최근 한 방송사의 '세대공감 올드 & 뉴'라는 프로그램이 인기를 끌고 있습니다. 어른들이 모르는 신세대 말, 신세대가 모르는 어른들의 말을 알아봄으로써 세대간의 언어습관을 엿보고, 올바른 우리말을 배우는 프로입니다. 신세대가 모르는 어른들의 말은 할머니, 어머니를 통해 한번쯤 들어보았거나 그랬음직한데, 어른들이 모르는 신세대 말에선 한번쯤 멈칫하게 됩니다. 그 '멈칫'의 근원은 '아니, 저런 말도 있었나' 하는 놀라움이 아닐까 합니다. 사실 이런 이야기를 꺼내는 것은 이런 차이를 강조하고자 하는 것이 아니라, 그만큼 신조어가 많이 탄생하고 있음을 이야기하고자 함입니다. 지금부터 이야기하려고 하는 'e-혈전증'이나, '콘트라 섹슈얼'도 들어본 듯하지만 정확한 의미를 알지 못하는 단어들입니다. 말을 사회상을 반영합니다. 즉 이러한 신조어들은 우리가 살고 있는 사회의 바로미터일 것입니다.

90년대 TV 화장품 광고 중 아직도 많은 사람의 기억에 남아 있는 것은 이영애의 '산소 같은 여자'일 것이다. 이 광고는 이영애의 활기차고 탄력 있는 피부를 산소와 연결 지어 큰 성공을 거두었다. 또한, 신선한 공기를 공급한다는 점이 산소가 풍부한 공기를 공급한다는 의미일 정도로 산소는 좋은 이미지를 갖고 있다. 하지만 최근에는 웰빙과 노화에 관한 관심이 증가하면서 활성산소는 인체에서 제거해야 할 대상 1호로 꼽히며, 항산화제나 항산화 식품에 대한 인기가 그 어느 때보다 높다. 그러나 산소와 활성산소에 대해 흔히 알려진 이러한 사실과 달리 그 속에는 또 다른 반전이 숨어 있다.

최근 글로벌 OTT 서비스에서 한국드라마가 세계적 인기를 얻음에 따라 드라마 콘텐츠의 가치가 높아지고 있다. 드라마 대본은 드라마 제작에 있어서 핵심이 되는 데이터로, 특히 대사에는 인물의 특성이 잘 나타나 있다. 본 논문에서는 KoBERT 모델을 활용해 드라마 대사에서 인물의 특성 중 하나인 성별을 구분하고 실험 결과를 제시한다. KoBERT 모델로 대사의 성별을 분류한 뒤, 콘텐츠 분석과 인공지능 창작 측면에서의 활용 가능성에 대해 논의한다.

To establish high frequency shoot formation from two cultivars (Cheongyangjaerae and Myungan) of boxthorn (Lycium chinense Mill.), hypocotyl segments with cotyledons from seedlings were used as explants. High frequency adventitious shoot formation (more than 80%) were obtained from hypocotyl segments with cotyledon on MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L zeatin, when precultured for 3 weeks under dark conditions followed by transfer to light conditions. But there was no shoot induction in the explants cultured without preculture under dark conditions. Roots were induced from the shoots when transferred to rooting medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L IAA for 4 weeks. Regenerated plantlets were grown to normal mature plants in soil.

요즘 항산화 활성이 높아 인기가 많은 아로니아와 댕댕이나무의 고랭지 경사밭에 재배시 추비하는 횟수가 이들 열매의 항산화 활성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 묘목은 2년생 묘를 이용하여 2016년 5월에 정식하였으며 2018년 11월 까지 재배하여 추비하였다. 추비는 매년 1회, 2회, 3회, 4회 처리를 두었으며 3년차인 2018년에 댕댕이나무는 6월 상순, 아로니아는 10월 상순에 수확하여 동결 건조하였으며 분말형태로 갈아 실험에 사용하였다. 분석결과 추비처리에 따른 아로니아 열매의 수율은 유사하였으며 총페놀 함량은 추비 1회 처리에서 76.2mg GAE/g 로 가장 높았고 그다음이 추비 4회, 2회, 3회 순이었다. 총플라보노이드 함량은 4회 추비처리에서 14.5mg QE/g로 가장 높았으며 그다음이 추비 2회, 1회, 3회 처리 순이었다. 그리고 DPPH 활성산소 제거능은 1회 추비처리에서 130.3 IC50(${\mu}g/ml$)으로 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며 그다음이 추비 4회, 2회, 3회 추비처리 순이었다. 또 환원력에 있어서도 $1,000{\mu}g/m{\ell}$의 농도에서 추비 1회에서 높았고 그다음 유사하였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 아로니아 열매의 항산화 활성은 추비를 1회 정도 하는 것이 좋을 것으로 생각된다. 추비처리에 따른 댕댕이나무 열매의 수율은 추비 4회 처리에서 가장 높았고 그다음이 추비 1회 처리에서 많았고 추비 2회, 3회는 유사하였다. 총페놀 함량은 추비 2회 처리에서 59.1mg GAE/g 로 가장 높았고 그다음이 추비 3회, 4회, 2회 처리 순이었다. 총플라보노이드 함량은 추비 1회 처리에서 152mg QE/g로 가장 높았으며 그다음은 모두 유사하였다. 그리고 DPPH 활성산소 제거능은 2회 추비처리에서 117.8 IC50(${\mu}g/ml$)으로 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며 그다음이 1회, 4회, 3회 추비처리 순이었다. 또 환원력에 있어서도 $1,000{\mu}g/m{\ell}$의 농도에서 추비 1회와 2회 처리에서 높았고 3회 4회 처리는 유사하였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 댕댕이나무 열매의 항산화 활성은 추비를 1-2회 정도 하는 것이 좋은 것으로 사료된다.

