We analyzed the relationship among customer value, satisfaction and continuous use intention of tourism social commerce in this study. And also we observed the moderating effects of regulatory focus on the relationship between customer value and satisfaction. As the results, we found partially positive relationship between customer value and satisfaction and positive relationship between satisfaction and continuous use intention of tourism social commerce. The regulatory focus partially moderated the relationship between customer value and satisfaction. Finally we emphasize the importance of customer value, enhancing promotion focus and weakening prevention focus for continuous use intention of tourism social commerce.

최근 환경에 대한 관심이 증대하면서 생물다양성, 홍수조절, 온실가스 저감 등 다양한 기능을 수행하는 습지에 대한 보전 및 복원을 위한 많은 노력들이 진행되고 있다. 습지 보전 및 복원을 위한 다양한 방안 중 하나가 댐 및 주변지역을 습지로 조성하여 활용하는 방안이라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 댐 및 주변지역의 습지로서의 활용을 위한 특성 파악이 우선적으로 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 댐 주변지역에 조성된 습지와 댐 저수지 자체를 모두 포함하여 댐습지라고 정의하고, 댐습지가 지니고 있는 습지의 기능 및 경제적 가치를 추정하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상지역은 기준습지와 대상습지로 구분되며, 기준습지는 우포늪과 보령댐, 대상습지는 용담댐이다. 댐습지의 기능평가는 수문지형학적 특성을 고려하는 HGM(Hydrogeomorphic Method)을 이용하였으며, 가치평가는 조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하였다. 기능평가 결과는 우포늪과 보령댐을 각각 기준지역으로 선정하였을 경우로 구분하여 나타낼 수 있다. 자연습지인 우포늪을 기준지역으로 선정하였을 경우에는 댐의 주목적과 관련이 있는 수문학적 기능이 높게 평가되었으나 습지 내에서 진행되는 생지화학적 기능과 다양한 식물 종에 대한 서식처로써의 기능은 다소 미흡한 것으로 평가되었다. 보령댐을 기준지역을 선정하였을 경우에는 일부 기능을 제외하고 대부분의 기능이 유사한 것으로 평가되었다. 조건부가치측정법을 이용한 용담댐의 경제적 가치평가는 댐습지 생태공원조성에 따른 훼손된 습지의 보호, 희귀생물종의 보호, 휴양 및 여가기능 제공을 주요인으로 설정하고 설문조사를 수행하여 가치를 추정하였다. 그 결과 용담댐의 총 가치는 우포늪의 가치와 비교하였을 때 우포늪의 35~41%에 해당하는 것으로 추정되었다. 본 연구에서 수행된 댐습지의 기능 및 가치평가 결과는 댐이 단순히 이 치수 측면으로만 이용되는 것이 아니라 생태학적으로도 활용성이 있다는 사실을 나타내고 있다. 이를 통해서 향후 댐의 친환경적 활용 방안 및 댐습지 관리 방안에 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 댐에 대한 긍정적인 인식 증진에도 많은 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

This study examines the economic use value of Discover, an access service of research papers and a subsystem of the National Open Access Platform (AccessON). Based on previous literature on scholarly communications and in-depth interviews with 14 academic and industrial researchers, the service value of Discover was identified as the value of time savings. Administering a survey with 1,313 researchers, the following empirical data required for estimation were obtained: for an average Korean researcher, s/he publishes 2.84 papers per year and takes 30.13 minutes in searching and using one relevant research paper. Discover was found to save 5.64 minutes per paper, saving a total of 225 minutes and KRW 99,384 per researcher per year. Finally, a total economic value of Discover was estimated as KRW 82 billion for the entire 8-year business period. An additional value of KRW 11.3 billion was estimated with the legalization of mandatory deposit of OA research papers. The study demonstrates a sufficient economic value of the national OA platform project, and positive economic impact of the OA legalization, futher offering important domestic data for future research on economic value of scholarly communications.

