This study investigates the 17 ordinances on the improvement of labor condition and status of social workers in the metropolitan city of Busan that has 16 administrative borough, or gu, and a central headquarter, and further verifies its implementation. Researchers identified the presence of 9 articles in each ordinances, followed by data request being made to all the administrative offices for their implementation. As a result, the articles on obligation, research on the actual condition, support plan and committee establishment have been excluded in many gus, which were in default of implementation or slower than ordinances stipulate. It is suggested that statements about the obligation of the head officers, preceding research on the actual condition before support plan and committee establishment should be made in the independent articles. Regarding its implementation, ordinances are required to have a regulatory power through penalty, reflect the actual demands of social workers in the field and go through a regular evaluation and monitoring on its implementation in order for purpose accomplishment.

This study explored election promises on library fields by the candidates for the mayor, the educational superintendent and the chiefs of districts of Daegu Metropolitan City and implementation of their election promises by the elected heads of Daegu Metropolitan City in the 5th local election of Korea. To do this, election promises of 36 candidates were analyzed by investigating the official gazettes for elections deposited in National Election Commission of Korea. Also, the implementation of their promises of 11 elected heads was analyzed by searching through the official websites, news databases and internet. As a result, election promises and implementation by the candidates for the mayor and the educational superintendent were mostly insufficient both in quality and in quantity. 54% of all candidates for the chiefs of districts presented election promises that were mostly related with construction of public libraries and installation of small libraries. Some elected chiefs actively implemented their promises, while the other elected chiefs did not fulfill their promises.

This study was a secondary data analysis study to determine the relationship between mental health counseling and the current prevalence of depression in the Korean adult population. Data were extracted from raw data of the 7th 3rd year (2018) of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The subjects of this study were 6,238 adults aged 19 years or older who participated in the NHANES conducted from January to December 2018. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis and logistic regression analysis of the complex sample by the SPSS/WIN 27.0 version program. The mental health counseling statistically significant associated with variables such as sex, marital status, economic activities, and family income level, respectively (p<0.05). The prevalence of depression statistically significant associated with age group (p<0.0001). The odds-ratio of current prevalence of depression was 5.09 times (OR, 5.085; p<0.0001) lower in subjects who had undergone mental health counseling for the past year compared to subjects who did not. These findings could be useful as evidence-based data for the prevention and management of depression by predicting the vulnerable factors for mental health in the Korean adult population.

본 연구는 중년의 건강지각과 양생 이행간의 관계를 파악하여 중년의 건강증진에 도움이 되고자 본 연구를 시도하였다. 방법 : 부산광역시 K 대학 사회교육원 및 K대학 야간 재학생 및 사회교육원에 수강중인 250명 가운데 일부 자료가 누락된 56명을 제외한 총 194명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 spss win 18.0 을 사용하여 다음과 같이 분석하였다. 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율, 건강지각 정도와 양생 이행정도는 평균과 표준편차로, 일반적 특성에 따른 건강지각과 양생 이행 정도는 t-test와 ANOVA, Scheffe' test, 건강지각과 양생 이행 정도의 상관관계는 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였다. 결과 :중년여성의 일반적 특성에 따른 건강지각은 연령에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중년여성의 일반적 특성에 따른 양생은 결혼여부, 직업 상태와 음주 경험에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 건강지각과 양생 간의 상관관계에서는 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 추후 효과를 규명하기 위한 반복연구와 건강지각과 양생의 간호중재프로그램의 효과 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.

This study used the health belief model of college students to investigate the not with regards to their health status awareness, health management, and their health beliefs. Logistic regression analysis showed a significantly high odds ratio between intent of hepatitis B vaccination and gender, The trend for receiving a hepatitis B vaccination was highest in groups with awareness of the high susceptibility and seriousness of hepatitis B, groups with awareness of the low barrier, and women as opposed to men. Therefore future research is needed regarding appropriate promotions of the seriousness and benefits of hepatitis B vaccinations as well as the development of a integrated health education mediation program and effect evaluation.

The aim of this study was to make the infection control strictly from the school and to apply the infection control practice in dental clinic. It is asis on surveying the awareness attitude practice for the infection control when practicing the scaling to target the students in dental hygienics, preliminary dental hygienists who will ecome the main agents of the infection control in dental clinic and y diagnosing how much the knowledge and practice for the infection control are kept in a school. As a result of the present status on the current infection prevention, 55.0% of the total didn't perform it and 45.0% performed in case of the vaccination of type infection, and 88.6% asked a patient about the condition of the systemic disease when practicing the scaling, and as a result on the education for the infection prevention, most of the preventive aspect was also performed well ecause 91.6% was performing.

Colorectal cancer screening in adults aged 40 and over our country and understand the relationship between health behaviors and those affecting the implementation of a colorectal cancer screening was conducted to determine the parameters. National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey tool 4th secondary data were used. The main variable levels of public health, health-related awareness and behavior, food and nutritional status were surveyed about 12,528. Colorectal Cancer Screening adults aged 40 and over who target male and female study subjects were 4703. Compliance findings that are relevant to colorectal cancer screening variables include gender, age, residence, or taking supplements, Health Screening, whether history, such as cancer, respectively. Marital status, education level, household monthly gross income, private insurance, whether regular exercise was not associated with the. In order to increase colorectal cancer screening among the expanding free cancer screening and cancer screening performed a systematic test of the simple and effective education and publicity will be carried out.

This study analyzed problems of operating performance bond for public works and derived some suggestions for improvement. The Contract Law for Government Owner requires to submit performance bond which guarantees performing the construction contractor pays back compensation money when the obligation is not executed. Currently, first bid eligibility for participation is exactly required for executing company of performance bond obligation, not considering volume, technical level, and special type of remaining works. In collaboration contract, if guarantee accident occurs, it is obliged for remaining collaboration contractors to be qualified to fulfill the whole contract. This study proposes following improvement plan to solve problems of current performance bone in public works. Firstly, qualification criteria must be deregulated exceptionally for selecting proper contractor, which executing performance bond obligation, considering progress and characteristics of remaining works. Secondly, In collaboration contract, the prerequisite of remaining contractors' should be deregulated as 'implementation requirement of the remaining works'from'implementation requirement of the whole work'. Finally, defect responsibility should be included in liabilities of performance bond by specifying that owner or guarantee agency bear them.