This thesis urges the change of the education system of popular music for globalization of K-POP in a longer point of view Korean popular music has developed not only musically but also sound quality itself. Moreover it became popular in a global scale in the name of K-POP. However, it is still limited to idol music, and numerous issues related to the lack of musical talent are emerging Even though the routine of birth and death of several idol groups and singers are still repeated. Recently, the skills of artists enhanced due to audition TV shows but still it's not enough. Under this situation, it is not appropriate to rely on audition TV shows and Entertainment Management companies for picking up talented artists. Therefore, like Classic or Traditional music, schools concentrated for popular music must be founded. If this become enabled, young students going to entertainment companies or to unqualified but expensive private institutes will disappear. Moreover, it can prevent students from lacking behind in their academic activity. In addition, a reformation should be done education colleges for raising popular music educators

Tor is a popular, low-latency open network that offers online anonymity to users by concealing their information from anyone conducting traffic analysis. At the same time, a number of conventional passive and active attacking schemes have been proposed to compromise the anonymity provided by the Tor network. In addition to attacks on the network through traffic analysis, interacting with an unsecured application can reveal a Tor user's IP address. Specific traffic from such applications bypasses Tor proxy settings in the user's machine and forms connections outside the Tor network. This paper presents such applications and shows how they can be used to deanonymize Tor users. Extensive test studies performed in the paper show that applications such as Flash and BitTorrent can reveal the IP addresses of Tor users.

Social Network Service (SNS) has gained great popularity. Recently, facebook has been used most active. Most of government ministries of Republic of Korea operates facebook. In the case of facebook, it takes advantages of possibilities to inform the direction of policy to aggregate opinions of people for issues. Information gained from facebook has a very important value to be reflected in the policy or to understand public opinions. Long-term storage for this information should be considered. In the case of overseas, tools for long-term storage of documentary facebook have recently been developed. However, it does not save all the data in facebook and ignores the principles for long-term storage. These tools are limited to a simple backup. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how to reproduce, store and collect facebook page records of the government ministries.

In the past years, the influx of Korean tourists to international destinations has seen a significant rise, especially in non-Asian countries. However, Mexico is still far from a popular destination to the average Korean tourist. Using Keller's brand equity model, this paper researches Koreans' opinions and general brand image of Mexico in an attempt to identify both the positive and negative perceptions they have of this country. Keller's brand model analyses four different levels of engagement between the customers and the brand. We want to know the degree to which Koreans have been engaged in Mexico as a brand nation and as a tourist destination. Research findings through this study will reveal the needs and insights that offer opportunities relevant for the planning, creation, design and development of new approaches for Mexico's nation brand promotion.

Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Jakarta's Ex-Governor, lost his re-election bid in 2017 and then was jailed on a charge of blasphemy. After his defeat, the rhetorics of Indonesian politics was divided into two opposing sides: anti-Communism and 'pribumi' of the radical Islamic movements and Pancasila of the Jokowi administration. Although Islamic political parties are now preoccupied with their own coalitional politics and survivals, rather than solidarity of Islamic forces, the rising Islamic sentiments confirmed by the Jakarta election indicate that religion will continue to be a key variable in Indonesian politics. Meanwhile, ex-military generals who declared themselves as candidates in the 2018 regional election and the 2019 presidential election, as well as a few measures used by the Jokowi administration against extra-parliamentary political opponents, remind us of Suharto's New Order. Steady growth continues in economy. The raise of minimum wage enlarged middle classes and led to a decline of the poverty rate. Jokowi's commitment to building infrastructure has made tangible achievements. Under these circumstances, enhanced cooperation between Indonesia and South Korea is laudable, though any such cooperation must fully incorporate local sociocultural contexts, such as the strengthened halal certification system.
