  • 최근 금융 및 통신 산업 중심의 텔레마케팅 시스템이 증가하고 있는 가운데 아웃바운드 전문 콜센터 솔루션에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 과거의 인바운드 위주의 마케팅에서 탈피하여 좀더 구체적이고 효율적인 마케팅전략이 필수적으로 아웃바운드 기반의 콜센타는 고객의 문의사항을 접수받아 해결하는 상담중심의 인바운드 모듈과 달리. 정보제공이나 상품판매를 위해 먼저 전화를 거는 텔레마케팅 운영방식으로, 본 논문에서는 Caller­ID를 활용하여 특히 소규모 콜센타 운영에 필수적인 인아웃바운드 모듈의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 논의하였다.

노마드적 기업가정신: 글로벌 인바운드 창업이주의 관점에서

  • 오늘날 많은 선진국들이 창업국가를 표방하고 있다. 실제로 많은 연구들은 창업 생태계의 역동성이 국가 경쟁력 향상으로 이어지고 있음을 뒷받침하고 있다. 이에 각국 정부들은 스타트업을 새로운 미래 성장 동력으로 인식하고, 능력 있는 창업가와 스타트업을 자국으로 유치하기 위해 힘쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 창업자들의 글로벌 창업이주(Startup migration)현상과 지역적 창업 생태계의 등장에 주목하여, 그들의 이주요인을 알아보고자 한다. 창업 생태계 관련 선행연구에 따르면 창업자들은 개인적 동기 혹은 가용 자원이 풍부한 환경을 찾아서 국경을 넘는다. 창업이주는 국내 스타트업의 해외 진출을 의미하는 아웃바운드(Outbound)와 해외 스타트업의 국내 창업 허브에 유치하는 인바운드(Inbound)가 있는데, 본 연구는 비교적 선행연구가 적은 인바운드 창업이주(Inbound startup migration)를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구, 선행연구 기반의 질문지 작성, 설문 조사의 단계로 구성되어 있다. 우선 글로벌 창업 생태계를 비교 분석 및 평가한 선행연구를 살펴보고, 글로벌 창업 이주에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아낼 것이다. 이후 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 앞에서 발견한 요인들을 인바운드 창업이주 관점에서 재정리하고 각 요인별로 질문을 추가하여, 설문지를 구성할 것이다. 설문지 작성의 목적은 인바운드 창업이주에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 중요도를 알아보기 위함이다. 작성된 설문은 글로벌 창업이주 형태로 국내에 정착한 100여명의 해외국적 창업자들에게 진행될 것이다. 본 연구는 인바운드 창업이주의 핵심 요인들을 찾아내어 이론화하고 이를 실증할 설문도구를 만들어서, 이를 우리나라 인바운드 스타트업들을 대상으로 검증하여 각각의 상대적 중요도를 찾아내었다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서 찾아낸 영향, 요인, 프레임워크는 세계 각국의 창업생태계를 비교하는 후속 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이고 실증된 결과는 정책 입안에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on Korean Inbound Tourism Market Efficiency Strategy Using Portfolio Theory (포트폴리오 이론을 적용한 한국 인바운드 관광 효율화 전략 연구)

  • The inbound tourism market is recognized as a vital sector of the tourism industry today, but it is highly volatile due to each country's economic, social, and cultural variables. The causes of volatility vary according to the inbound country, and we intend to revitalize the stabilized tourism industry by minimizing risks. In this study, the portfolio theory was applied to derive the optimal combination for each country to achieve the minimum risk level's maximum growth rate. The number of inbound travelers and the average expenditure per person was simultaneously applied. As a result of the analysis, the best mix by country based on the number of inbound travelers was the UK, the United States, Germany, China, and Japan. Based on average spending, each country's best combinations were Thailand, Middle East, Singapore, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong, and Germany. It is expected to be able to establish a plan to operate the Korean inbound tourism market strategically.

  • Recently, Network technology evolve out of expansion a scale of Network and development various Service. also Hacking skill. We have applied to various Security Systems to make a counterattack on this hacking skill. and A Firewall among these security systems is very effective a defense against in the Outbound Network attack. so we need certainly a Firewall to protect a network. But this Conventional Firewall has an directly effect on reduction to the Performance and Security of Inbound Network. and have no effect on a Inner Network Attacking. In this paper, I propose to a "Functional Firewall" as a Secure Objects for the enhancement Performance and Security of Inbound Network.

