New social risks is likely to emerge from instability of family structure, flexible of labor market, movement of globalization which is related with the post-industrial society and so on. Especially, a lot of women are exposure to not only old social risks but also new social risks. A breakdown of traditional family structure, flexible of labor market which is be followed by globalization, women's poverty and limited approaches at social security services are the representation risk which is confront to women. In this study, therefore, the social risk is recognized by breakdown of traditional family structure risk which comes from the social change, aging of population, the decrease of labor population and New Right ideology. The purpose of the study is to arrange the new welfare state at gender equality level by anglicizing about women's new social risks.

The proportion of people aged 65 or older in the world's major advanced nations is increasing to a significant extent. Aging population causes various socioeconomic problems. One of the most important issues is the welfare of the elderly. Advanced foreign countries that have already experienced aging early are investing a lot of money or legal system to provide welfare services necessary for old age such as income security system for the elderly, health care service for the elderly, and long-term protection problems. The contents of the social welfare legislation including the welfare of the elderly are closely related to the society, politics, economy, and culture of each country. Both Korea and Japan are actively intervening in the social security of the nation based on the constitutional ideology. The elderly welfare Act is a time when more careful diagnosis is needed because it is in the process of establishing the basic direction based on human dignity and pursuing the most efficient way to achieve it in such an ideology and reality. Therefore, in this study, based on the Elderly Welfare Act of Japan, which is the selection country of aging, I would like to examine the implications for the Elderly Welfare Act in Korea.

현대인들의 건강관리의 인식의 변화와 노령화 인구 증가는 현대 사회의 큰 이슈이다. 몸이 불편하지만 거동이 힘든 환자, 보호자가 항상 곁에 없는 환자, 스스로의 질병관리의 방법을 모르는 환자들이 스마트 기기만 있으면 이용 가능한 만성질환관리 하이브리드 앱서비스를 제안한다. 제안한 하이브리드 앱서비스는 웹페이지를 이용하여 운영체제에 상관없는 서비스 이용이 가능하도록 연구하였다.

최근 사물에 각종 센서와 통신을 내장하여 연결한 IoT기술과 노령인구의 증가로 인한 헬스케어 시스템이 각광을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어와 IoT의 융합으로써, 건강관리를 위해서 많은이들이 활용하는 헬스클럽 운동기구의 관리를 위한 IoT 시스템의 설계를 해본다. 헬스클럽 관리 시스템은 헬스클럽 운동기구에 각종 측정 센서를 부착하여 중앙에서 관리하고, 헬스클럽 사용자는 모바일 시스템을 통해서 운동기구의 상태, 운동량, 사용량등을 통계화하여 본인의 건강을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다.

Recently, with the remarkable increase in elderly persons and improvement of skin care technique, the requirements of customer for anti-aging care have become very important. Also, after cosmeceutical-product law was done in 2001, the major interesting field in cosmetic industry has been focused to developing anti-aging materials having safety and efficacy by basic science. In this review, we ill introduce the trend of anti-aging research and materials to prevent wrinkle or improve elasticity of skin.

우리사회는 당면한 사회적인 문제가 많다. 수명연장 저출산에 의한 사회고령화가 가속되고 있지만 사회적 부담 해소를 위한 노년 일자리 창출이 요원한 실정이다. 700 만 명이 넘는 1차 베이비 붐 세대가 2012년을 시점으로 본격 은퇴가 예상되고 있는 반면 이들을 수용할 일자리가 절실할 때에 고용상황의 악화로 오히려 조기퇴직이 가속화되고 있다. 또한 농촌인구의 감소 및 노령화로 농촌의 황폐화가 심각한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 영농분야에서 중장년층에게 안정적인 고용효과를 제공하면서 에너지절감이 가능한 IT 기반의 스마트영농 기술 및 특성을 소개하고 고용창출, 농촌활성화 및 녹색산업의 성장으로 연계하기 위한 전략과 정부의 정책을 제안하고 관련된 이슈에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

