품질경쟁력 평가모형에서 제품 디자인의 인과관계와 디자인 경영에 관한 실증적 분석 : 한국 제조업 부문을 중심으로

  • 생산자 중심에서 소비자 중심으로의 경영 패러다임이 변화함에 따라, 이제 디자인 경영(design management)의 시대가 도래하였다 즉, 제반 기능의 활동이 독립적이고 순차적으로 이루어지는 기존 경영방식(즉, 제품 개발 $\rightarrow$ 제품 디자인 $\rightarrow$ 제조 $\rightarrow$ 마케팅 $\rightarrow$ 판매)과는 달리, 디자인 경영은 디자인을 중심으로 제반 기능간의 통합과 조정을 이룬다. 이 결과, 디자인 경영은 조직간의 커뮤니케이션을 활성화시키며 소비자의 추상적인 욕구가 구체적으로 상품에 표현되도록 노력한다. 이렇게 함으로써, 디자인 경영은 기업 이미지 창조의 역할을 적극적으로 수행하는 것이다. 이와 같은 소비자 중심의 경영은 과거 제품의 판매(sales)지향적이던 기업 활동을 소비자와의 관계(relationship)지향적으로 변화시키고 있다. 본 연구의 분석 목적은 제품 디자인을 품질경쟁력의 결정요인으로서 포함시켜 품질경쟁력의 평가모형을 개발하고 품질경쟁력의 결정요인 및 상관관계와 품질함수를 추정함으로써 제품 디자인 및 디자인 경영의 기능적 역할을 규명하고 디자인 경쟁력 수준을 평가 및 측정할 수 있는 모형을 정립함과 동시에 이를 제고할 수 있는 정책방향을 제시하는 것이다. 이로써, 본 연구는 신상품의 개발과정에서 어떻게 제품 디자인이 연구개발, 제조, 마아케팅, 판매 등의 제반 기능들과 상호 작용하며 이들 기능들의 통합과 조정을 추구할 수 있는가를 보여주는 디자인 경영의 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 함이다. 상기와 같은 연구목적과 분석목표를 위하여, 한국 제조업 부문의 400개 표본기업에 대하여 소정의 설문조사를 통하여 추출된 측정변수들을 기초로 품질경쟁력의 결정요인을 분석하고 품질경쟁력 지수를 도출하여 산업부문별 및 제품유형별로 비교하였으며, 품질함수를 추정하였다. 전술한 분석결과를 토대로, 디자인 경영이론의 기초를 제공하기 위한 시도로서 제품 디자인의 파급효과와 인과관계에 대한 가설검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. (1) 품질경쟁력의 결정요인으로서 주요 제품들의 기능성, 기본 성능, 제품성과의 기술적 성취도, 제품 수명(내구성), 신뢰성, 핵심 기술력, 사용 편의성, 서비스 편의성, 생산 용이성, 제품 디자인의 우수한 정도가 a=0.01 수준 하에서 유의적으로 추정되었다. 이들 변수들 중에서 품질경쟁력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 측정변수는 제품의 기본 성능, 수명(내구성), 신뢰성, 제품 디자인의 순서로 추정되었다. 이것은 한국 제조업이 아직 산업 디자인이 품질경쟁력에 크게 영향을 미치는 성숙단계에 이르지 못하였음을 의미한다. (2) 제품 디자인에게 영향을 끼치는 유의적인 변수는 연구개발력, 연구개발투자 수준, 혁신활동 수준(5S, TPM, 6Sigma 운동, QC 등)이며, 제품 디자인은 우선 품질경쟁력을 높여 간접적으로 고객만족과 고객 충성을 유발하는 것으로 추정되었다. 상기의 분석결과로부터, 본 연구는 다음과 같은 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. 첫째, 신상품 개발과 혁신을 위한 포괄적인 연구개발 프로젝트를 품질 경쟁력의 주요 결정요인(제품의 기본성능, 신뢰성, 수명(내구성) 및 제품 디자인)과 연계하여 추진해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 기업은 디자인 경영 마인드 제고와 디자인 전문인력 양성을, 대학은 디자인 현장 업무를 통하여 창의력 증진과 기획 및 마케팅 능력 교육을, 정부는 디자인 기술개발 및 디자인 교육지원의 강화를 통하여 각각 디자인 경쟁력$\rightarrow$품질경쟁력을 제고시켜야 할 것이다.

