  • 본 논문은 한국어정보처리 과정에서 구문 관계를 의미 관계로 사상하는 의미역 결정 문제에 대해 다루고 있다. 한국어의 경우 대량의 학습 말뭉치를 구하기 힘들며, 이를 구축하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력이 필요한 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습 말뭉치를 직접 태깅하지 않고 격틀사전을 이용하여 자동으로 학습 말뭉치를 구축하고 간단한 확률모델을 적용하여 점진적으로 모델을 학습하는 수정된 self-training 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 실험 결과, 4개의 부사격 조사에 대해 평균적으로 81.81%의 정확률을 보였으며, 수정된 self-training 방법은 기존의 방법에 비해 성능 및 실행시간에서 개선된 결과를 보였다.

  • The increasingly high prices for oil, the exhaustion of fossil fuels as well as concern about global warming are driving rapid growth of alternative sources of energy in the world. The active solution for global environment and exhaustion of energy sources is to develop and popularize the technologies to use natural energy such as sunlight, wind, and water. PV(Photovoltaic) modules are efficient devices that has been considered a logical material for use in buildings. Recent advanced BIPV(Building Integrated PV) technology have rapidly made PVs suitable for direct integration into construction in the world. Recently, building has been higher and higher. Tall buildings have many advantages for BIPV such as wide facade area and no shading effect by the surrounding buildings. However. BIPV has not been applied for tall building facade yet. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to develop suitable BIPV for tall buildings and to put these technologies to practical use. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to investigate unification of BIPV to curtain wall to apply BIPV on tall building through research into advanced application of overseas BIPV cases.

Optimal Extraction Condition and Characterization of Antidementia Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitor from Job's Tears (Coix lachrymajobi L.) (율무로부터 항치매성 Acetylcholinesterase 저해물질의 최적추출 조건 및 특성)

  • For the development of a new antidementia functional food or alternative drug using agricultural products, Job's tears (Coix lachrymajobi L.), which shows high acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity (55.1%) was selected and the extraction conditions of AChE inhibitor were optimized. AChE inhibitor of Job's tears was maximally extracted when it was treated with 60% methanol at $40^{\circ}C$ for 6 h. The AChE inhibitor of the methanol extracts was partially purified by systematic solvent extraction, thin layer chromatography, silica gel chromatography and reverse-phase HPLC and the partial purified AChE inhibitor with inhibitory activity ($IC_{50}$) of $0.608\;{\mu}g$ was obtained. The partial purified AChE inhibitor was soluble in methanol and hexane, and insoluble in water. Its maximum absorption spectra was 230 nm and also it was stable in the range of $30^{\circ}C$ and $70^{\circ}C$ and pH 4.0-8.0 for 1 h.

  • As the UAV industry is getting matured, various types of UAVs have appeared in many application fields, including filming, reconnaissance, rescue, and etc. and it requires the quick hardware designs, particularly a battery pack, of the UAV. We developed the automatic battery pack design tool for the convenient battery pack configuration design of the hoverable type delivery UAV. With inputs, including current profile, voltage profile, various kinds of cell specifications, desired battery pack voltage, and etc. the automatic battery pack design tool calculates a pack having the minimum weight and the maximum capacity by combining either homogeneous cells or heterogeneous cells. Also, the tool could predict the capacity fading trend of the designed battery pack configuration.

Prediction of Effect Zone for Marine Organisms Using Distance Attenuation Equations for Oceanic Noise (수중소음 거리감쇠 특성식을 이용한 해양생물 피해영향범위 예측)

  • There are insufficient data to consider the effect zone for the marine life of coastal fisheries, because no standard has been defined for the sound level of marine life. In this study, equations for distance attenuation were used to determine the effect zone for oceanic noises. A reference noise level was divided into 4 parts to consider the characteristics of the fishes, and the effect zone of each reference noise level was determined. To increase the reliability of the effect scope, approximately 100 repetitions of blasting work split into several parts by the boring depth, the sound level of the source caused by an increase in weight, and the effect zone were calculated using the prediction equation. According to the prediction, the maximum distance of the effect zone was 4.92 km.

