차세대식품으로 주목받고 있는 스피룰리나의 항균성 유산균(Probiotics: Lactobacillus Pentosus) 발효를 통해 얻어지는 항균성 발효스피룰리나의 국민건강증진 방편으로 이를 이용, 소비자 및 수요자의 접근을 용의하기위하며, 주 소비층인 환자, 노약자, 임산부, 어린이층의 Target content의 개발과 발효스피룰리나에 대한 시험결과 즉, 2010년 3월 락토바실러스 펜토수스 K34를 이용해 발효한 결과 발효공정을 통해 락트산; 아세트산; 구연산; 숙신산등의 유기산이 적어도 3종 이상 생성되었으며, 단백질 함량은 10% 이하로 변화를 보이지 않았고, 탄수화물의 거의 분해되어 락트산 및 프로피온산 등의 유기산으로 변화됨에 따라, 개발된 새로운 식품원료의 다양한 식품개발은 건강증진을 위해 소비수요층의 용의한 접근의 한 방편으로, 만화나 일러스트레이션을 이용한 접근을 통한 홍보 전략이 필요하다.

This paper starts from one question: what are the key factors of the web accessibility policy, which is significant for realizing equity in the web and enhancing human dignity in the information society. To find significant factors for complying with web accessibility, this paper analyzes panel data of 16 Korean local governments (for five years: 2004-2009) according to the research design which is based on the demand and supply balance model and consists of four variables : 'legal and institutional environment (including legal infrastructure)', 'financial foundation (fiscal self-reliance ratio)', 'policy inputs (amount of imformatization budget, employee of information experts)'and 'policy demand (internet usage rate, the number of disabled people and elderly people)'. From the results of this study, this paper can explain the mechanism and impact factors on the web accessibility policy of Korean local governments. Some factors are critical to improve web accessibility: (1) the importance of policy demand, (2) the importance of policy inputs, (3) the importance of legal and institutional environment. Finally, this paper concludes with some suggestions to enhance the web accessibility capacity for Korean local governments: (1) improve awareness on web accessibility, (2) develop a standard and invest R&D on web accessibility, (3) foster experts in web accessibility.

When an aircraft is landing, it is expected that the aircraft will follow a specified approach procedure and then land at the airport. However, depending on the airport situation, neighbouring aircraft or the instructions of the air traffic controller, there can be a deviation from the specified approach. Detecting aircraft approach patterns is necessary for traffic flow and flight safety, and this paper suggests clustering techniques to identify aircraft patterns in the approach segment. The Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM), one of the machine learning techniques, is used to cluster the trajectories of aircraft, and ADS-B data from aircraft landing at the Gimhae airport in 2019 are used. The aircraft trajectories are clustered on the plane, and a total of 86 approach trajectory patterns are extracted using the centroid value of each cluster. Considering the correlation between the approach procedure pattern and overshoots, the distribution of overshoots is calculated.

정부를 포함한 공공부문이 보유하고 있는 공공정보와 관련된 논의로서 공공정보에 대한 공공(public)의 접근성 향상을 위한 여러 가지 방안 수립이 강조되고 있다 이 가운데 지금까지 각 국의 정보통신서비스의 정책 기반이 되어온 보편적 서비스(universal service)의 개념은 공공정보를 제공·이용하는데 필요한 논리적 정책 근거로 제안된다. 보편적 서비스란, 기본적인 서비스를 합리적인 요금으로 광범위하게 제공하는 것이라 볼 수 있으며 따라서 공공의 접근성을 보장해야 하는 공공정보의 이용과 밀접하게 관련되기 때문이다.

많은 분야에서 계획이나 정보기술전략으로 인터넷에 근거한 서비스를 제공하거나 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 요인들과 함께 조직체들의 업무에서 정보보호에 필요한 사항들을 분석하고 접근하기 위한 방법들을 고려한다. 특히, 인터넷 기반하에서 지원되는 중요 서비스들과 이들 서비스들을 보호하는데 이용 가능한 보안제어수단과의 연계성을 원격접근, 전자상거래, R&D, 인터넷의 가용성 측면에서 보안요구 사항을 분석한다.

소프트웨어를 설계, 구현하는데 있어서의 어려움이란 주변 환경이나 제반 기술 등과 같은 어려움도 있겠지만 실제 프로그래머가 작성하는 소스코드의 복잡성도 그 원인중의 하나라 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 문제의 해결을 위해서는 소스코드의 접근이나 이의 테스트를 위한 결합 등의 유연성이 높은 소프트웨어 기술이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 따라 AOP(Aspect-Oriented Programming) 기술을 이용하여 소스코드 자체의 접근 및 그의 처리를 용이하게 하여 복잡한 시스템의 개발이나 기존 시스템의 관리에 있어 효율을 높이고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 정보시스템을 보유하고 있는 제조업체를 위하여 인터넷 접근이 가능하도록 모바일 기반의 ERP 시스템 프로세스를 설계하였다. 휴대용 단말기를 이용하여 작업 현장에서 직접 ERP 시스템에 접근하여 정보 서비스를 받을 수 있으며, 구매정보 또는 협력업체와 인터넷을 이용하여 구매정보를 실시간으로 전달하고 각종 납품 실적을 협력업체에서 확인할 수 있는 시스템이다. 본 시스템은 모바일을 기반으로 한 ERP 시스템으로 업무 리드타임을 단축시키고 생산성의 극대화를 꾀하며 사용의 편의성과 이동성 제공으로 인해 사용자 만족도 또한 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

야간 조명은 건강과 복지에 대한 인간의 욕구를 야간시간의 활용을 통하여 충족시킬 수 있도록 도와주고 있다. 또한 조명은 경관의 활성화와 미적 공간 창출의 유용한 도구로 이용되고 있어 근린공원에서의 조명은 주간과 다른 분위기를 제공하여 이용자들의 만족도를 높여주고 있다. 하지만 위험 요인을 가지고 있는 공원에서는 심미적 효과뿐만 아니라 이용자들의 보행 안전을 위한 야간 조명설계의 중요성이 강조된다. 본 연구는 야간 근린공원 이용자들의 보행 안전을 고려한 조명설계를 위하여 시뮬레이션 접근법을 이용하여 대안 조명품질을 비교한다. 기존에 설치된 조명기구와 타 조명기구를 시뮬레이션으로 비교함으로써 조명설계시 시뮬레이션 접근법의 유용성을 제안한다.

To authorize IPSec-VPN Client in Client-to-Gateway type of the IPSec-VPN system, it can be normally used with ID/Password verification method or the implicit authorization method that regards implicitly IPSec-VPN gateway as authorized one in case that the IPSec-VPN client is authenticated. However, it is necessary for the Client-to-Gateway type of the IPSec-VPN system to have a more effective user authorization mechanism because the ID/Password verification method is not easy to transfer the ID/Password information and the implicit authorization method has the vulnerability of security. This paper proposes an effective user authorization mechanism using an attribute certificate and designs a user authorization engine. In addition, it is implemented in this study. The user authorization mechanism for the IPSec-VPN system proposed in this study is easy to implement the existing IPSec-VPN system. Moreover, it has merit to guarantee the interoperability with other IPSec-VPN systems. Furthermore, the user authorization engine designed and implemented in this paper will provide not only DAC(Discretional Access Control) and RBAC(Role-Based Access Control) using an attribute certificate, but also the function of SSO(Single-Sign-On).
