  • The purpose of using CBD in the object-oriented modeling is to improve the software capability by reducing iterative time and space complexity. Despites many achievements of CBD, it is needed to study about design patterns and it's standardization for the increment of CBD design reusability. However, it is rather possible that impetuous constructing meta-pattern languages and pattern repositories make adapting patterns to software development more complicate and difficult. By applying GoF design patterns to the design of the TMDL(Total Maximum Daily Load) environmental software discipline, this study suggests a method which specifies Pattern names at class names for retrieving, exploring the adapted patterns on the stage of software design without meta-pattern language which is a redundant abstraction, nor additional pattern repositories. Thus, this study can contribute on the reducing iterations and repetitions that are frequently occurred in the process of the environmental software developments.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the achieved role of Kant philosophy in restructuring Deleuze philosophy from either a positive or effective perspectives. On top of this foundation, I will demonstrate the major part largely unknown in a composing structural elements of Deleuze philosophy as follows: 1. I will draw a bird's-eye view of the triad of Bergson, Nietsche, and Spinoza regarding Deleuze philosophy. Especially I will spare time in analyzing Deleuze's late works like and then demonstrate the structure of Deleuze movie philosophy. 2. The line of Kant's position in that circumstance will be clarified as well. 3. Through that, the meaning of Kantian attempt and its effect will be examined. Finally the connecting Kant with various levels of Deleuze's Copernicusian revolutions based on will certainly bring about a meaningful fruitification.

  • This paper aims to contribute to estimating the value of a patent by explaining the unobservable attributes of patent quality using observable patent citation indices. The paper first constructs patent citation data and identifies firm, university, and research institute among assignees, and then tries to explain attributes of patent quality using backward citation indices. Backward citation indices carrying information about technological sources which a given patent is based on turn out to be good predictors of forward citation indices carrying information about attributes of patent quality. Finding the functional relationships between attributes of patent quality and backward citations will lead to the improved estimation and prediction of patent value. It is found out that backward citation indices are strongly correlated the technological diversity of a patent. The paper also suggests that with whom an organization chooses to collaborate affects the attributes of patent quality.

  • Pan-jang(板墻) has become the lost facility, and the examples of its original form can be found no more due to its variable material characteristics. In order to study panjang as a lost facility, the following are needed: - To bring to light its usage and examples. - To investigate its components and structure. Panjang refers to the wall made of wooden plate and is classified as a special wall according to its material characteristics. In addition, Chinese mokyeongbyuk(木影壁) and Japanese panbyeong(板?) are similar to Korean panjang in terms of the materials, but there are clear differences in their structures. Panjang was also transformed into various types according to their materials or forms. As the wooden elements of panjang, sinbang(信防), pillars, do-ri(道里), jungbang(中枋), inbang(引枋), parn(板), dae(帶), choyeop(草葉), bangyeon(方椽), gaeparn(蓋板), pyeonggodae(平高臺), and yeonharm(椽檻) were selectively used, and they are similar, in particular, to the components of ilgakmoon(一角門). The stylobate of panjang is largely classified into three according to the kinds and structures of the wooden elements; and its frame into two according to whether sanginbang(上引枋) is used or not. The materials for the roof area include planks(蓋板) and tiles and have the distinct structural differences according to each material.
