Study on Dynamic Trust-based Access Control in Online Social Network Environment (소셜 네트워크 환경에서 동적 신뢰 중심의 접근 제어 모델에 관한 연구)

  • There has been an explosive increase in the population of OSN(online social network) for 10 years. OSN provides users with many opportunities to have communication among friends, families and goes so far as to make relationships among unknown people having similar belief or interest. However, OSN also produced adverse effects such as privacy breaches, leaking uncontrolled information or disseminating false information. Access control models such as MAC, DAC, RBAC are applied to the OSN to control those problems but those models in OSN are not fit in dynamic OSN environment because user's acts in OSN are unpredictable and static access control imposes burden on users to change access control rules one by one. This paper proposes the dynamic trust-based access control to solve the problems of traditional static access control in OSN.

Accessibility and Spatial Equity of Subway Networks in Seoul (서울시 지하철 네트워크의 접근성과 공간적 형평성)

  • In Seoul, the subway system has been in use since 1974 and is the most frequently used travel mode accounting for approximately 40% of passenger journeys in 2015. As such the subway system is widely adopted by people and therefore, can have great impacts on their everyday life. However, it is easily noted that transit resources are not distributed spatially uniform, in other words, not all parts of the city gain the same benefits from their networks. This study aims to examine the inequity of spatial distribution of subway networks based on accessibility. Accessibility of subway networks are calculated based on the time-distance between stations and then equity is measured using the Gini index. Resulted map of subway accessibility shows that the benefits are not evenly distributed in Seoul with a pattern of highly accessible core - less accessible periphery areas. Also the subway accessibility network has fairer distribution against the employees' distribution rather than the distribution of general population or possibly transit dependent groups.

3D Visualization Approaches for Evaluating Location Solution Performances (시설물 접근성 분석을 위한 GIS의 3차원 시각화 기법 적용)

  • This paper discusses the design of location optimization visualization and feasibility of 3 dimensional visualization techniques. In generic GIS visualization of location analysis, 2 dimensional visualization techniques have been used to map location elements and model solution, such as displaying demand and supply points, drawing connecting lines(e. g. spider line) of optimal locations to their demands, and representing density of location variations. Nevertheless, current GIS and location analysis literatures have little attentions in 3D visualization applications for location optimization problems. Previous research has been neglected 3D visualization of solution performances and its evaluation of solution quality. Consequently, this paper demonstrates potential benefits of 3D visualization techniques and its appropriate GIS applications for location optimization analysis. The visualization effectiveness of 3D approaches is examined in terms of spatial accessibility, and solution performance of optimal location models is evaluated. Finally, this paper proposes extensive 3D visualization perspectives for location analysis and GIS research as a further research agenda.

Estimating Walk Access and Auto Access Ridership for Transit Demand Forecast (대중교통수요예측을 위한 보행접근 및 승용차접근 잠재수요의 추정)

  • This paper presents a new method for estimating potential transit ridership residential population and number of employees that have accesses to transit services. A standard procedure that can be used to determine transit accessibility by pedestrians ad automobiles are developed to improve its transit demand forecasting capability. The analysis results are compared with those from the traditional buffer method as well as the network ratio method. It was found that the proposed method is more accurate than the traditional methods. The new method can be used to better estimate the "Walk Access" transit trips and "Auto Access" transit trips in the Mode Choice Model.

  • 우리나라는 산림은 단순림이 많고 밀도가 높기 때문에 산불이 한번 발생하면 대형 산불로 확산될 우려가 크다. 이 때문에 산불 발생을 미리 예측하여 대응할 필요가 있다. 산불 발생예측을 위해서는 산불 발생에 영향을 미치는 인자와 산불 발생의 관계를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 1997년부터 2006년까지 발생한 전국에서 발생한 산불의 point data를 이용하였다. 산불 발생 지점의 지형인자와 지리인자, 그리고 산불 발생 당시의 기상인자로 DB를 구축하고 산불 발생과의 관계를 구명하였다. 지형인자 분석은 고도, 방위, 경사에 따른 산불 발생 빈도를 분석하였고, 그 상관관계를 분석하였다. 지리인자 분석에서는 인구밀도, 산불 발생지역의 접근성(도로에 따른 접근성, 대도시와의 거리에 따른 접근성)에 대한 산불 발생의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 기상인자와 산불 발생의 관계는 전국 76개소에서 관측된 온습도 데이터를 보간한 자료와 산불 발생과의 관계를 분석하였다. 기상인자 분석은 산불이 가장 빈번하게 발생하는 3월 하순, 4월 초순, 4월 중순 자료를 평균하여 산불 발생 빈도와의 상관관계를 분석하고 산불 발생 위험지역을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 각 인자와 산불 발생의 관계를 분석해보았다. 하지만 각 인자간의 관계를 분석하지 못한 것이 한계점이라고 할 수 있다. 차후 연구에서는 각 인자간의 관련성을 분석하고 산불 발생의 원인과 인자간의 구체적인 인과관계를 밝히는 것도 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Demographic Characteristics, Economic Factors, Factors of Accessibility in Children without Living Together, and Life Satisfaction in the Male and Female Elderly - Centering on Multi-dimensional Structure in Life Satisfaction - (남녀노인의 사회인구학적, 경제적 요인 및 비동거자녀 접근성 요인과 생활만족도 - 생활만족도의 다차원적 구조를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to generate theoretical and policy suggestions on the policy for elderly welfare by comparatively analyzing factors related to life satisfaction for the male and female elderly. The survey subjects were 403 people over 60 years old who lived in J city of Gyeongsangnam-do Province, with 214 male elderly and 189 female elderly participants. Factors, that commonly had aninfluence on life satisfaction in the male and female elderly included subjective health level and subjective economic level. A gender difference was apparent among the male and female elderly for the male elderly, age had a primary influence on life satisfaction. However, for the female elderly, academic background, religion, and frequency of contact with children had a large influence. Accordingly, the female elderly were seen to be influenced more by environment than the male elderly. This study will help to generate a comprehensive understanding of diversity among the male and female elderly, contribute to improving diverse elements in the environment and to laying out a plan an elderly welfare policy that will increase life satisfaction among the male and female elderly, and offer implications for further research that will be conducive to understanding the differences between male and female elderly people.

