 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여 사용자의 주변 상황을 실시간으로 수집하며 사용자간 자동 상황 공유 메커니즘을 지원한다. 또한 사용자 연락처의 상황 수집과 컨텍스트폰 플랫폼간 논리적인 연결을 위해 컨텍스트 서버를 구축하였으며 서버는 사용자간 동시다발적으로 발생하는 상황정보를 저장하고 사용자간 상황 정보를 전달해 준다. 또한 플랫폼이 수집하는 상황정보를 시각적으로 표현하기 위해서 컨텍스트 뷰어 어플리케이션을 구현하였으며 모바일 스크린에 시각화하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of shared leadership on job satisfaction of principals and teachers of child care centers, and to find the differences of perception between principals and teachers. For this purpose, 120 child care centers in one province was collected through random sampling, and then 93 principals and 101 teachers participated in survey. By SPSS 21.0 version, hierarchical analysis, descriptive statistics and t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that principals and teachers all perceived that the shared leadership effects on the job satisfaction. Based on these results, some practical implications for principals and teachers of child care centers to improve the shared leadership and the job satisfaction were suggested.

현재 전동 킥보드 헬멧 미착용으로 인한 사고가 끊임없이 야기되고 있다. 개인형 이동장치 이용자 수가 증가함에 따라 법 개정을 통하여 헬멧 착용이 의무 사항이지만 여전히 낮은 착용률을 나타내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모든 공유 킥보드 회사에서 사용 가능한 딥러닝 기반의 전동킥보드 헬멧 착용 인식시스템을 제시한다. 타 공유 전동킥보드 회사 앱에서 본 논문의 결과물을 사용할 때는 사용자가 타사 앱에서 헬멧 인식 요청 시 자사 앱에서 헬멧 착용 여부를 인식하여 결과를 전송한다. 자사 앱 사용자는 인식 기록을 조회할 수 있고, 타사 관리자는 사용자의 정보를 조회 및 관리할 수 있다. 본 시스템을 통해 전동킥보드 이용 시 헬멧 착용을 장려하여 착용률 증가와 사고 시 인명피해 감소를 기대한다.