  • 본 논문은 자연언어처리에서 문장의 서술어와 그 서술어가 가지는 명사 논항들 사이의 문법관계를 의미 관계로 사상하는 즉 논항이 서술어에 대해 가지는 역할을 정하는 문제를 다루고 있다. 의미역 결정은 단어의 의미 중의성 해소와 함께 자연언어의 의미 분석의 핵심 문제 중 하나이며 반드시 해결해야 하는 매우 중요한 문제 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 언어학적으로 유용한 자원인 세종전자사전을 이용하여 용언격틀사전을 구축하고 격틀 선택 방법으로 의미역을 결정한 후. 결정된 의미역들에 대한 확률 정보를 확률 모델에 적용하여 반복적으로 학습하는 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 실험 결과, 기본 모델에 대해 10% 정도의 성능 향상을 보였다.

  • ITO/N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-di(m-tolyl)-benzidine(TPD)/Tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato Aluminum $(Alq_3)/Al$ 구조에서 정공 수송층 TPD와 발광충 $Alq_3$를 각각 두께 변화에 따라 Agilent 4294A, Precision Impedance Analyzer를 이용하여 주파수에 의존하는 저항성 특성과 용량성 특성을 연구하였다. 측정 결과 주파수가 증가할수록 저항성 특성은 감소함을 보였고 용량성 특성은 감소하다가 다시 증가하는 특성을 보였다. TPD와 $Alq_3$의 두께가 각각 70[nm], 30[nm]일 때 저주파 영역에서는 가장 낮은 저항성 특성이 보이다가 고주파 영역에서는 가장 높은 특성을 확인하였다. 또한 용량성 특성은 저주파 영역에서는 가장 높은 특성이 보이다가 고주파영역에서 두께 변화에 상관없이 거의 일치함을 확인하였다.

Technology to Form Nano-sized Pattern on Light Guiding Plate Using MmSH Injection Molding Method (MmSH 사출성형법을 이용한 도광판용 나노패턴 형성기술 개발)

  • MmSH injection molding method to fabricate light guiding plate with nano-sized pattern was developed. A stamper was fabricated through photolithography, dry etching, and electroplating processes. While the stamper with nano-sized pattern in mold was kept at $180^{\circ}C$ during injection process, that was cooled down to $90^{\circ}C$ quickly after the injection process. The nano-sized pattern on light guiding plate processed by MmSH injection molding method was well transferred from stamper compared to that processed by conventional injection molding process.

실시간 비저항 측정을 통한 N-doped $Ge_2Sb_2Te_5$ 박막의 결정화에 대한 연구

  • $Ge_2Sb_2Te_5$ (GST)는 광학 스토리지 및 PRAM(Phase-change Random Access Memory)에 적용 가능한 대표적인 상변화 물질이며 상변화 거동에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 차세대 비휘발성 메모리로 각광을 받고 있는 PRAM의 경우 저전력 그러나 향후 고집적, 고성능 PRAM 소자구현을 위해서는 Reset 전류 감소를 통한 소비 전력 감소, 인접 셀간의 'cross talking'을 방지할 수 있는 열적 안정성 개선 등의 문제점들을 해결해야 한다. GST 물질의 전기적, 열적 특성을 조절하여 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 GST 물질에 이종의 원소를 첨가하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 특히 질소 첨가에 의해 결정 성장 억제를 통한 결정화 온도 증가, 결정질의 저항 증가 등의 보고가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 질소를 첨가한 N-doped $Ge_2Sb_2Te_5$ (NGST) 박막의 상변화 거동을 규명하고 GST 박막과 비교하여 첨가된 질소의 영향을 분석하고자 한다. D.C Magnetron sputtering 방법으로 증착된 GST와 NGST 박막을 등온으로 유지하여 각 온도별로 열처리 시간 증가에 따른 비저항을 실시간으로 측정하여 GST와 NGST 박막의 상분율을 계산하고 Kissinger 모델을 이용하여 effective activation energy ($E_a$)를 구하였다. GST와 NGST 박막의 $E_a$는 각각 $2.08\;{\pm}\;0.11\;eV$$2.66\;{\pm}\;0.12\;eV$로 계산되었다. 따라서 첨가된 질소에 의해 NGST 박막의 결정화를 위하여 GST 박막의 경우보다 더 큰 활성화 에너지가 필요하다.