농사를 지을 수 있는 토지의 부족 및 농촌인구의 감소, 노령화 등으로 인하여 팜 팩토리(Farm Factory)의 개념을 도입하여 소규모 기술 집약적 미래형 농업인 하이포니카를 이용한 각종 채소를 재배하는 기술이 보급되고 있다. 그러나 이와 관련된 각종 모니터링 및 제어 소프트웨어가 외산일색으로 정작 실사용자가 사용하기에는 많은 난점들이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 에어하우스나 소규모 실내에서 하이포니카 생장법을 이용하여 식물을 생육 시 필요한 모니터링 시스템을 제안한다.

양액재배는 고품질의 농산물을 다수확할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 환경부하를 적게 할 수 있는 재배법이면서 노동력을 경감시킬 수 있는 생력시스템으로 평가되어지고 있으며, 현재의 농업생산과정에서 발생하고 있는 여러 가지 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 대응기술로써 각광을 받고 있다. 특히, 영농후계자의 감소와 농업인구의 노령화에 따라 농업노동력이 갈수록 줄어드는 상황하에서 첨단과학영농기술을 개발ㆍ보급함으로서 노동력절감은 물론 노동생산성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 시스템의 생산이 가능하고, 주년생산에 따른 연간 노동력의 배분을 상당한 정도로 균등화시킬수 있으며, 작업환경이 청정하여 노동의 질적 향상을 꾀할 수 있고, 컴퓨터 등 첨단 시설 및 장비의 도입으로 재배관리전반을 자동화할 수 있는 재배기술이 바로 양액재배이다. 의학 기술의 발달로 인해 현 사회의 노령 인구가 급증하는 가운데 노화로 인한 노인들의 신체능력 및 인지능력의 저하가 전 세계의 사회적 문제로 자리 잡았다. 인지능력의 저하는 치매로까지 연결될 수 있어 초기에 관리를 하는 것이 매우 중요하며, 인지능력 향상을 목적으로 다양한 콘텐츠가 제작되고 있다. 최근 다양한 분야에서 콘텐츠들이 디지털화를 통해 효용을 높이고 있으나 노인을 위한 콘텐츠는 사용자의 특성상 디지털 콘텐츠로의 전환 및 활성화가 쉽지 않아 아날로그 콘텐츠가 현재까지도 일상 및 병원 치료활동에 주로 활용되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 현재 사용 중인 아날로그 콘텐츠의 사례분석을 통해 노인 콘텐츠의 특성을 파악하고 한계점을 도출해 노인 인지능력 향상을 위한 콘텐츠가 제공해야 하는 특성과 발전해나가야 할 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 노인 경도인지장애 개선을 위한 서비스디자인 가이드라인 개발을 위한 선행연구로 수행되었다.

In recent, Korea introduced the local self-government system. And the local government tried to establish and implement plans for women. Those plans were established on the basis of not the particular environments of regional societies but similar policies of central government. Despite of geographical migrations, we can find differences of population structure and economic status among regions. As the result, most of regional policies for women were ineffective. This paper examines population structure and economic status of women by regions and recommends the long and medium direction for local policies for women. For analysis, it utilizes the 2% sample data-set of National Statistical Office's '1995 Population and Housing Census' in Korea. The findings of this paper are summarized as following; Firstly, the dependency rate of Chungchong-do, Cholla-do, Kyongsangnam-do will reach about 45% in 2000. Therefore, as soon as possible, those local government should establish the labor policies to enhance the economically active participation rate of the elderly persons and welfare policy for them. Secondly, the level of women's economic participation. Thus, local governments should set up labor market policies for women according to regional situations. For examples, in Kyonggi-do, Seoul, Daejeon, Daeku which unemployment rate of the highly educated women are relatively high, those local governments should seek the measures to tackle unemployment problem of them. Thirdly, due to the differences regional economic structure, women's employment structures differed also by region. Hence, local governments should formulate suitable plans to consider the working status of regional women's workers.
