The process of character recognition goes through 5 steps; image acquisition, character region extraction, preprocessing, character region segmentation, character recognition. Therefore the final recognition rate of character recognition is directly affected by the performance of each step. This paper is a leading research for object recognition using image processing algorithm which is one of the field of study in computer vision. And this paper will suggest an algorithm to extract the portion of number chain, which is part of the research embodying a system to perceive the data of manufacture and the name of the producer on the wrapping of groceries. In addition, this can extract the number chain comparatively accurate without using many complex algorithm by diving and extracting the moving number region at the same time.

A Zero-Voltage-Switching(ZVS) Three-Level Converter realizes ZVS for the switches with the use of the leakage inductance(or external resonant inductance) and the output capacitors of the switches, however; the rectifier diodes suffer from recovery which results in oscillation and voltage spike. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a novel ZVS Three-Level converter, which introduces two clamping diodes to the basic Three-Level converter to eliminate the oscillation and clamp the rectified voltage to the reflected input voltage.

This study for hair, traditional ornamentation and make up style of Korea, China, Japan. Their special aesthetic character of hair ornamentation and styles are similar difference of costume aesthetics. First we study about hair style of three countries We can find their different development characteristics of aesthetics and customes, cultural style of three countries. It is translated plain and simple for Korean, exaggerative and decorative for Chinese, romantic decoravive and decoration of Tang Dynasty influnced for Japanes. All styles are showed in modern oriental styles.

본 연구에서는 코퍼스 확률에 기반하여 한국어 표준 발음 생성에 대한 연구를 한다. 기존의 이은영 외 (2005)에서 연구된 규칙기반의 한국어 IPA 발음 변환방식과는 달리 본 연구에서는 음운변환 코퍼스를 바탕으로 표준발음을 변환한다. 이 방식을 위해서 Brill(1995)에서 제안한 변형기반 학습방식이 활용되었으며, 단계적인 처리방식이 아닌 입-출력 대응 방식의 확률적 처리 방식이 제안되었다. 음운변환 방식은 음운규칙에 근거한 처리가 아닌 언어자원인 코퍼스를 활용해서 처리하였다는 점에서 기존의 연구방식과 차이가 있다. 또한, 기존 연구에서는 음운규칙을 단계적으로 적용하여서 입력형이 출력형으로 도출되기 위해서 여러 단계를 거쳤지만, 본 연구에서는 입력형과 출력형의 일대일 대응이라는 점에서 차이점을 보인다.

In recent days, crash safety system based on vehicle-to-vehicle communication (V2V) has been legislated. This V2V based safety system collects information from nearby vehicles to predict any crash possibility. Thus, it requires accurate and reliable data. Regularly updated features of Basic Safety Message(BSM) will be used to test validity of various elements included in the BSM. Then, the focus was made on whether values of these elements had notable differences compared to previous values. Through this paper, the validation tool was implemented and the result from V2V OBU experiment was used to identify problems in the current model and additional features that need to be implemented in V2V OBU for more accurate BSM.

컴퓨터 관련 인프라가 양적으로 팽창하는 지식 정보화 사회에서 컴퓨터 교육은 기초 기본 교육과 더불어 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 학생들이 쉽게 그리고 많이 접하는 웹에 관한 내용을 지도함에 있어 단순히 인터넷 검색이 아니라 어떻게 웹 페이지가 만들어지는지에 초점을 두었다. 이를 위해 PBL기반 HTML 텍스트 에디터를 구현하고 이를 수업에 직접 적용하여 배운 내용에 관한 형성 평가와 HTML 수업에 대한 흥미나 관심도 등을 설문지를 통해 알아보았다. 실험 결과 실험 집단과 통제 집단 사이에서 에디터로 인한 형성평가 성취도에는 차이가 없었다. 설문지를 통해 조사한 정의적인 영역은 7문항 중 수업의 난이도를 질문한 문항과 앞으로 홈페이지를 만들 수 있는가를 질문한 문항에서만 유의미한 차이를 보였다. PBL 기반의 HTML 텍스트 에디터는 인지적 영역의 성취도에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않지만 직접 HTML 태그를 치지 않는 에디터를 이용해도 HTML과 관련된 지식을 습득할 수 있음을 보여준다.

A Study on the Drapery Presented in Costume The purpose of this study is to find esthetic characteristic of a drapery costume throughout Greece costume and modern fashion. For this purpose, documentary studies were proceed. And photos of the drapery costume were analyzed. Drape is the hang or fall of fabric when made into a garment is an important quality to consider indesigning. Fabric falling in folds in the garment as seen on statues of ancient Greece ; most outstanding modern versions made by designer Gres and Vionnet. Greek costume was in drapery types mostly and a feature created the vest esthetic effert on simplicity with ornament of drapery. Grecian were expressed pure beauty and natural beauty throughout their drapery costume. Madame Gres is widely considered one of the most talented greece for inspiration of the couture, ranked by many with Vionnet. They shows in their mastery of Greek draping -el-egance and simplicity- And also, they always implicity emphasized the relationship between clothing and the female body. Therefore drapery costume admired beauty of pure human body Clothing is expressed which wanted to get the nature and human, search for the losed nature of modern men. In conclusion, the characteristic of drapery costume from ancient greece to modern, timeless concerned human\`s lives and recurring humanity.

This paper suggests the methods of curriculum-standards analysis and collection analysis. This paper also designs the sample of archival contents for education based on this methods. 해양 혼합층은 해양-대기 간의 상호작용을 통해서 기후 변화 뿐만 아니라, 식물성 플랑크톤 분포와 같은 생물학적 측면에도 큰 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 장단기 기후변동에 많은 영향을 주는 북동아시아 근해 내에서의 혼합층 깊이의 시공간 변동을 분석하였다. 기존에 해양 관측 자료가 절대적으로 부족했던 점을 극복하기 위해 2000년부터 전구 해양에서 실시간으로 수집되기 시작한 해양중층부이(ARGO) 자료를 활용하였다. 지금까지 제시되어 온 다양한 해양 혼합층 결정 기준 중 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 Levitus et al.(1997)의 기준을 적용하여 북동아시아 근해의 혼합층 깊이를 산출하였으며, 그 변화를 위도, 경도, 해안으로부터의 거리, 계절 등에 따라 분석하였다. 또한 계절적 변화에서 겨울철 해양 혼합층 변화의 역전이 나타나는 지역을 분석하였다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 추후 해양 혼합층 깊이 결정 방법에 대한 연구의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

균형 조절 능력 저하를 진단하고 치료하기 위해서는 자세 조절 능력을 객관적으로 평가하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 임상에서 사용하는 자세검사기는 고감도 압력센서를 사용하기 때문에 종래의 임상적 검사보다 객관적이고 정량적으로 자세 불안정성을 평가할 수 있다. 하지만 일반적으로 사용하는 자세검사기는 차지하는 공간이 크고 비싼 가격 때문에 소규모 병원이나 개인이 사용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 키넥트와 위 밸런스 보드에서 획득한 정보를 이용하여 자세 불안정성을 평가하는 저비용 자세검사 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 자세검사 시스템을 실제 임상 환경에 적용한다면 간편하고 정량적으로 자세 조절 능력을 평가할 수 있는 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
