This study was initiated to explore the Christian educational challenges of building a "Peer Consciousness" in North and South Korea after reunification. During the period of division, North and South Korea have became heterogeneous in almost all elements of society, including politics, economy, culture, and education. Considering the various social conflicts that the two heterogeneous societies will experience in the process of reunification, the issue of social integration is no longer a side issue of institutional integration or economic integration, but has become an essential element in itself. This is why the Korean church and Christian scholars need to study in depth the social conflicts and integration issues that may arise before and after reunification. For the study, we analyzed the forms of social conflict based on the theory of ''Human Needs Theory', which states that human needs are the conditions for social conflict. Social conflicts stem from the unfulfillment of various human needs, which in turn extend to identity conflicts that seek to form a sense of belonging. In light of the case of unified Germany, where social conflicts converged into identity conflicts, I predicted that conflicts in unified Korea will soon become identity conflicts. The direction of Christian education that should suture the conflicts in the post-reunification society was derived from theological reflection on the concept of 'publicness of Christian education' and 'kingdom of God'. As a concrete educational plan for social integration, I presented the discourse of love of God and love of neighbor through Christian education for dual identity as a citizen and disciple, and emphasized the need for re-socialization education through faith communities

The increasing interest in digital leisure with virtual reality has led to the emergence of digital based urban theme park. Since there were some game type based digital theme parks, which ended up failed in Korea, we analyzed game and space factors for game based digital theme park by drawing upon Maslow's need theory and the hero's journey by Joseph Campbell. We anticipate our research for analysis of game based theme park provides important groundwork on designing various digital urban theme park.

This study aims to analyze the film "Never Let Me" by human value which is to be realized in the social structure suppressed by the power of life and the power of discipline in Foucault 's power theory. After 18century having changed monarch power holding the power of life-and-death that enforced corporal punishment, bio-power that corrected body and granted ability suitable discipline to people makes people worked like machine. In control of the bio-power, human achieved safe desire that cure disease and prolong life-span and worked as producer goods. School controls body and make people internalized rule using discipline for working bio-power efficiently. There is differentiation between this movie and the other about human clone. The clones adapt role as organ donator without resistance and there is no conflict between original and copy. Instead of preexistence novel and movie that is set in future, it is a form of past retrospect from the 1970s to 1990s. having emotions, They find independence ego and realize value of life in finite living by depending relation or undergoing loss.

National technical qualifications to enhance an individual's vocational skills, the competitiveness of companies and countries have an important function to improve. Due to the revolution of the Internet in recent years with the development of information and communication technologies are entering into a knowledge society, the importance of information and knowledge. This contemporary smart learning education system is continuing to rapidly growing in pace with the changing time and space constraints, without teaching and learning is taking place. The purpose of this study is the ARCS motivation theory can determine a representative theory of human motivation factors and basic psychological needs dealing with the human nature of the psychological needs Interactivity and immersive learning, and to validate the empirical causality Affecting the continued use of smart learning through fun. Specifically, attention, relevance, confidence in the ARCS motivation, see their effect on the learning flow through the satisfaction we analyze empirically. Through this national technical qualifications smart learner's learning by supporting the implicit synchronization of students in learning are the degree of continued use. Therefore, to achieve the objectives of national technical qualifications and skills through a smart learning can contribute to the activation of the development and certification of course industry.

M. C. Jensen과 W. H. Meckling이 쓴 'The Nature of Man' 논문의 핵심은 역시 REMM(Resourceful Evaluative Maximizing Model)이다. REMM이라는 용어는 새롭지만 개념은 200년 이상의 연구와 경제학과 사회과학과 철학적 토론의 산물이라는 것이다. REMM에서의 핵심은 Resourceful이다. 어떤 이론이나 정책이건 어떤 가정과 한계가 있다는 의미로 사용할 수도 있다. 재무관리의 모태인 경제학에서 지금까지 사용된 모델은 고전 경제학시대부터 일관되어 왔던 추상적 의미의 이익(효용)극대화 모델이다. 재무관리는 그 목적이 궁극적으로 인간의 소비선호체계를(people's consumption preference) 극대화 하는 것이고, 한정된 자원(scare resources)을 시간에 따라 어떻게 배분하여 효용(utility)을 극대화하는 것을 중심과제로 삼고 있다. 효용의 극대화를 위한 자원배분은 생산자원을 어떻게 배합하여 가치생산을 극대화하느냐 하는 생산에의 배분문제와 생산된 재화 및 서비스를 사람들의 욕구충족을 최대로 하는 소비에의 배분문제로 나눠 생각해 볼 수 있다. 그런데 적어도 재무관리에서는 후자는 다루지 않고 가치생산의 문제만 다룬다. 이러한 가정하에서 재무관리의 목표와 이에 따르는 재무관리이론(가정)의 전개는 가치창조와 소비에의 배분을 통한 효용의 극대화를 다루는 경제학의 이론을 답습함으로 일부 혼선을 불러올 수 있다. 위험에 대한 재무담당자(투자자)의 태도를 재무관리의 입장이 아니라 경제현상 전체에 해당되는 입장에서 다루므로 각 각의 교재마다. 투자자의 부 또는 수익에 대한 효용과, 위험과 수익에 대한 무차별곡선이 달리 표현되고 있다. 재무관리 책에서는 재무관리의 가정하에서 투자자의 수익에 대한 효용, 그리고 수익과 위험에 대한 무차별곡선이 정립되어야 할 것이다.

