GNSS signal is vulnerable to jamming signal because of well-known signal structure and weak signal power. For these reasons, the need for analysis of jamming effects and anti-jamming techniques of is increasing. In this paper, a GNSS signal generator is designed which includes a radio wave propagation model for six kind of tactical environments and a body masking model for the reception environment of a vehicle. The radio wave propagation model for downtown, rural, forest, coastline, waste land and snow or ice area is designed using two-ray model. The body masking model is designed the effect which the antenna is affected by the reception environment of a vehicle and radiation pattern from a user configuration. The performance of generated signals from the GNSS signal generator considering reception environment of a vehicle is evaluated by a commercial GPS L1 receiver(NordNav) in normal and jamming environment. Also, the generated GNSS signal is compared to a commercial GPS L1 H/W based RF signal generator(STR4500). The results show that the designed GNSS signal generator in a normal environment compared to the same navigation performance. In jamming environment, it is shown that the body masking effect and GNSS signal acquisition and tracking loss in compliance with the jamming signal are precisely working in the reception environment of a vehicle.

Acculturation is caused with contact by two different cultures. This study investigates a cultural change of Gangwha society with Hagok confusianism influenced by implantation of methodism. At early periods methodism diffused rapidly and relocated toward marine routes. Lately hierarchical diffusion and contagious diffusion was typical, centering on the Gangwha Jungang Church. This successful acception was influenced with confusianism's acculturation. One of the reason why Gangwha people could accept the Christianity was reinterpretation and selective strategy by Hagok fraction that became one of confusinism, It seemed that several cultural elements of Hagok fraction was coincided with some elements of methodism. However, A methodist church transferred by clan's shrine, which family relationship was coerced, was split into it's members. This segregation other than social intergretation influenced establishment of a or more church per each village.

현재 관측점간의 3차원 상대위치를 구하고 기준점의 측지학적 좌표ㆍ표고를 결정하는 작업을 수행하는 GPS(Global Positioning System) 측량은 신호가 전파인 관계로 대기권의 전파지연 오차를 포함하게 되며, 전리층 지연은 주파수에 반비례하는 특성이 있으므로 지역의 대소에 구분 없이 이주파수 수신기(dual-frequency GPS receiver)를 사용하여 정확하게 지연시간을 측정하고 그로 인한 측위정밀도의 정확성을 확보하고 있다. 본 연구는 비교적 낮은 가격인 일주파 수신기를 사용하여 기선거리별로 삼각점을 선점한 후 동일 시간에 관측을 실시하고 취득한 데이터 값을 추출한 후 기선거리에 따른 허용오차를 분석하고, 그 활용성 및 경제성과 일주파 수신기의 기선에 대한 사용 가능성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 100km이내의 지역에서는 일주파 수신기 만으로도 충분히 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

표준 비디오 압축 기법은 프레임 간의 시간적, 공간적 중복성을 이용하여 데이터를 압축한다. 압축된 프레임이 인터넷을 통하여 전송되는 중에 네트워크의 상태에 따라 패킷의 손실이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 오류가 발생하면 손실된 블록을 포함하는 프레임의 화질 뿐 아니라, 이 프레임을 참조하여 압축된 이후의 프레임에도 영향을 미친다. 본 논문에서는 전송오류가 발생한 경우, 디코더에서의 오류전파를 최소화하기 위해 보조 모션벡터를 이용한 압축 기법을 제안한다. 즉, 여러 개의 후보 프레임 중 현재 압축하려는 매크로블록과 가장 가까운 값을 가진 두 개의 매크로 블록을 선택하여 그 위치를 기본 모션벡터와 보조 모션벡터로 지정한다. 이때, 두 모션벡터는 서로 다른 프레임에 속한다. 디코더에서 압축해제를 위해 참조하는 기본 모션벡터의 프레임이 손실된 경우, 보조모션 벡터를 이용하여 원래의 화질에 가깝게 디코딩 할 수 있다. 이 기법은 오류제어를 위한 피드백 채널이 필요하지 않으며, 네트워크상의 전송오류 발생시 표준 H.263 압축보다 높은 성능을 보인다.

최근 건축물 화재에 있어서 가장 큰 문제는 화재지점의 연소보다 연소 확대를 통한 인접건축물의 화재로 전파되는 2차적 피해를 들 수 있다. 또한 이러한 화재 피해의 경우 화재원인을 명확하게 결정내리기 힘들기 때문에 화재 조사 분야에서도 큰 어려움이 있다. 이러한 현실에서 호서대학교에서는 2009년 도시화재의 물리적 연소성상 예측모델을 위한 실제 실험을 대상으로 CFD 중 FDS를 이용하여 이를 해석하고 이를 통한 화재조사분야에서 활용범위와 신뢰도를 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, we analyzed a two-branch polarization diversity at a mobile station in NLOS environment when a base station transmits a circularly polarized wave. In order to calculate the correlation coefficient considering the XPD(cross polarization discrimination) between the received signals for the two diversity branches, a simple theoretical model of circular polarization diversity is adopted. From the analysis results, it can be seen that the XPD of circularly polarized wave is less than vertically polarized wave about 6~7 dB in measurement results. And also, it is clearly seen that the correlation coefficient of circular polarization diversity evaluated by the XPD is less than that of vertical polarization diversity.

A gain controllable precision full-wave rectifier for the measurements of small-signal voltage is presented. It consists of gain controllable inverter superdiode and noninverter superdiode. The results of simulation with PSpice and experiment on breadboard show that the proposed rectifier has the characteristic of precise rectification and amplification for small signal voltage.

As a multicultural society, is it right to adhere to the prevention principle of permanent migration of migrant workers? We need to try to do a little more calm consideration on the prevention principle for permanent migration rather than in terms of human right and emotional aspect. Even though there is a suggestion that we need to decrease the proportion of 3D Jobs by improving industrial demand, migrant workers can be an alternative in that we need a solution unless we can be freed from 3D Jobs. The prevention principle for permanent migration not only is against the trend of multicultural society but also blocks the opportunity for migrant workers to share their skills and knowledge taught in our country. In addition, with the society aging, that the permanent migration of migrant workers can be proper channels to supply young labor force should be kept in mind. In addition to this practical aspect, considering that all human beings are equal and with dignity and unequal conditions that migrant workers undergo require empathetic viewpoint, the prevention principle should be amended.