A Study on Causal Relationship About the Reparations Range (손해배상범위에 관한 인과관계의 연구)

  • Causal relationship means what relations the result occurred have with a fact as a reason. In general, a formular that no result exists without reasons is used for the method to confirm existence and inexistence of causal relationship. Problematic causal relationships in Private Law are reparations (Article No. 393 of Private Law) due to debt nonfulfillment and reparation due to tort (Application of Article No. 393 by Article No. 750, and No. 763 of Private Law). The purpose pursued by reparation system in private law is to promote equal burden of damages, and the range of reparation at this time is decided by the range of damage and the range of damage is decided by the principle of causal relationship. That the causal relationship theory fairly causes confusion by treating one problem and the other problem as the same thing, instead of dividing them according to the purpose of protection presented by the law is a reason of the criticism from different views.

A Study on the Influence of Digital Experience Factors on Purchase Intention and Loyalty in Online Shopping Mall - Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Flow - (온라인 쇼핑몰에서 디지털 경험요인이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 플로우의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the effects that digital experience factors influence on purchase intention and the purchase. The study targeted an online shopping mall with a strong digital experience value among industries. The research model was derived by adding variables to independent and mediating variables according to the industry context of online shopping which is based on the theoretical background and previous studies. Product variety, price efficiency, convenience and conversation were used by terms of digital marketing mix as independent variables. Personalization has been very important factor in online shopping malls, and therefore added as a independent variable. Flow has been added as a mediating variable. Purchase and purchase intention has been used as dependent variables. For empirical testing of established research models and generalization of research results, research was conducted on online shopping malls where digital experiences are important. To do this, a survey was conducted for existing users of online shopping malls. In hypothesis testing, the hypothesis was established that product diversity, price efficiency, convenience, conversation and personalization influenced the intention to purchase online shopping. In particular, the product diversity and conversation variable were tested as the most influential factors on purchase intention. For price efficiency and personalization there were no statistically significant effect. Flow has been shown to be a partial mediator between Product variety and purchase intention in online shopping. In particular, in the case of personalization, it was tested to have a significant influence on purchase intention only when there was a flow experience called pleasure and immersion. This is because the flow experience of pleasure and immersion has played a full mediating role and significantly has affected the purchase intention, because the consumers themselves have to carry out the overall purchase journey without human help due to the nature of online. In the digital experience economy, since consumers are mostly digital consumers, where communication and sharing are the basics, they have been conducting digital word-of-mouth communication and sharing naturally before purchasing. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications were suggested.

A Study of the Effects of Job Burnout on Organizational Effectiveness and Turnover Intention (직무소진이 조직유효성과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • This study attempted to investigate an efficient human resources management plan by enhancing organizational performance and reducing the factors which influence turnover intention after analyzing the effects of job burnout on organizational effectiveness and turnover intention. To test a research model, after explaining the purpose of the study to them at work, data were obtained through a standardized questionnaire survey. To figure out the effects of job burnout on organizational effectiveness and turnover intention, causality was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). According to hypothesis testing, a total of five hypotheses were chosen, and the following results were obtained: Job burnout had a significant effect on organizational commitment (-0.456), job satisfaction (-0.488) and turnover intention (0.501). In terms of relations between organizational effectiveness and turnover intention, organizational commitment (-0.350) and job satisfaction (-0.199) decreased turnover intention. Therefore, it is important to discover and analyze these obstacles which hinder employees from being absorbed in their work with attachment.

창업가가 인식한 창업지원사업의 중요도: 만족도 분석

  • 본 연구는 창업지원사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 창업지원사업의 분야 및 창업지원사업의 기대충족도와 경영성과와의 인과관계를 규명하고 창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 창업지원사업의 분야별 인지도, 중요도, 만족도를 살펴보고, 이러한 인식도의 차이인 기대충족도를 비교분석하여 이에 근거한 문제점을 파악함으로서 현 시대에 맞는 발전방향을 도출하여 우리나라 창업지원사업의 발전방안들을 제시하며, 합리적이고 효과적인 정책방향을 탐색하고자한다. 조사대상은 충청남도와 충청북도의 창업보육센터에 위치하며, 중소기업창업지원법에 의해 사업을 개시하고 7년이 지나지 않은 개인사업자 및 법인 사업자로 한정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 창업보육 매니저에게 요청하여 10개의 창업보육센터를 대상으로 총 150개의 입주기업에 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문회수된 123개의 설문지 중 불성실 하게 응답한 설문지 1부를 제외한 총 122개를 최종 설문지로 사용하였다. 연구를 위한 자료의 수집은 2017년 10월 10일부터 2017년 10월 25일까지 2주간 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업지원사업 분야별로 창업자들이 상대적으로 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 실제 만족하는 정도의 평균값과 그 차이에 대한 검정을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업지원사업 중 가장 중요하게 인지하고 있는 분야는 자금지원(4.44점), 시설 공간(4.25점), 컨설팅(3.80점), 창업교육(3.76점) 순으로 나타났고, 자금지원과 시설 공간은 4점 이상의 높은 점수를 보였다. 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업교육(3.39점), 시설 공간(3.48점), 자금지원(3.36점), 컨설팅(3.33점)순으로 나타났다. 창업지원사업의 창업교육, 시설 공간, 컨설팅, 자금지원 각각 분야의 중요도와 만족도의 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검정한 결과 모든 분야에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The Relationship Between International Capital Flows and Foreign Exchange Volatility (국제 자본이동과 환율 변동성에 관한 연구: 주요 통화대비 원화 환율을 중심으로)

