CRM 향상을 위한 Ontology 적용 방안

  • 시장 환경의 전반적인 변화로 인하여 시장 규제가 완화되고 그로 인한 경쟁사가 늘어나고 있고, 공급자 중심의 시장에서 구매자 중심의 시장으로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이에 기업들은 고객과의 관계를 강화하기 위해 CRM을 중요한 해법으로 생각하여 다양한 방법으로 고객만족을 높이는데 주력하고 있다. 또한 정보기술의 발달로 인해 웹 상에서의 eCRM이 출현되었고 웹 상에서 고객의 데이터를 분석하여 적시에 고객의 니즈에 맞는 서비스를 제공해주는 Recommendation system 을 개발하여 좀더 향상된 eCRM 으로 원투원 마켓팅을 통해 판매 강화 및 고객만족도 제고를 실현할 수 있도록 발전되어왔다. 이중 eCRM의 Recommendation Engine은 고객의 니즈를 발견해내어 그에 맞는 다양한 상품들을 추천하는 시스템으로 Rule 기반의 컨텐츠 매칭 기법과 Collaborative Filtering 기법을 사용하였다. 그러나 이 기법들은 미리 정해진 Rule에 의해 사전적인 대응을 하지 못한다는 문제점과 비정형적인 정보 및 환경정보에 복합적인 판단이 고객중심의 현재 상황에 따라 이루어지지 못한다는 문제점을 가지고 있다 이에 본고에서는 이 문제에 대한 해결안으로써 Ontology를 이용한 실시간 추천시스템을 모델로 제시하고자 한다.

하수 수중방류에 의한 확산영향 예측

  • 해안을 따라 인구밀도가 증가하고 임해지역공단 등 산업시설이 밀집하여 처리되지 않은 하 폐수가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 최근엔 필리핀 보라카이와 같이 관광 위락시설에 의한 하수가 대량으로 발생하고 있다. 또한, 세계적으로 거의 모든 국가의 주요 해안도시는 이러한 도시하수를 바다로 방류하고 있다. 현재로선 이러한 하 폐수의 처리는 바다의 자정능력(self-purification capacity) 한계를 고려한 하수의 해양으로의 방류가 최선의 방법으로 판단된다. 현재 국내에서는 지역에 따른 배출허용기준에 따라 하수의 처리수 방류가 규제되고 있지만, 확산영역에 대한 법적 기준치는 제시되지 않고 있으며, 인근에 위치한 권리자들과의 이해관계 해결에만 몰두하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 확산영향예측이 원역 해석모형(Far Field analysis model)에 의해 수행되기 때문에 근역(Near Field)에서의 영향을 간과하고 있다고 판단된다. 따라서 금회 연구에서는 기존 연구결과를 기준하여 특정해역에 대한 원역과 근역 해석에 따른 확산영향 예측을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교하여 앞으로의 해석방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 플라스틱은 가볍고 물성이 뛰어나며 가공이 용이하면서도 낮은 가격 때문에 우리의 실생활에서 매일 사용되고 있다. 동시에 썩지 않는 특성 탓에 폐플라스틱에 의한 환경오염의 문제가 심해짐에 따라 전 세계적으로 일회용 포장재 및 용기에 사용되는 플라스틱의 사용을 금지하는 규제 및 폐플라스틱을 재활용하려는 시도가 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 인류가 지난 수십 년간 생산한 플라스틱은 약 83억 톤이지만 이중 약 10%정도만 재활용 되었을 정도로 폐플라스틱의 재활용 비율은 미비하다. 특히, 최근 코로나 팬데믹으로 인해 택배 및 배달음식 주문량이 늘어남에 따라 플라스틱의 사용량이 급증하여 폐플라스틱의 재활용 필요성은 더욱더 커지고 있다. 본 기고문에서는 불균일 촉매를 이용한 수소첨가 폐플라스틱의 분해에 관한 최신 연구동향을 다루고자 한다. 안정적이고 반응성 및 선택성이 뛰어난 촉매 개발은 폐플라스틱의 효과적인 분해를 위해서 매우 중요하다.

The Issues of Workers' Solidarity and Labor Collectivism in terms of the American Two-Tier Wage Systems (미국 이중임금제를 통해 본 노조 연대와 집단이기주의의 문제)

  • Two-tier wage systems mean the dual wage systems that the new wage system require the new future employees to get much lower wage level, compared to the level of wages for existing employees under the existing wage system. While it allows employers to benefit from low-cost advantages, the two-tier wage systems is definitely a type of wage discrimination by the collusion between management and trade unions in that it forces the new future employee to accept the low wages. Also it reflects extreme collectivism which old union members try to keep having their jobs and wages at the sacrifice of future members' wages. The two-tier wage systems had been introduced by airplane industry in 1980s and introduced again in Big Three auto companies in 2007. The purpose of this paper is to examine the history, contents, and details of two-tier wage system in the United States and to think of the possibility of recurrence of the systems in the context of Korean auto industry in the near future. The tentative findings from this paper implies that the two-tier wage systems will likely happen in Korean auto industry because the collusion between trade unions and management are found easily and the degree of extreme collectivism favored by the old permanent union members is seriously high. It is time for trade unions to go back to their original ideals and purposes and to revitalize solidarity among workers.