  • 아웃바운드(Outbound) 형 콜 센터는 서비스 지향의 인바운드(Inbound) 형 콜 센터와는 달리 전화를 거는 주체가 고객에게 접촉하고자 하는 목적을 뚜렷하게 가진 상태에서 제품 또는 서비스, 정보제공 등을 전화나 기타 커뮤니케이션 채널을 통해 전달하는 업무를 담담한다. 본 논문에서는 아웃바운드 형 콜 센터 시스템을 예측 다이얼링(Predictive Dial Ing) 방식에 기반하여 개선된 콜 전략을 제안한다 개선된 콜 전략은 콜 센터 업무의 중심 역할인 콜링 리스트(Call ing List)를 데이터 추출 모듈을 사용하여 테이블로 구성한 뒤, 시간 활용을 통한 효율적 대응과 다양한 고객들의 정보를 바탕으로 고객과의 접촉확률을 증가시킬 수 있다.

  • Nowadays, the network attack occurs frequently. At the same time, the inbound network is also attacked. Even though the security system has been continuously developed in order to prevent from attacks, the network performance is sacrificed for the network security. Therefore, a security system which obtains performance and security together is urgently needed. In this paper, an arrangement of functional firewall and a secure clustering methodology, obtained from distributing functions of a conventional firewall, are proposed based on the idea that performance and security should be obtained together.

  • The competition between many countries for Chinese outbound tourism which have developed at the most fastest speed and has enormous potential in coming years is bitter. So it's important to understand Chinese outbound tourism market and develop strategy to attract Chinese tourists for Korean tourism industry to compete with rival countries. Therefore, this study first researched the environment factors such as population, politics, economy, culture, consumer and competition by reviewing Chinese outbound tourism market and the actual conditions of Chinese tourists to Korea. Then looked out opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses by SWOT analysis. Finally suggested marketing strategy for attracting more Chinese tourists according to SWOT analysis and discussed the role of distribution.

Necessity Analysis and Link Budget of Two Way Paging Earth Station for Satellite (양방향 무선호출 위성 지구국 시스템의 필요성 분석 및 위성 링크 설계)

  • Recently, appearing of various wireless telecommunications services, the competitive power of paging service is requested. In this paper, two-way paging earth station for satellite was proposed and designed to enhance the competitive power of cost and technique, and the link budget of this two-way paging networks using Koreas at was discussed. To reduce the cost of remote station, the antenna and HPA size of Hub and remote station were differently designed, and an idea of power allocations of inbound and outbound carriers was proposed and utilized in this link budget of two-way earth station for using satellite. The results of this link budget were follows. At the 0.043% time rate of rain, antenna size of Hub and remote station were 3.7m and 1.2m, the HPA size of Hub and remote station were 10.37W and 2.0W, and power allocations of outbound and inbound were 84% and 16% respectively. At the 0.02% time rate of rain, the antenna size of Hub and remote station were 3.7m and 1.8m and power allocations of outbound and inbound were 63% and 37% respectively.

  • Recently, the rapid development of internet and information technology has led to rapid changes in many industries. One of the most rapidly developing industries is the call centers. Almost all public institutions, financial institutions including insurance companies, and shopping malls, many call center staffs are proceeding with the consultation. However, lack of call center staffs is leading to a lot of customers complaints. The function of outbound call centers such as promotion and sale of products is also arising some problems due to insufficient number of consulting staffs. In this study, we propose the call center model for maximizing the rate of call connection time and suggest the best way of call centers model to be the channel distributions using the data mining techniques.

  • The CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is a business strategy model which can reap higher profits and can provide a competitive edge to an enterprise in today's new business environments. Early next year (2009), the Capital Market Consolidation Act will be in effect in South Korea. This is required for a qualitative growth to provide QoS (Quality of Service) and ensure growth in finance, IT industry & service. Accordingly, the securities and insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions make efforts to improve their derivative financial product and also enhance their services. In this paper we design and implement a Channel Server model for a Scalable Service Channel Server to efficiently manage the high volumes of inbound customer interactions based on the requirements of a CRM center. The proposed Scalable Service Channel Server supports integration with other third party service and standardization of multiple inbound service channels. The proposed model can be efficiently used in an inbound CRM center of any banking, finance, securities and insurance establishments.