A Contextual Study of Public Transport Information Service Use Behavior in Daily Activity (일상 활동에서의 상황변수를 고려한 대중교통 정보서비스 이용 유형 연구)

  • It has become important to have some proper guidelines of how to provide public transport information services in response to the rapid IT developments and the wide spread of public information services. The current study takes a contextual approach to the analysis of public transportation information use under a dynamic decision situation, complementing the conventional cross-sectional approaches. Using the CHAID of decision tree induction based on decision table formalism applied to the survey data of activity travel and information use, the study found that the information type and medium choices are strongly affected by the decision contexts in addition to the individuals' socio-demographic characteristics. The results suggest an important implication to the market segmentation of information services for public transportation.

  • The purpose of this study is to minimize damage of chemical accidents through the appropriation analysis of evacuation facility position focused on Ulsan metropolitan city. For analysis, informations such as pollutant release and transfer registers(PRTR), population census, and evacuation facilities were used. After then, damage assessment of chemical accidents, accessibility and appropriation of evacuation facilities were analyzed. Damage of chemical accidents is high in around 5km of industrial complex there is dense of chemical facility and population. Evacuation facilities were mainly situated in hazard area of chemical accidents, but accessibility of evacuation facilities was vulnerable in chemical plant neighborhood. Therefore, safety check of deteriorated plants is important for prevention of chemical accidents. Also, effective evacuation plan considering capacity and scale of evacuation facilities will be established.

The determinants of Emergency Care Utilization and Equity of Access to Care in Elderly Koreans (노인들의 응급의료이용 결정요인과 형평성)

  • This study examines the determinants of emergency care utilization and equity of access to care in elderly Koreans. Based on the data from the 2014 Korea Health Panel Survey, descriptive and logistic regression analysis was performed. The sample for this study was 1,313 individuals who participated in interviews. Predisposing factors such as age, sex, and education were significant determinants of emergency care utilization. Differences in need do not fully account for the original differences observed between subgroups of older Koreans. Health status was important determinant of older Koreans using emergency care services. Spending medical expense did not ameliorate the subgroup differences in the use of emergency care services. Nonetheless, spending medical expense remains a particularly important predictor of emergency care utilization. Health care reforms in Korea should continue to concentrate on insuring effective universal emergency care, implying that all older Koreans with need receive effective coverage. Future study is also needed to understand the access barriers that may exist for the selected demographic subgroups, i.e., those over 75, women, less educated persons, and those with higher medical expense.

Analysis of the effect of improving access to wide-area public transportation on the Regional Economic Revitalization (광역 대중교통 접근성 향상이 관광 및 지역경제 활성화에 미치는 효과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose ways to revitalize the local economy by analyzing the index changes and tourism big data before and after the opining of the KTX on the Gangneung Line in Gangneung City, where the population continues to decline. For This, the main current status of Gangneung-si and internal operation record data(DTG) of Gangneung-si were analyzed. After that, changes in the movement behavior of public transportation users before and after the opening of the KTX Gangneung Line were compared. As a result, it was possible to observe changes in tourist transportation preferences, demographic shifts, alterations in small-scale business sectors and in the travel patterns of tourists within the city of Gangneung. In particular, changes in the small business sector have shown an increase in general restaurants, leisure food establishments(cafes, etc.), and accommodation facilities following the opening of the KTX Gangneung Line. All three sectors have experienced growth concentrated in the vicinity of Gangneung Station, indicating the influence of Gangneung Station, which opened in the central part of Gangneung city, following the inauguration of the KTX Gangneung Line.
