Universities are places where the knowledge and information of various areas is created and shared, and the libraries of the universities are main places for providing education services. In this study, we survey the students of K university on the satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service, users' satisfaction, and users' loyalty. Structural equation models are used in order to verify whether the users' satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service are both directly and indirectly effective on users' loyalty with users' satisfaction as a moderating variable. The results show that the satisfaction on offering contents is both directly and indirectly effective on the loyalty and that the satisfactions on environment/facilities and library service are not indirectly effective but directly effective on the loyalty.

As users constitute one of the three components of a transportation system; and in many respects the most important component, user perception is a critical element within the concept of transportation services as transportation exists to provide high quality service to various user groups. However, this user perception has not been studied because it is difficult to be analyzed. The purpose of this study is to introduce the importance and alternative method to consider transportation user perception for various transportation engineering areas such as service quality and safety level of transportation system. For this purpose, various studies related to transportation user perception were reviewed. In addition, experiment results were analyzed to investigate the characteristics of transportation user perception.

Current analysis of air passengers mainly relies on statistical methods, but there are limitations in analyzing detailed aspects such as travel routes, number of regional passengers and airport access times. However, with the advancement of big data technology and revised three data acts, big data-based transportation analysis has become more active. Mobile communication data, which can precisely track the location of mobile phone terminals, can serve as valuable analytical data for transportation analysis. In this paper, we propose a air passenger Origin/Destination (O/D) extraction algorithm based on mobile communication data that overcomes the limitations of existing air transportation user analysis methods. The algorithm involves setting airport signal detection zones at each airport and extracting air passenger based on their base station connection history within these zones. By analyzing the base station connection data along the passenger's origin-destination paths, we estimate the entire travel route. For this paper, we extracted O/D information for both domestic and international air passengers at all domestic airports from January 2019 to December 2020. To compensate for errors caused by mobile communication service provider market shares, we applied a adjustment to correct the travel volume at a nationwide citizen level. Furthermore correlation analysis was performed on O/D data and aviation statistics data for air traffic users based on mobile communication data to verify the extracted data. Through this, there is a difference in the total amount (4.1 for domestic and 4.6 for international), but the correlation is high at 0.99, which is judged to be useful. The proposed algorithm in this paper enables a comprehensive and detailed analysis of air transportation users' travel behavior, regional/age group ratios, and can be utilized in various fields such as formulating airport-related policies and conducting regional market analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction, royalty and compliant of a children's library Website. To achieve the aim of this study a modified Kim and Park's model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality dimension is adopted. A total of 130 valid responses to the questionnaire were analysed using SPSS 18. It is found that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the lower the compliant. For the contents quality dimension, the items of Usability, Accuracy, Easy of understand, Reliability and Up-to-date; for the service quality dimension, the items of Interface design, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy; for the system quality dimension, the items of Response time, Interactive, Easy to access, and Easy to use show a significant relationships to the users' satisfaction.

최근 사회 전반적으로 급격히 진행되고 있는 디지털 컨버전스 트렌드의 한 모습으로등장한 RFID/USN의 급속한 이용과 관련한 이용자들의 이용행태와 서비스 활성화를위한 방향을 분석 전망한다. 이를 분석함에 있어 필수적으로 요구되는 RFID/USN의 개념, 서비스 특징 및 국내외 산업동향을 분석하고 관련 응용서비스의 이용과 관련하여 예비 이용자들이 어떤 행태를 보일 것인지 분석하고 전략적 시사점을 도출한다. 이를 위하여 이용자들의 이용행태 분석과 관련하여 예비 이용자에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사내용은 RFID/USN 응용서비스 활용수준, 분야별 이용 현황, 만족도, 이용의 문제점, 이용의향 및 수용도, 관련 비용 지불 정도 및 수용가격, 이용시기 및 용도, 지원 육성 분야 등이다. 또한 응용서비스 활용정도가 상대적으로 높은 집단에 대하여 표적 분석을 통하여 잠재시장에 대하여 추정 분석하고, 향후 응용서비스 활성화를 위한 시사점과 사업화 방향 및 정책 추진방향을 도출한다.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관 이용자들의 일상생활에서 공간들이 어떠한 관계성을 가지고 이용되는지를 분석하는 것이다. 관계성을 파악하기 위한 데이터로 미국 Puget Sound Region Transportation Department에서 수집한 Household Travel Survey 데이터를 이용하였다. 데이터 분석을 위한 도구로 소셜 네트워크 분석도구 중의 하나인 NodeXL을 사용하였다. 분석결과 선행연구에서와 유사하게 슈퍼마켓, 레스토랑, 쇼핑몰 등이 도서관 이용과 공간적으로 연관성이 있음이 나타났다. 또한 전체 이용자의 분석결과와 비교하여 도서관 이용자만이 가지고 사회적 공간이용의 특성을 발견되었고 도서관 정책개발에 이러한 특성이 반영될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to derive system design factors and to analyze user needs of university library for design of user-centered information retrieval system. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the concept of 'users-centered' in digital environment where the supporting role of intermediaries is growing bigger than before in the interaction with remote information retrieval system can be defined as the new concept of 'expansion of knowledge'. Second, 6 kinds of system design factors derived for user-centered information retrieval system design of the university libraries. Third, The user needs that examined and analyzed through the questionnaires made by user-centered approach according to the design factors should be considered for system design.

This study aims to analyze library user and circulation status based on the bigdata logs to identify characteristics by user group and propose methods for efficient management of library. The logs to be analyzed consist of user information, circulation information, service usage information registered at the National Library of Korea, Sejong. The user information logs contain 107,369 age data, 106,918 gender data, 106,838 residential data. The circulation information logs contain 536,083 circulation user data, 6,509,369 circulation count data, and the service usage information logs contain 82,813 data. For the analysis of characteristics by user group, the data were used for analyzing user status by age, gender, residence and circulation status by year, month, day. In addition, this study conducts FGI(Focus Group Interview) and linkage analysis with external data to identify factors for analysis results. Based on analysis results, improvement methods for helping library make effective decision-making were proposed. This study analyze empirically user and circulation status based on bigdata logs, and it has significance for being different form proceeding researches with less analysis data.

This study investigated the main user types of the reading programs which are provided by sixty-two public libraries during September, "the Month of Reading," in seven metropolitan cities, Seoul. Pusan, Daegu, Incheon, Daejeon, Gwangju and Ulsan. For the analysis, the data are collected from 622 programs of "the Month of Reading." The content analysis method was used to analyze data and find meanings from it. The findings show, there are a little differences in the priority order of the main user types among the seven metropolitan cities, however, the children and all ages of the public libraries in seven metropolitan cities are identified as the main user types of the libraries.

To investigate the present states and analyze the library anxiety among academic library users, A University library users sampled systematically and surveyed. Data collected from 707 students are analyzed and compared with the previous studies. The average LAS score is 2.55 and show differences in sex, grade levels, and major areas of study. Library use instruction reduces anxiety subscale of barriers with staff. Library anxiety is also differed according to the frequency of library visit. Especially, the anxiety subscale of affective barriers is decreased according to the grade level and frequency of library visit. Based on the results, recommendations are suggested to overcome the library anxiety.
