이 연구에서는 음원 서비스의 이용자들이 공개앨범에서 추천한 음원 리스트에 특성가수와 동시출현한 곡들의 정보를 분석하여 특성가수의 이미지를 네트워크 기법으로 표현하였고 동시출현한 곡의 통계분석을 통하여 해당 가수를 선택한 이용자가 선호할 만한 연관 곡을 추천하고자 하였다. 분석결과 추천되는 음원리스트에 동시 출현되는 가수들의 장르적 특성으로 특정가수의 이미지가 표현되었고 시기별로 가수의 이미지가 변화되는 것이 추적되었다. 이 연구에서 제시된 방법은 이용자에게 변화하는 가수의 이미지에 따라 연관 정보를 유연하게 추천할 수 있는 방안으로 활용될 수 있다.

The importance of voucher service evaluation is increasing with the expansion of voucher, but the previous studies on performance evaluation could not reflect the characteristics of voucher. But there is no study on the factors affecting voucher performance. Thus, this study focuses on the empirical analysis of voucher program performance and analysed the factors affecting voucher satisfaction. Data used in this study is collected form 70 social service agencies that deliver voucher service and 1445 service users in Community-Development voucher service in Community Service Investment Program. The methods applied in this study are Hierarchial Linear Model(HLM) using service user variables(level 1) and service agency variables(level 2). These variables are extracted from the previous studies on performance of social welfare service and voucher service. The findings show that user's satisfaction is influenced by level 1 variables such as sex, need and also influenced by level 2 variables of service type and area* organization type. On these analysis, this study gives policy implication.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 정보자원에 대해 수행된 이용자 연구를 분석하여 각 연구에서 다루고 있는 인터넷 이용자의 특성, 이용 행태 등을 살펴 인터넷 분야의 이용자 연구의 실질적인 동향을 파악하고자 한다. 분석은 연구대상의 이용자 집단, 연구에서 사용된 인터넷의 환경, 데이터수집 방법으로 나누어 이루어졌다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of space use in university library and draw up considerations for enhancing space utilization based on the analysis results. For this purpose, the utilization rate of each space was analyzed by categorizing the user's space of the university library, and secondly, the preferences of the major user groups were analyzed according to the characteristics of the users' space. For empirical analysis, we collected and refined users' space usage data (98,282 people's data 433,769 cases) accumulated for one year for the central library of "J" National University. Then we analyzed the usage pattern according to space and period(monthly, hourly). In addition, preferences for each major group of users (undergraduates, graduate students and graduates) in the library were analyzed through the library visitors' data (2,426,553 cases) over the same period. The results of this study can be used as preliminary research for the composition and arrangement of users' space in future university libraries.

본 연구에서는 시소러스를 구축하기 위해 필요한 디스크립터 수집원으로써 이용자 로그데이터를 분석하여 후보 디스크립터의 외형적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석대상인 이용자 로그데이터는 국내 검색엔진가운데 야후와 라이코스를 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 이용자들은 대부분 검색어로써 명사와 복합명사를 사용하였으며, 조사 '의'이외에는 다른 품사로 이루어진 검색어는 거의 존재하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 검색어로써 이용자들은 고유명사(외국어 포함)를 많이 사용함으로써, 국내외 지침에서 권고하는 고유명사의 최소한 사용지침과 실제 이용자 사이의 이용행태와의 차이를 알 수 있었다. 따라서 국내외 시소러스 개발지침을 수용하면서, 이용자 중심의 시소러스를 개발하기 위해서는 전거어나 유사어 사전을 대등관계와 연동하여 개발하는 것을 고려해야 한다.

