  • The LDPE films were photolyzed for 100 hours in UV apparatus with 400-W medium pressure mercury lamp radiating wavelengths longer than 254nm. A simple kinetic model was introduced and was applied to interpret the FT-IR absorbance of carbonyl and hydroperoxide bonds as a function of UV exposure time. From these data, the reaction mechanism and the rate determining step of photodegradation were determined.

  • Occur in various parts of the world and the new aspects of the regional conflict is spreading. Nation and civilization, one based on religious ideology, hegemonic tendencies areas of conflict are factors that appear. It has the characteristic that inheritance and conflict between civilizations is spreading. Christian and Islamic books, especially the confrontation and conflict is surfaced in the international political aspects, and a threat to the security of the human race is approaching. To assert the superiority of Western Christianity emerging countries, the salvation of mankind and world peace mission with the historical non-democracy, human rights, women's rights, underdevelopment, nuclear issues, and the spirit of Christian civilization, considered to be linked and reverse, Democracy Launching and human rights issues are forcing Western development model. Islam believes in absolute monotheism that God Lord only determined by the 'slave' and having the determination to serve the religious, political, social and cultural nature ingrained, and closely adjacent to each other geographically, to focus on in quency characteristics higher than the other civilizations are appearing. To assert the doctrine of non-violent Islam 'Koran' and 'knife' became known as the violent images appear in the armed conflict between the culture method. Today the world is facing a clash of civilizations is derived from the religious conflicts and confrontation and friction between the nations appear. In particular, the deep religious roots of Christianity and Islam, the Arab-Israeli conflict, including the right to live in strife confrontation between Christianity and Islam was spread. By a factor of civilization and the spread of terrorism occurred historically proven came here from all over the earth that is being generated is true. Civilization are the symbol of the nation and the species identity.

  • Thailand in 2017 the public sentiment has turned against the military government. The four pledges the military declared immediately after the 2014 coup, restoration of democracy, addressing of divisive politics, eradication of corruption, and stimulation of the economy have all failed. In the same year, however, Thai military junta began to recover it's diplomatic relationship with western countries including US and EU owing to promulgation of the new constitution endorsed by King Maha Vajiralongkorn and the lavish funeral of late King Bhumibol Adulyadej which was attended by huge number of condolence delegations from around the world including US Defense Secretary James Mattis. Since the 2014 coup, US has sanctioned the country under military junta led by General Prayuth Chan-o-cha for urging them back to the barracks. EU also joined this sanction measures. US signaled change in it's policy when General Prayuth got the chance to visit US and meet President Donal Trump in 2017. General Prayuth Chan-o-cha's military junta could start to restore it's reputation internationally. Domestically, he used absolute powers based on section 44 of the interim constitution, also guranteed in the new constitution. Oversea and national human rights groups have criticized that the interim constitution for permitting the NCPO, Thai military junta's official name, to carry out policies and actions without any effective oversight or accountability for human rights violations. On 1 December 2017, Thailand marked the one-year anniversary of King Maha Vajiralongkorn's accession to the throne as the country's new monarch, Rama X. In the first year of King Rama X's reign, arrests, prosecutions, and imprisonment under Article 112 of Thailand's Criminal Code (lese-majeste) have continued unabated in Thailand. NCPO has continued to abuse Article 112 to detain alleged violators and curb any form of discussion regarding the monarchy, particularly on social media. In this worsening human rights environment General Prayuth Chan-o-cha enforced continuously campaign like Thai-style democracy- an effort to promote largely autocratic 'Thainess' in such a way that freedom of expression is threatened. It is a resurgence of 'Sarit Model'. In the beginning of 2017 Thai military government raised the slogan of 'opportunity Thailand' in the context of 'Thailand 4.0' project which attempts to transform Thai economy based on industry-driven to innovation-driven for recovering robust growth. To consider freedom and liberty as a source of innovation, 'Thailand 4.0' led by 'Sarit Model' without democracy would be skeptical.

  • The process of extracting active ingredients from wheat sprout using ultrasound assisted method was optimized with a central composite design model. The response value of the central composite design model established the extraction yield and the total flavonoids content, main effects and interactive effects were analyzed depending on independent variables such as the extraction time, volume ratio of ethanol to ultrapure water, and ultrasonic irradiation power. The volume ratio of ethanol to ultrapure water and ultrasonic irradiation power were relatively large for the extraction yield and the extraction time was most significantly affected the total flavonoids, Considering both the extraction yield and total flavonoids content, the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction time of 17.00 min, volume ratio of ethanol to ultrapure water of 50.25 vol%, ultrasonic irradiation power of 551.70 W. In this case, the extraction yield and total flavonoids content were 28.43 wt% and $29.99{\mu}g\;QE/mL\;dw$, respectively. The actual experimental extraction yield and total flavonoids content under this condition were 8.73 wt% and $29.65{\mu}g\;QE/mL\;dw$, respectively with respective error rates of 1.05 and 1.13%.