Introduction of SPAC and It's Effects (기업인수목적회사(SPAC) 제도 도입의 효과)

  • SPAC(Special Purpose Acquisition Company) is the paper company that aims the merger of private company only, and introduced in Korea at 2009. Until 2013, 22 SPACs were listed, and 10 of them made successful mergers but rest were delisted. When IPO, range of the volume of public offerings were 20~30 billion won. After IPO, some SPACs showed extreme price movements, but on average their prices were below IPO prices 1 year later and near IPO prices 2 years later. Successful SPACs showed positive and significant 2.94% 25 days Cumulative Average Abnormal Return(CAAR) before the public announcements of merger and also showed positive and significant 10.60% 45 days CAAR around the general meetings of shareholders. I concluded that SPAC market were constrained by several regulations, so deregulation is needed for SPAC market activation.

  • Global expansion of regulation for carbon emission has brought new industrial regulations and trade barriers while the global economy is promoting economic stimulus through a variety of green investments such as renewable energy development, energy efficiency increase, and environmental improvement simultaneously. Korean government is trying to seek a new opportunity to grow through green investment in this change of business environment and businesses are facing the transition to low-carbon and eco-friendly structure for their survival. It is promoting not only industry structure changes and conversion but also demanding changes of workforce composition and requirement skills. In response to convergence of green economy, manpower development for future skills needs is provided the main impetus for response as well as promotion green growth. This study will analyze human resource development plan due to future skills needs emphasizing on automative industry. Also the study will be researched on the problems of present curriculum of undergraduate and look for improvements tasks. Upon the result, promotion plans for human resource development in other sectors of green car in response to future skills needs in green growth can be found.

  • This research aims to inquiry the present state of online game industry and related laws and investigate the nature and feature of the web-board game policy through the case of web-board game operation in China. We reviewed China local literature of online mobile game industry and inspected foreign entry, copyright protection, safety audit, distribution, and shop in China laws related to online game. We examined the game operation of the most famous 'Bianfeng' game company among China web-board game and considered how the charge and exchange for game money is made at issue. The result was revealed that money exchange was made in twilight zone neither legal nor illegal due to dual feature of China law. It is an ambiguous judgment that did not take a strong prohibition. However, we found that minium regulation was gone just in case social trouble happened. The result of this research will expect to help Korea regulation authorities and game company that have plans to enter China market the guideline for game operation policy.

  • The recent movement toward the better environment urges the shift of pollution prevention strategy from traditional "command/control" and "end-of-pipe" technologies to clean technologies. Development of Clean Technology, which makes products without creating pollutions, is a way to solve Environmental problems fundamentally. The main objective of this study is to define the long-term strategy to develope "Innovative Clean Technology". "Innovative Clean Technology" is an active way of solving the environmental problems arising from industrial activities. It aims to find ways either to make products without creating pollution, to produce environmentally benign end-products, or else to recover and re-use the materials which have hitherto considered waste.

  • Civil technologies and parts occupy big ratio in military vehicle as military supply goods were commercialized. In case of the military vehicle engine, the civil purposed engine has been militarized without developing engine for defense industry. Because of this, it happens that Euro-5 version is mounted in spite of Euro-6 at present because the civil laws on the civil purpose engine and required operational capability for militarization are applied by overlapping. Therefore, this study focused on current situation and issues on the military vehicle emission regulation and suggested how to improve through analyzing the theses, articles, Korean laws and systems. For improving methods, imposing the emission certification duty and exempting the certification for the vehicle of high strategical importance were suggested through aligning the related laws. Consequently, it is expected that this study will be used for basics of checking the civil laws and connection with military systems for commercialization of military supplied goods.

  • For sustainable and responsible development of nanomaterials technology, the establishment of ethical system for sound social acceptance of the technology as well as the development of the technology itself is necessary. In this paper, global efforts to identify and resolve the ethical issues regarding nanotechnology is reviewed, in particular the environmental, health and safety issues in nanomaterials, and the tools such as communication and engagement of stakeholders, regulations, certifications and workplace guidelines are scrutinized. Finally the policy recommendations for the establishment of ethical systems for safe usage of nanomaterials.