최근 기업에서의 인터넷 응용이 보편화되고 있으며, 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래(CALS/EC)는 선택의 문제가 아니라 생존의 수단으로 받아 들여 지고 있다. CALS/EC는 비즈니스 관련 정보를 전자적으로 교환함으로써 기존의 비즈니스 방식을 개선, 전환, 재정의하고, 비용절감, 품질향상, 서비스의 품질과 속도개선을 통해 고객만족과 기업이윤을 증대시키는 새로운 기업의 전술로 정의되고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 기반 CALS/EC의 활성화로 인해 여러 분야에서의 기업 상품에 대한 마케팅 전략 등이 최우선적으로 고려되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전자상거래를 포함, 인터넷 이용자의 특성.취향을 분석하기 위한 이용자 특성.취향 분석 시스템의 구성원리와 그 구성요소 중 하나의 모듈인 특성화된 이용자 로그정보로부터 추적 알고리즘을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 수행함으로써, 보다 정확한 이용자 정보를 수집하여 유연성있는 정보를 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고 구현하였다.

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the Jeollabuk-do social welfare errand center, this study focused on identifying the effects of users' personal characteristics and workers' job environment characteristics on user satisfaction. The data analyzed are survey data collected from users and workers at 11 social welfare errand centers in each city and county in Jeollabuk-do. In the detailed analysis, the first-level independent variable for the users' personal characteristics, the second-level independent variable for the worker's job environment characteristics, and the user satisfaction were set as the dependent variables, and then a hierarchical linear model analysis model was applied. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that households with disabilities, sense of job value, job stress, role overload, and salary satisfaction had a significant effect on the service satisfaction of users. The results of this analysis show that the characteristics of the job environment of the workers have a major effect on the satisfaction of service users. This suggests that there is a strong need for improvement in the fields.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관 이용자들의 일상생활에서 공간들이 어떠한 관계성을 가지고 이용되는지를 분석하는 것이다. 관계성을 파악하기 위한 데이터로 미국 Puget Sound Region Transportation Department에서 수집한 Household Travel Survey 데이터를 이용하였다. 데이터 분석을 위한 도구로 소셜 네트워크 분석도구 중의 하나인 NodeXL을 사용하였다. 분석결과 선행연구에서와 유사하게 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑, 쇼핑몰 등이 도서관 이용과 공간적으로 연관성이 있음이 나타났다. 또한 전체 이용자의 분석결과와 비교하여 도서관 이용자만이 가지고 사회적 공간이용의 특성을 발견되었고 도서관 정책개발에 이러한 특성이 반영될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 레저스포츠타운 이용자 특성과 이용만족도를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 모집단은 춘천시에 위치한 송암 레저스포츠타운을 이용하는 이용자를 대상으로 설정하였으며, 표본은 목적표집 추출방법을 통해 표집하였다. SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t검증(t-test), 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), 빈도분석(Frequency analysis), 확인적 요인분석(Confirmatory Factor Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 특성 요인에 따라 이용만족도에는 차이가 있다. 둘째, 레저스포츠타운 이용자 특성에 따라 이용만족도에는 차이가 있다.

정부의 IT839정책과 함께 유비쿼터스 환경이 실현되고 있는 요즘, 홈 네트워크 산업은 크게 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 발맞추어 홈네트워크 산업의 활성화를 위해 정책 제안이나 현황 보고와 같은 연구들이 많이 이루어졌다. 그러나 이용자들의 입장에서 홈네트워크 서비스에 대한 관심이나 선호분포에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 븐 연구의 목적은 홈네트워크 서비스들에 대한 이용자들의 선호도를 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 다양한 홈네트워크 서비스들을 특성에 따라 분류한 후 잠재 이용자들을 대상으로 각 서비스에 대한 호감도를 조사하였다. 그 후 잠재 이용자들의 특성에 따라 홈네트워크 서비스들과 대응일치분석(Correspondence Analysis)을 하였다. 연구 결과 모든 잠재 이용자들이 안전관련 서비스에 높은 관심을 표하였으며 특히 고령일수록 그 관심은 더 높게 나타났다. 그리고 인터넷을 거의 사용하지 않는 집단은 홈네트워크 서비스에 낮은 관심을 보였다.
