The studies on the age determination of the spottybelly greenling, Agrammus agrammus, caught in the shore of Tongbaeksom were done by the articulative fossae of the vertebra through a stero-dissecting microscope. For determining annunli the vertebra had been cleaved lengthwise in the dorsoventral direction. Half of the vertebra had been fixed on Canada balsam with the flat side directed upwards. The alternation of two zones on the vertebra was observed. One is wide and light-colored, and the other is narrow and dark-colored. The annual layer, where the dark-colored zone shifts to the light-colored one, was appeared extending from July to August once a year. Study of the growth of A. agrammus was carried out by the method of back calculation from the vertebra.

This article examines how the Chinese government blocks the inflow of undesirable information, focusing on the technical aspect of the control mechanism. Unlike Cuba and North Korea, which regulate the whole Internet, China uses both state-of-the-art technological supervision and labor-intensive physical control due to economic reasons in order to prepare for actors who can threaten the Communist party. The Chinese government will not overlook the inflow of information which can be the link between demonstrations and democratization. This is because stronger protests utilizing information technology will trigger the Chinese government's flexible control based on large scale violation and technology. In this article, we first review the concept of universal internet control involved in internet regulation in nations, and then focus on China's internet censorship and its regulatory control from the '90s to the present. Finally, we analyze how the Chinese government actively controls the internet access by utilizing the relationship dynamics between the central and local governments, depending on protest issue. This thesis will assume that it is difficult for China to become democratized due to its information interception, and search how the government manages the internet.

This study was to find out the actual state of sports activities in the COVID-19 era and ways of improving of sports activities of 697 people ranging from 10s to 60s in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. First, as a results, it was found that 61.4% of the current COVID-19 are playing sports. Second, participants in sports are found to enjoy contactless sports such as YouTube training contents, and video PT the most. Third, the COVID-19 situation has been identified as the most influential factor in sports activities. Fourth, the opinion that it would be best to prepare a countermeasure plan for infectious diseases such as COVID-19 as an alternative to revitalize sports activities in the future was the most common. Last, It was reported that institutional and technical efforts were needed to improve sports activities.

This study aims to analyze the performance of public-private governance of urban parks in Cheongju-city, focusing on the 'cooperative governance' model of Ansell & Gash(2007) and find implications. The performance and limitations of the governance were analyzed using 13 success factors suggested by this model. According to the results of the analysis, four categories are satisfied: initial conditions, institutional design, leadership, and cooperation process. 8 out of 13 factors were analyzed at a 'good' level and thus this governance can be evaluated as successful one. Building trust and committed collaboration can be seen as key elements of successful governance. On the other hand, 5 factors were evaluated as 'average' because some limitations were revealed. The results of this analysis suggests that in order to improve cooperative governance, a post-implementation management system should prepared, and the inclusiveness of participation should further strengthened, and also regulations that ensure a regular forum for indirect participants and the public from the institutional design stage should be established. Although this study was analyzed based on the evaluation category of the objectively verified model, there is a limitation in that the evaluation was based on subjective judgment.

This study analyze the intergenerational transmission of poverty in Korea, using the first wave of Korea Welfare Panel Study. For this analysis, I produced poverty transition tables across generation and estimated logistic models to explore the effects of parent's poverty on the children's adulthood poverty. As the results, I found that parent's poverty reduced children's education level and then the low education level increased the likelihood that children experience poverty in their adulthood. In other words, parent's poverty might increase children's adulthood poverty through the mediating effects of education level. This mediating effects were also identified in the analyses by group and cohort. From the analyses by group, daughters rather than sons, those from urban rather than rural area, and the older cohort rather than younger cohort showed greater intergenerational transmission of poverty.