  • This study is to investigate the dynamic relationship between international capital flows and won exchange rate to the major currency in Korea. As the results of Granger causality test, international capital flows Granger-cause currency rate volatility in the short term. However, over time, won exchange rate volatility Granger-cause international capital flows in Korea. According to the results by period divided based on 2008 financial crisis, international capital flows have the significant effects on won-dollar exchange rate volatility before 2008 crisis although currency rate volatility Granger-cause international capital flows after the crisis. As the results of impulse-response function of the basis of VAR, foreign exchange rate volatility has no connection with international capital flows before the crisis while it doesn't after. After the crisis, currency rate volatility has promoted international capital flows, while its influence diminishes as time passes. As these results, the uncertainty of foreign exchange market tend to influence the international capital flows rather than vice versa in Korea. Thus, it would be a more effective policy to control the uncertainty of market than the direct restrictions international capital flows.

Does the Business Survey Index of the Federation of Korean Industries at the Service Industry Lead the domestic stock market ? (서비스 산업에서 전경련 BSI지수는 주식시장을 예측할 수 있는가?)

  • We examine the information transmission between the business survey index(BSI) based on the returns data offered by Federation of Korean Industries and KOSPI Index based on the returns data offered by Korea Bank. The data includes monthly return data from January 1998 to September 2015. The results of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, results of Granger Causality test suggests the existence of mutual causality KOSPI Index precede and have explanatory power BSI. Secondly, the results of impulse response function suggest that BSI Index show immediate response to KOSPI Index and are influenced by till time 4 From time 2 the impact gradually disappears. Also KOSPI Index show immediate response to BSI and are influenced by till time 4 From time 2 the impact gradually disappears. Lastly, the variance decomposition analysis showed a high influence of the KOSPI Index on the BSI and significant influence of the BSI on the KOSPI Index. This implies that returns on the KOSPI Index have a significant influence over returns on the BSI. The study is a further extension of existing studies on information transmission mechanism between the BSI and KOSPI. Finally, our results can be used as a guide by the Korea Bank and Republic of Korea and as well as Federation of Korean Industries.

  • The research purposes is apply to the expectation theory for the China's entrepreneurs want to know the relations model among the entrepreneurial activities, performance and growth intentions. According to the study, all of hypothesis have been suggested. In other words, entrepreneurial activities, growth intentions and performance effects and growth intentions show the mediated effect in the research.

The Effect of Baltic Dry Index on the Korean Stock Price Volatility (발틱운임지수가 한국 주가 변동성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to use the EGARCH model and Granger causality test to analyze how the change in the BDI affects the Korean stock price volatility. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, according to the results of the mean equation, the change in the BDI is significant in large-cap stocks, as well as in the manufacturing, service, and chemistry indexes, but not in others. This implies that the Korean stock market does not respond appropriately to the maritime market situation; further, the increase in demand for raw materials has not led to a real economic recovery. Second, in the result of the variance equation, the coefficient on the change in the BDI is negative(-), and the change in the BDI is significant for all size indexes. Particularly, the change in the BDI has a greater impact on the volatility of small-cap stocks than that of large-cap stocks. The results of the analysis of the sector indexes were statistically significant for the service, financial, construction, and electric and electronics industries, but not for the manufacturing and chemical industries. In particular, the changes in the BDI have the greatest impact on the construction industry. Third, according to the Granger causality test results, the change in the BDI leads the financial industry and construction industry. There is, however, no relationship between the BDI and the other indexes. This shows that change in the shipping freight index can be used to predict the volatility in the Korean stock market. This can help investors and policymakers make better decisions.

  • In this study the need for new service qualify assessment scale is investigated to cope with the paradigm change in library information service and the dimension and model for e-service quality assessment applicable to a digital library are developed. In order to verify newly proposed dimension and model for e-service qualify assessment, the dimension which is developed by employing data collected from NDSL(National Digital Science Library) and its factor are analyzed and casuality analysis between independent and dependent variables is executed based on the proposed e-service qualify model We also analyze the gap between customer's ideal expectation and perception and, finally investigate what is the most important dimension among e-service quality in the digital library from the customer's point of view.
