  • 기업의 효율적인 정보시스템 구축은 정보화 사회에서는 반드시 필요하다. 또한 기업의 성장 규모, 기업의 요구사항, 기업의 보다 향상된 업무를 위해 시스템을 능동적으로 구현, 확장, 재구성되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 중소 업체에서는 한 번에 많은 투자를 해야되는 종합 정보화 시스템보다는 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 등 각각에 대해 프로그램들을 개발하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나 서로 각각 개발된 프로그램들은 그 활용도나 연관성 면에서 효율성이 떨어진다. 본 연구에서는 (주)두양금속의 기존에 사용중인 영업관리, 생산 관리, 인사 관리, 회계 관리 시스템을 통합하고자 이미 구축된 시스템을 분석하고 각각의 독립된 업무를 연계하여 효율적인 정보 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다.

  • The personnel and salary management business among computation by computer of a general enterprise is very important. The attendance-absence of our office and in and out of office work for employees in business is very important data element. Because of computation by computer system introduction in a general small and medium enterprise is very expensive, until now it is managed simply by handwork data in the attendance book. On the other hand, to solve the cost problem I designed and implemented a diligence and indolence communication management system for using P.O.P Terminal.

A Study on the Effect of High Performance Work System on Organizational Effectiveness - Focusing on the regulating role of HR management effectiveness - (고성과 작업시스템이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 인사관리 효과성의 조절역할을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the high performance and the work system recognized by the organizational members participating in the NCS enterprise utilization consulting on the organizational effectiveness and the influence of the organizational performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the research hypotheses were verified by applying multiple regression analysis and co-integration regression analysis on the 145 usable results from using the statistical program of SPSS 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, hypothesis 1, the analysis of positive(+) influence on organizational effectiveness on the characteristics of the system (selection system, evaluation and compensation, education and training opportunity, member participation system, job stability) was adopted due to its' positive(+) and significant relationship. Second, hypothesis 2, an analysis that the organizational effectiveness would have a positive impact on organizational performance was adopted due to its' proven work. However, its' effectiveness will need verification. Third, regression analysis was conducted to confirm the role of the hypothesis 3, personnel management effectiveness, between the high performance and the work system (selection system, evaluation/compensation, education/training opportunity, member participation system, job stability). As a result, Hypothesis 3 showed that the selection system (H3-1), evaluation and compensation(H3-2), education and career opportunities(H3-3), member participation system(H3-4), job stability(H3-4) showed that organizational effectiveness has a moderating role in HR effectiveness. The main implication of this study is that the positive and working system recognized by the organizational members has positive affects on organizational effectiveness and organizational performance. In order to enhance the substantiality management system through improvement of organizational performance, a regular implementation plan on a high-performance working system along with education & training system to improve organizational effectiveness is required so that the members of the organization could form a consensus. Second, as a result of confirming the moderating effects of HR management effectiveness, the moderating role of HR management system and organization effectiveness was verified positive. Therefore, this study shows that the part that verifies both organizational effectiveness and organizational performance through high-performance working system and the part that confirmed the role of control between high-performance work system and organizational effectiveness are the biggest difference from the previous research.

  • Traditional human resource management explains human characteristics with motivation, attitude, perception, value, etc., based upon behavioral science approach. And system approach is adopted in analyzing the interaction between people and the environment. However, personnel economics excludes social and psychological variables in the human choice models, and assumes very unrealistic and simple rational decision making process. For environmental variables, personnel economists considers only income and price. Traditional human resource management research model successfully explains the phenomenon for each specific situation, but lacks universality. On the other hand, personnel economics model is strict and analytical, but tends to distort the understanding of the results because of the unrealistic assumptions. These two academic fields may get benefits by introducing the other's research methodologies, theories, and ideas.

  • 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보시스템 구축에 관한 관심이 더욱 고조되고, 관련 기술이 급격한 발전을 거듭하고 있지만 물품 관리 시스템은 일반 행정 업무나 인사, 회계 관리 등의 프로그램들과는 그 성격에서 많은 차이가 있기 때문에 보편화된 패키지 프로그램이 보급되고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 기존의 서류식 물품 관리 체계에서 벗어나 바코드를 이용한 범용 물품관리 시스템 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 바코드를 이용한 물품 관리 시스템은 물품구입 후 등록, 사용, 이관, 관리, 폐기 등 전 과정을 전산화할 수 있도록 설계하여 구현하였으며, 특히 대학의 특수성을 고려하여 개발하였다.

An Empirical Study of Social Workers' Organizational Commitment : Analyzing Mediating Effect of Organizational Cynicism (사회복지사의 조직몰입에 관한 연구 : 조직 냉소주의의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine antecedents and outcome of organizational cynicism. This paper focuses on organizational commitment of social worker as outcome variable. Thus, this study attempts to examine structural relation of variables of organizational level(personnel management), job level(job characteristics), and individual level(level of self-control) on the level of organizational commitment, with special concern about the mediating effect of organizational cynicism. The study conducted mail survey and collected information for data analysis from 330 social workers working at 173 social welfare organizations in Seoul and Kyong-gi area, The study used structural equation modeling(SEM) method for analyzing the constructed model. Main results are as follows: (1) evaluation about personnel management is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (2) evaluation about job characteristics is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (3) evaluation about self-control is negatively related to organizational cynicism; (4) organizational cynicism exerts negative effect on the level of organizational commitment; and (5) evaluation about personnel management, evaluation about job characteristics, and evaluation about self-control exerts positive effect on the level of organizational commitment. Among the results of this study, this paper focuses on the function of personnel management system on organizational cynicism. This paper emphasizes that social welfare organizations must make a lot of efforts for making fair personnel system in order to reduce social workers' organizational cynicism and ultimately promote their organizational commitment.

  • The study seeks to analyze the procedures and methods of preparing the records management reference table of the electronic human resource management system dataset, the roles of participating organizations, and the contents of each management reference table area from the records manager's perspective to help the person in charge of establishing the management reference table. Improvement plans were suggested based on the problems that appeared during the process of preparing the reference table. As a major improvement plan, a separate selecting policy at the level of the national archives should be designed for the national important dataset records in the government information system, which should be operated such that it preserves the entire dataset rather than a part. It is necessary to set the unit function-data table-unstructured data mapping data as mandatory items, and the selection and management criteria for unstructured data that significantly influence system operation should be additionally prepared. Regarding the setting of the disposition delay period, because there is an aspect of increasing complexity, it is deemed desirable to operate it by integrating related unit functions or setting the retention period longer.

  • 국방부와 각 군은 1970년대 말부터 장교자력표 전산화를 시작하여 군별, 인사기능별로 정보화를 추진하였고 1990년대 중반에 현재의 수준으로 업그레이드하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 인사정보화는 종합적인 Master-plan도 없이 각 군 본부 실무자의 단위업무를 지원하기 위한 응용프로그램 위주로 개발됨에 따라 국방차원에서는 중복개발, 예산낭비, 기관별/기능별 상호 운용성 결여 등의 많은 문제점이 노출되었다. 본 논문의 연구방법은 군 인사체계의 현실태를 분석하여 문제점 및 개선방향을 도출하고 이를 기초로 새로 구축할 국방인사정보체계의 모델과 정보화 전략을 제시하고자 한다.
