This article has examined the international transmission of returns among S&P500, Nikkei225 and SENSEX stock index cash markets using the daily closing prices covered from January 4, 2002 to February 6, 2009. For this purpose we employed dynamic time series models such as the Granger causality analysis and variance decomposition analysis based on VAR model. The main empirical results are as follows; First, according to Granger causality tests we find that S&P500 stock index has a significant prediction power on the changes of SENSEX and Nikkei225 stock index market and vice versa. However, US stock market's influence is dominant to the other stock markets at a significant level statistically. Second, according to variance decomposition, SENSEX stock index is more sensitive to the movement of S&P500 than that of Nikkei225 stock index. These kinds of empirical results shows that the three stock markets are integrated over times and these results will be informative for the international investors to build the world-wide investment portfolio and risk management strategies, etc.

이번호에 소개하는 해외건축동향은 지난 6월호에 이어 여전히 인도, 북쪽 지방의 뉴 델리에 위치해 있는 Indian Habitat Centre이다. Habitat을 번역하면 "서식지" 라는 뜻을 가진 이 곳은 도시개발과 환경관련 업무를 보는 사무실의 개념을 떠나서 인간의 이상적 서식지라는 좀 더 큰 근본적 개념을 가지고 계획된 곳이다.

인스펙션은 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스에서 작성된 산출물에 대한 품질 보증 활동의 하나이다. 산출물에서 결함을 찾을 수 있는 가장 정형적. 효율적, 경제적인 방범이 인스펙션이라고 알려져 있다［1］. 인스펙션은 테스트 전에 결함을 검출하여 소프트웨어의 품질을 높이고, 테스트 후에 발견되는 결함을 줄임으로써 유지보수에 드는 시간과 비용을 절감시킨다. 본 논문에서는 인스펙션 중에서도 코드에 관련된 인스펙션을 연구하고자 한다. 현재의 개발 패러다임은 CBD(Component Based Development)로 가고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발이 많아지고 규모가 커짐에 따라 재사용성이 뛰어난 컴포넌트로 개발들이 이루어지고 수행되고 있다. 컴포넌트를 개발할 때에도 품질은 중요한 문제이기 때문에 연구가 필요하다. 기존의 패러다임에서는 품질을 위한 인스펙션에 관한 많은 연구들이 있었고 진행되었다. 하지만 CBD에서의 품질을 위한 인스펙션에 관한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 알아보고 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans) 컴포넌트에 대한 코드 인스펙션을 통해 결함을 줄이고 품질을 향상시키기 위한 컴포넌트 인스펙션 프로세스(Component Inspection Process)를 실시한다. 프로세스의 각 단계에서는 UML 다이어그램. EJB의 콜백 메소드 흐름 다이어그램, 그리고 체크리스트를 사용한다. CIP 사용함으로써 CBD에서의 많은 결함을 줄이고 품질을 향상시킬 수 있게 될 것이다.

문자 인코딩은 컴퓨터에 저장하거나 네트워크상에서 전송하기 위해 문서를 이진화 하는 방법이다. 문자 인코딩은 고유의 문자 코드 테이블을 이용하여 문서를 이진화 하기 때문에, 문서에 적용된 문자 인코딩과 다른 문자 인코딩을 이용하여 디코딩 하면 원본과 다른 문서가 출력되어 문서를 읽을 수 없게 된다. 따라서 문서를 읽기 위해서는 문서에 적용된 문자 인코딩을 알아내야 한다. 본 논문에서는 문서의 문자 인코딩을 자동으로 판별하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안하는 방법은 이스케이프 문자를 이용한 판별법, 문서에 나타난 코드 값 범위 판별법, 문서에 나타난 코드 값의 특징 판별법, 단어 데이터베이스를 이용한 판별법과 같은 여러 단계를 걸쳐 문서에 적용된 문자 인코딩을 판별한다. 제안하는 방법은 문서를 언어별로 분류하여 문자 인코딩을 판별하기 때문에, 높은 문자 인코딩 인식률을 보인다.

This research employed a comparative legal analysis to explore the rules of CISG, Incoterms 2010, Chinese Contract Law, and Korean Civil Act with precedent researches and present customs in the international sale of goods. The results of this study show that there are some differences in the provisions of seller's delivery obligation to those regulations, such as the time and place of delivery goods, the conformity of goods on the contract, and delivery of documents. Therefore, the parties of contract, especially between Korean and Chinese traders, must be aware of the differences in the provisions of those selected regulations in order to reduce disputes between them, out of or in relation to or in connection with their sales contract.

The reciprocal effects towards the enhanced biological phosphorus removal were performed for anaerobic, aerobic and anoxic phases. The batch experiments showed that the p-absorption in the anoxic phase was 50% lower than aerobic phase. The correlation coefficient between p-back-solution and p-absorption was found to be $R^2=0.557$ however, the coefficient b(b = 8.4049) was relatively higher than the other researchers results. The increase and/or acceptance of the $K^+-,\;Mg^{2+}-$ and $NH_4-N$-concentration was proportional to those of the $PO_4-P$-concentration in the batch test. The relationship between $K^+-,\;Mg^{2+}$ and $PO_4-P$ was determined. The average value of this relation-ship agreed with 0.2 mol $K^+Ion$ / mol $PO_4-P$ ion and 0.21 mol $Mg^{2+}Ion$ / moi $PO_4-P$ ion in the anaerobic phase. The absorbed ratio of $K^+$ to $Mg^{2+}$ over $PO_4-P$ was found to be 1 : 5.

체질인류학의 인체측량방법을 사상의학의 변상진단학에 응용하여 연변조석족 성인 300명 (남:149명, 여:151명) 두면부의 27개 항목을 측량하고 태음인, 소양인과 소음인의 부동한 측량항목의 평균치, 상지간차이(象間差異) 및 4개의 주요한 지수(指數)를 계산하여 태음인, 소양인과 소음인의 활체측량성체질특점과 지수성체질특점을 탐색하려 시도하였다. 그 결과 태음인의 두연형태는 비교적 크고 남자 소음인의(면부(面部)) 형태는 비교적 좁고 길며(착장(窄長)) 여자 소양인의 입술은 비교적 두꺼웠다.

본 논문에서는 NPC (Neutral-Point-Clamped) 인버터와 ANPC (Active Neutral-Point-Clamped) 인버터의 특성과 성능을 비교 분석한다. ANPC 인버터는 기존의 NPC 인버터와 비교하여 스위칭 부하를 분산시켜 발열의 불균형을 해소하고 소자 수명을 증가시킨다. 기존의 NPC 인버터 시스템과 ANPC 인버터에 대하여 이론적인 특징과 성능을 분석하고 모델링과 시뮬레이션을 통하여 비교 분석한다.