IT조선 융합 분야에서는 IT융합을 통한 선박건조(Digital Shipyard), 선박통합통신망(SAN)이 적용된 지능형 선박(Smart Ship), 항로최적화 등을 위한 선박운항 기술개발 등이 고려될 수 있습니다. 국제적으로 EU, 미국, 일본 등에서 대형 프로젝트를 통해 기술개발을 완료하고 e-Navigation 정책의 국제적 합의 도출을 기다리는 상황입니다. e-Navigation은 선박의 안전항해를 실현하기 위한 방법으로써 선박에 사용되는 IT기자재의 표준화와 항해사의 의사결정을 도울 수 있는 도구 개발에 핵심을 두고 있습니다. 이를 위해 선내 모둔 기자재는 네트워크에 연결되어 선박의 항행정보와 선박기자재의 운전정보 등이 실시간으로 모니터링 되고 용이하게 제어되어야 하며, 이러한 정보는 육상에서도 모니터링 되고 필요시 육상에서 항해사의 의사결정을 도울 수 있어야 합니다. 정보교환을 위해서는 선박과 육상(Ship-Shore), 선박과 선박(Ship-Ship) 사이에 끊임없고 신뢰할 수 있는 통신채널이 유지되어야만 가능합니다. 이를 기반으로 e-Navigation의 최종 실현목표인 해양환경보호 및 항해 안전과 선박의 안전을 달성할 수 있으므로 표준화 분야도 이 범주 내에서 이루어져야 할 것입니다.

엄청난 자원의 매장고, 국가간의 대규모 교역을 가능케 한 항로, 어족자원의 공급원등으로서 인류의 생존과 번영에 일익을 담당하고 있는 바다는 인간의 증가하는 에너지 수요를 지속적으로 감당할 수 있는 무공해에너지의 보고로도 다가오고 있다. 그러나, 에너지 밀도가 타 에너지에 비하여 상대적으로 낮아 큰 규모의 에너지추출장치가 필요하다는 단점에도 불구하고, 대부분의 바다에서 하루에 두 번 씩 발생하는 조석현상을 이용하는 조력발전은 조석의 반복적이고 주기적인 특성 , 태양계가 존속하는 한 영구히 발생한다는 영속성, 현대과학과 관련기술의 진보 등으로 전 세계적으로 그 개발에 인류의 관심이 높아져 있다. 현재 조력발전소가 건설 중인 시화호는 포화상태에 있는 수도권에 공업용지를 공급하고 우량농지 조성으로 경쟁력 있는 농업을 육성하기 위하여 담수호로 조성되었으나,하수처리장 등 기초환경시설이 미비한 상태에서 인근지역으로부터 오염물질이 유입되어 수질이 악화되자 정부는 수질개선을 위하여 시화호를 해수호로 용도를 변경하였다. 본 논문에서는 조수간만의 차를 이용하여 무공해 전력을 생산하는 조력발전의 원리 및 최적발전량 산정기법과 높은 조수간만의 차로 조력개발적지로 유망한 서해안에 건설하게 될 시화호 조력발전소의 사업 및 기후변화협약 이행 시 기대효과 등에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

In an effort to determine the effect of the physiological function of phosphorus in higher plants, soybean have been used as samples in an attempt to compare them with rice on which there have been a number of reports of research. The absorptive and metabolic process phosphorus in each separate manuring period has been studied. It has iefluenced enhancement of vitality in the plants whether manuring is conducted earlier or later. These phenomena have greatly concerned with the absorption and transference of phosphorus in the process of growth are done more slowly than those of nitrogen and phosphorus from stems and leaves to pods.

Fifty-one cases of acute herpes zoster infection were analyzed to search for the most effective management strategy of the disease, including pain relief and decreasing the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia. Anti-viral treatment was not included. Analgesics and nerve blocks, such as stellate ganglion block or epidural block, were helpful. Corticosteroid was administered in most of the cases either systemically or epidurally or both. Epidural administration of local anesthetic in combination with corticosteroid seemed to have certain advantages of excellent pain relief as a result of sympathetic blockade and regional plus systemic anti-inflammatory effects of the steroid, although this was not proved by definite statistical evidence.

전립선비대증(Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, BPH)은 전립선조직중에 이행구역의 결절성증식과 요도 주위의 과증식(Hyperplasia)이 특징이다. 경직장초음파(TRUS: transrectal ultrasonography)검사를 이용한 진단에 있어 정상조직과 비대되어 있는 조직의 영상 차이를 비교하고 수량화로 나타내었다, 영상분석에는 GLCM 통계적 파라미터 중에서 Autocorrelation, Cluster Prominence, Entropy, Sum average를 4개의 파라미터에서 병변 인식이 가능하였고 인식 효율은 92-98%가 나왔다. 전립선비대증식에 대한 초음파영상을 가지고 컴퓨터영상처리분석을 제안하여 진단시 참고 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.
