어도비(www.adobe.com/kr)는 지난 6월 17일 어도비 크리에이티브 클라우드의 대표 툴 및 서비스에 대한 대규모 업데이트를 발표했다. 이번 크리에이티브 클라우드 2015 릴리스를 통해 포토샵 CC, 일러스트레이터 CC, 프리미어 프로 CC, 인디자인 CC 등 어도비 데스크톱 툴의 주요 업데이트와 iOS 및 안드로이드용 신규 모바일 앱을 선보였다.

이 글은 필자가 1988년 5월초 조국을 방문하였을때 성균관대학교를 비롯하여 서울여자대학에서 개최된 문헌정보학회 모임, 부산여자대학, 경북대학교 및 국회도서관에서 실시한 세미나의 내용을 보충하여 간추린 것이다. 이 글의 내용은 필자가 1980년과 1981년에 걸쳐 인디아나주의 여러 공공도서관을 이용하는 사람들 8,000명을 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석 연구한 결과를 근거로 하였다.

어도비시스템즈는 최근 클라우드 기반으로 다양한 애플리케이션을 제공하는 '어도비 크리에이티브 클라우드'를 선보였다. 크리에이티브 클라우드 멤버십을 이용하면 어도비 포토샵 CC, 어도비 일러스트레이트 CC, 어도비 인디자인 CC 등을 비롯한 모든 어도비 크리에이티브 데스크톱 애플리케이션을 이용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 업그레이드도 가능하다. 이중 사진작업을 위한 포토삽CC의 향상된 기능에 대해 알아본다.

In this study, the experiments for surface enhancement of silver mirror substrates were done, where we checked the characteristics of silver surface made by Tollen's and ${\gamma}$- irradiation method. The surface enhancement of Indigo carmine was analyzed by silver mirror and silver sol surfaces. The assignments of the vibrational bands shown in SERS spectra are given based on both literature and the semi-empirical calculations at the PM3 methods. We deduced that the adsorption orientation of Indigo carmine was little tilted perpendicular to the silver surfaces by using of the surface selection rules.

대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 구랍 12일 2011년 인쇄전문인력 양성과정 수료식을 가졌다. 2011년 1년 동안 4과목이 개설된 인쇄전문 인력 양성과정은 연인원 400여명이 수강했으며 일선업무에 적잖은 도움이 되었다는 평가를 받았다. 문화체육관광부의 국고 지원을 받아 대한인쇄문화협회가 주관하고 있는 정부 지원사업인 인쇄전문인력 양성과정은 지난 2009년부터 인쇄업계에 필요한 전문 인력을 양성하여 인쇄문화산업의 경쟁력을 제고하고자 하는 취지로 개설되었다. 전액 무상 교육사업으로 진행되고 있으며 2011년에 상반기에 인디자인 편집실무 과정과 인쇄물 무역실무 과정에 대한 교육 과정이 개설되어 6월 21일부터 7월 14일까지 4주간교육을 실시한데 이어 하반기에는 인쇄물 편집 교정 실무 과정, 디지털인쇄 실무 과정이 개설 되어 11월 14일부터 12월 12일까지 교육을 실시했다.

This paper aims to elaborate on the foundation of the colonialism, which comes from Natural Laws by John Locke and the extermination of the indigenous. John Locke develops his political doctrines considering Natural Laws as the logical, metaphysical supposition. He assumes Natural Laws to be the logical presupposition, but is interested in North America. This is evidently seen in his works according to research outcomes. His 'possessive individualism' discusses exclusion and extermination, on the bound of natural laws and natural state. The person without possessive rights is excluded, the people without effective farming is forfeited. Then acculturation is the justifying of slavery and suggestive of extermination. In the possessive individualism of bourgeois society, that is, private property, man is annulled aboard. That is colonialism comes from, which destroys all the cultures but its own cultures. It is Locke who is the first thinker of the imperial. In the thought of Locke found we in profane terminology projected for the world imperial. After Locke, colonialism has been appeared in the guise of racism in the eighteen century, especially in the universal history of system of philosophy, sometimes in the face of orientalism on all sides. The ideas of colonialism and imperialism have been absolutely for the West. In the totally administered society nowadays, the hope of redemption has been made impossible from the origin. From the beneath, operated and practiced the program of deletion of race, its ethnic cleansing is a mere case. Locke's thought for the human rights is consisted of property and freedom in mankind, but it ground baits for its bloodied symposium with words and consults. 'Our word is our weapon', this is wording of one ethnic that is in nearing extermination.

잉크 대신에 액체 또는 건조 토너를 사용한 디지털 인쇄기를 활용한 디지털 컬러 인쇄의 역사는 최소한 10년 이상 됐다. 인디고(Indigo)와 자이콘(Xeikon)으로부터 시작된 1세대 디지털 인쇄기들은 1993년 IPEX에서 세상에 첫 선을 보였다. 그러나 디지털 인쇄기들이 실질적으로 현장에서 사용, 가능해진 것은 1995년 드루파가 기점이 된다. 그런데 1995년 드루파에서 하이델베르그는 디지털 데이터로 작업되지만 4색 오프셋 인쇄 방법을 사용해 출력하는 퀵마스터(Quickmaster) 46-4DI 인쇄기를 소개했다. 이 제품은 적용성과 품질이 매우 좋고 운영 가격도 절감시켰기 때문에 디지털 컬러 인쇄기의 시장 진출을 늦추는 영향을 줬다고 평가된다.