수자원사업에 따른 수질개선편익은 사업으로 인해 저감되는 오염원의 양을 예측하고, 그에 따른 수질개선효과를 계량화한 값이며, 이는 곧 해당사업의 가치로써 정의된다. 이러한 수질개선편익을 산정하기 위한 방법에는 개인의 지불의사를 추정하여 가치를 추정하는 조건부가치측정법(CVM)과 해당 사업에 따른 효과를 기술적 방식으로 대체할 때 소요되는 비용을 시행사업의 가치로 평가하는 방식인 대체비용법을 들 수 있다. 현재 조건부가치측정법은 다양한 분야의 사업에 대한 가치추정법으로 널리 쓰이고 있으나, 해당사업의 가치에 대한 공학적이고 직관적인 해답을 줄 수 있는 대체비용법의 적용성은 아직까지 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 수질개선편익을 중심으로 대체비용법의 분석절차와 적용성을 확인하고자 하였고, 이에 대한 사례연구로서 댐증고사업을 대상으로 하였다. 수질개선편익과 같이 환경적 질을 높이는 사업은 대상사업의 가치를 추정하는 데 많은 어려움이 있으며, 기존에 주로 사용된 조건부가치측정법과 더불어 대체비용법을 이용한 검토는 보다 객관적인 의사결정을 지원하는 데 도움을 줄 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to assess the economic value of the National Assembly Library service utility, and to enhance the users' perception and the stakeholder's supports for the library services. For those purposes, this study applied the measurement methods of time value, replacement service value, and WTP of the three user groups: inside members, outside users, and institutional members of the Library. The replacement service value as annual time valuation was measured 1,948.2 million won by inside members, and 417.057.5 million won by outside users, that was approximately 10 times of the total budget of the year 2015. Also, WTP were measured as 8,528.3 million won by inside member, 33,272.4 million won by outside users, 924 million won by institutional members. This shows 77% of the use value were from outside users. The BC ratio was 1:1.04 in 2015.

The purpose of this study is to survey the LOV(List Of Values) composed with the consumer's psychographic variables and is to segment consumer's value system through the LOV. Referring to the previous studies such as Rokeach's RVS, Kahke's LOV, Razzaque's Asian values, and author's Korean values, this study conducted researches of consumer's value segmentation. The result of this study finds that the Korean consumer's value system is categorized into (1) value of influence, (2) value of mammonism, (3) value of latest, (4) value of venture, (5) value of salvation, (6) value of sociality, (7) value of curiosity, (8) spirituality, and (9) value of conservativeness in order. This results will help contribute toward segmentation of Korean consumer's value. Another result of this study shows by way of ANOVA(analysis of variance) that the Korean consumer's value dimensions are closely related to demographic variables: sex, marital status, education, occupation, total families income by monthly, family structure, and age.

The purpose of this empirical case study is to explore what factors affect on the economic valuation of academic journals and to ascertain the degree of each impact. For this study, factors were categorized into three groups: internal factors external factors and demand theory factors. The on-line questionnaire was used to collect data and 383 responded from individual users of and the persons in charge of the DDS(Document Delivery Service). Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for Windows/PC. The result showed that there exist a strong relationship between the internal factors of academic journals(i.e., Impact Factor, Cost, and Language) and economic valuation in terms of its use value.

Voice technology allows consumers to make purchases through smart devices, and the interest in voice-driven conversational commerce has significantly expanded. In this study, we explored the continuance use intention of voice commerce, and the adoption of a value-attitude-behavior model. An online survey was conducted on 360 individuals who used an artificial intelligence assistant device in a voice commerce environment. We used Amos 23.0 and SPSS 25.0 for descriptive, confirmatory, and structural equation modeling analyses. These results indicated that functional value was the highest influencing variable on satisfaction of voice commerce, while social, emotional, and epistemic values significantly influenced it as well. Additionally, satisfaction of voice commerce significantly influenced the continuance use intention of voice commerce. These findings could help us understand the characteristics of voice commerce users and the diversity value in voice commerce environment.

This study focus on a economic value of the Big Data technologies by real options model using big data technology company's stock price to determine the price of the economic value of incremental assessed value. For estimating stochastic process of company's stock price by big data technology to extract the incremental shares, Generalized Moments Method (GMM) are used. Option value for Black-Scholes partial differential equation was derived, in which finite difference numerical methods to obtain the Big Data technology was introduced to estimate the economic value. As a result, a option value of big data technology investment is 38.5 billion under assumption which investment cost is 50 million won and time value is a about 1 million, respectively. Thus, introduction of big data technology to create a substantial effect on corporate profits, is valuable and there are an effects on the additional time value. Sensitivity analysis of lower underlying asset value appear decreased options value and the lower investment cost showed increased options value. A volatility are not sensitive on the option value due to the big data technological characteristics which are low stock volatility and introduction periods.

In this study, the factor that affect use value of domestic public library was analysed. This study try to grasp the effect of various variables such as characteristics of the respondent and library through the measurement using CVM that extract the value by the user's statement. For this purpose, effective variables identified in the value measurement study of domestic and foreign public library was grasped and characteristics of the effective variables presented in the study examined. The factor influenced WTP representing library's value are the demographic characteristics such as gender, income, age and the using pattern such as frequency of use, time to visit. As to user's satisfaction and recognition, the recognition about librarian's satisfaction, place for resident's exchange, degree of financial support, culture-art volunteers are affecting depending on the service such as information, facilities and programs. The study comprehensively analysed the impact on the value measured by all types of public library in the nation and provided the information about property of value assessed by user according to region and scale. This information is expected to help the strategic policy making to enhance the value of library in the future.