  • This study aims to analyze the environment for the open-source records system and to identify the risk and requirements for the success of the strategy in Korea. For this, Chapter 2 presented a review of the strategic benefits of open source to public organizations, developers, and users. It also discussed the process of cooperatively developing and releasing the source code and the technology infrastructure supporting open source. In Chapter 3, six representative open-source projects in the field of records management were selected, and case studies were conducted. To derive comprehensive implications, we have divided the main development body of open-source projects into international organizations, international cooperation systems, national archives, and software development companies. We also analyzed the background and purpose of each project, the agents of development and funding, the governance model, the development period and cost, the business model and software architecture, the community composition, and the licensing strategy. Through this, we have derived four critical success factors. In terms of technology, a component-based design was required; therefore, we proposed a microservice architecture and a model-view-controller design pattern. Next, it was necessary to reestablish system requirements of records center and archives. Moreover, we also proposed a dual licensing strategy to allow developers to easily participate in open-source projects. Lastly, we emphasized a strong governance structure and an effective cooperation framework to create a sustainable community. For a record system to be open-source successfully in an organization-centered market, the roles of software developers and end users should be exercised more in the community. To achieve this, it is important to build various collaborative tools and development infrastructure from a planning stage to a centralized one.

  • In this study, an antioxidant was extracted from Lonicera japonica and Sophora japonica L, which was optimized by using the central composite design (CDD) model of response surface methodology (RSM). The response value of CDC model establishes the extraction yield and the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity. The extraction time, volume ratio of ethanol/ultrapure water, and extraction temperature were selected as quantitative factors. According to the result of CDC, optimal extraction conditions of Lonicera japonica were as follows; the extraction time of 2.08 h, volume ratio of ethanol/ultrapure water of 41.53 vol.%, and extraction temperature of $55.08^{\circ}C$. At these conditions the expected results indicated that the yield and DPPH radical scavenging activity were estimated as 37.88 wt% and 40.37%, respectively. On the other hand, optimal extraction conditions of Sophora japonica L. could be found as the extraction time of 2.13 h, volume ratio of ethanol/ultrapure water of 62.89 vol.%, and temperature of $50.42^{\circ}C$. Under the conditions, the (possible) maximum values of yield and DPPH radical scavenging activity were found as 35.43 wt% and 55.7%, respectively.

  • The typical removal method of volatile organic compounds is adsorption process. In this study, granular activated carbon and activated carbon fiber were used as adsorbents, and the adsorption behavior for the two types of adsorbent was compared. And they were regenerated by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction at a constant temperature, 318.15 K, and 2000, 2500, 3000 psi respectively. The desorption percentage of initial adsorbates and iodine values were increased with pressure of supercritical carbon dioxide. The regeneration time was 70 and 60 minutes in adsorbents loaded with methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) and benzene, respectively. The desorption percentages were 64.0% for granular activated carbon and 55.3% for activated carbon fiber loaded with MEK, and 59.1% for granular activated carbon and 45.2% for activated carbon fiber loaded with benzene. The exit concentration could be evaluated by Tan and Liou model. Therefore, the granular activated carbon and the activated carbon fiber could be regenerated by supercritical fluid extraction process.

  • Numerical solutions were obtained to the model equations for various of the parameters characterizing the pore structure, effective internal diffusion, and the chemical reaction constant. The conversion was decreased with the cause of pore closure at the surface of reacting particles, reduction of porosity, surface area of reaction and effective diffusion coefficient in the solid with the progress of reaction. Total conversion was strongly dependent on the local conversion at surface. According to the decreasing of impregnated concentration of the copper oxide and the increase of the flue gases concentration, total conversion was increased. The conversion was affected by gas flow rate and pore size distribution in the reacting solid.

  • Since embedded software is very dependent for target hardware architecture, characteristics of the platform must be considered when designing the software. Furthermore, MPSoCs consists of heterogeneous hardware components that are specified in micro level. Thus mapping of embedded software for MPSoCs should be considered the characteristics. In this paper, we provide an approach to automatic mapping PIM (Platform Independent Model) of an embedded software to PSM(Platform Specific Model) for MPSoC(Multi Processor System On Chip) and verify its effectiveness with simulation. In the proposed approach, tasks are derived from an object oriented model based on the UML (Unified Modeling Language). And then the types of the derived tasks are identified. With the identified types and inter relationship between tasks, the tasks are assigned to appropriate heterogeneous hardware components. We expect that the approach improve accuracy of the assigning and concurrency of the deployed software.