This study aims to study the impact of pet attachment on subjective well-being, focusing on individuals who live with pets. In addition, it is to recognize that their basic psychological requirement mediates between pet attachment and subjective well-being. For this purpose, a survey was performed on 358 adults living with pets nationwide. The final data of 319 people were evaluated after excluding invalid information. Dependent on the theoretical approach of the attachment theory, the human-pet relationship was examined by dividing it into two orthogonal dimensions pet attachment prevention and pet attachment anxiety(Zilcha-Mano et al., 2011). The mediating effects were investigated as an in-depth mechanism that mediates between pet attachment and subjective well-being, the mediating effects were examined, in terms of the three basic psychological needs of Self-Determination Theory, which are autonomy, competence, and relatedness. As an outcome, first, pet attachment prevention and pet attachment anxiety both revealed a negative correlation with subjective well-being. Second, basic psychological needs, which are autonomy, competence, and relatedness, are mediated between pet attachment and subjective well-being. Autonomy, competence, and relatedness fully mediated the relationship between pet attachment avoidance and subjective well-being. Meanwhile, in the case of pet attachment anxiety, only autonomy among basic psychological needs is fully mediated between pet attachment anxiety and subjective well-being in the case of pet attachment avoidance. This means that pet attachment prevention or pet attachment anxiety correlates with subjective well-being by satisfying basic psychological needs instead of directly affecting personal well-being. Regarding the pet effect, it is meaningful to find an in-depth mechanism that the human-pet relationship has for an adaptive and positive impact on humans.

This study purposes to explore the growing process through spousal bereavement in later life, and to develop the theory. A qualitative research was conducted, and the participants were 17 seniors. The analysis according to Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory(1998), resulted in 143 concepts, 43 subcategories, and 19 categories. Range analysis according to paradigm showed that the causal conditions were 'marital relationships', 'independent/dependent tendencies', and 'emotional readiness for the death of a spouse', and the phenomena were 'depression', 'hopelessness', 'daily stress', 'psychological intimidation', 'regret', and 'sense of being freed'. The contextual conditions that affect these phenomena were 'desire for intimate personal relationships' and 'desire to maintain independence'; the action/interaction strategies to manage the phenomena were 'facing reality' and 'efforts for construction of the new life'; and the mediating conditions that promote or suppress these action/interaction strategies were 'social support' and 'spirituality'. The results were 'reconstruction of the meaning in life', 'increase in self-esteem', 'reinforcement of social network' and 'embrace and acceptance'. Furthermore, when personal growth after bereavement of a spouse was analyzed focusing on changes over time, the growth process consisted of three steps: 'sadness and despair', 'embracing and moving forward', and 'personal growth'. The pattern analyses were performed to typify recurring relations by category, and 5 types were derived. The results of our study show that personal growth after spousal loss is an integrative process in life after crisis, and can be conceptualized as the process of overcoming the despair that immediately follows the death of a spouse, seeking a new life by actively taking control, and discovering a strengthened self.

This study analyzed the comic "Monster" based on J. Lacan's psychoanalytic theory. J. Lacan advocated a new psychoanalytic theory through S. Freud's psychoanalytic theories and socio-cultural studies. The main theory of his theoretical background is the 'desire theory' which analyzed human desires. He distinguished human desires as desires and demands and had the basic proposition that 'human desire is the desire of the other'. J. Lacan (J. Lacan) studied in depth the relationship between oneself and others, which he defined by dividing it into an imaginary system (mirror stage), a symbolic system (Oedipus complex), and a real system (desiring subject). Based on these theories, the main purpose of this study is to analyze the comic "Monster" by Naoki Urasawa focused on the desire theory of J. Lacan based on psychoanalysis to examine what new meaning could be extracted. In order to analyze the comic "Monster", the qualitative research method was used and the method of analysis was the descriptive phenomenological method devised by Giorgi (1985). Through this analytical method, the background, characters, and symbols of "Monster" were analyzed and content analysis was performed based on the theory of Giorgi (1985) and the desire theory of J. Lacan As a result of the analysis of the meaning unit and components related to the desire theory through content analysis, the contents analysis was divided into four components: identification, reproduction of desire, alienation, and unique desire and freedom. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, on the basis of psychoanalysis, "Monster" is classified into four elements, identification of twin characters, reproduction of desire, feeling of alienation and unique desire and freedom of characters based on desire theory of J. Lacan. Second, the characters analyzed by the desire theory of J. Lacan attempted to reproduce their desires through identification and projection of twins due to their traumatic experience when they were young. Also, the characters who felt alienated in the process of reproduction made a tragic ending to complete human desire and freedom to fill in their emptiness. This result shows that desire theory of J. Lacan based on psychoanalysis can be used as a new analytical theory, a comic analysis which suggested a new meaning. The results of this study suggest that a new field of research, a comic analysis using psychological theory, needs to be created and further studies in this field are required.
