According to the developing advanced techniques and removal of Selective Availability, much research has been conducted to improve the accuracy of GPS positioning in absolute and relative mode by estimating the nuisance parameters such as atmospheric effect, clock errors and multipath. Especially, the continuous effort of establishing the CORS in many countries and the effort of ICS making effective global networking make more application areas and the necessity of more precise location is being increased. Some of the countries like German, Japan and Swiss already utilized the Virtual Reference System for better location accuracy and services. In this study, the VRS system is investigated in terms of system principle, required H/W and S/W, management and operation, revision of related law, expected application and market etc. and find optimal solution in each aspect for economic and fast set up of the system in this country. The analysis of Korean CORS, communication infra and market estimation is performed for the efficient system establishment. Also. the suggestion on the advertisement and education of the system is also included. It is expected that this study contributes for the establishment of effective and precise nationwide location service so that many SOC areas including navigation, GIS, Telematics, LBS can provides better service for the users.

본 연구의 목적은 유사한 문화적 배경을 공유한 일본, 한국, 대만의 도서관학 교육을 비교하여 유사점과 상이점을 발견하고 그들의 배경이유를 찾아서 사회와 도서관학 교육의 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 비교의 대상이 된 교육기관은 4년제 대학(교)의 도서관학과로 일본의 다섯 대학교, 한국의 아홉 대학교, 대만의 네 대학교의 도서관학 교육을 비교하였다. 연구가 증명하려고 시도한 가설은, 1. 일본, 한국, 대만은 유사한 문화적 배경을 공유하는 한편, 미국의 도서관학 교육을 받아들였으므로, 세 나라의 도서관학 교육에는 유사점들이 있을 것이다. 2. 상이점들이 있다면, 그것들은 각 국의 특성을 반영할 것이다. 3. 세 나라의 도서관학 교육에 유사점들이 있다면 도서관학 교육의 경향, 문제점들 및 전망도 비슷할 것이다. 가설의 증명을 위하여 교육의 목적, 교수진, 남$\cdot$여학생의 비율, 입학시의 학생들의 학력수준, 교과과정, 과정수료에 요구되는 특수조건, 교과서, 연구, 학과 도서실 및 시설, 학과와 도서관과의 협력관계, 정보학 교과목, 사회가 요구하는 도서관 봉사 및 그에 대응하는 도서관학 교육의 청도, 교육의 경향, 문제점 및 장래 그리고 학과 졸업생들의 도서관 취업률 등을 비교하였다. 비교의 결과 가설을 타당한 것으로 받아들일 수 있었다. 결론에 대한 설명과 아울러 도서관학 교육의 방향을 제언하였다. 1. 미국의 도서관학 교육이 근거로 한 이론적인 배경 및 개념을 재검토하여 적합한 것은 받아들이고, 필요한 경우에는 변형하여 적용하도록 노력해야 한다. 미국과 다른 나라의 실제 도서관 업무 및 봉사에 대한 이해를 토대로 하여 사서와 교육자가 함께 자국의 상황에 적합한 고유한 도서관학을 정립하여야 한다. 2. 도서관 이용 및 봉사에 보다 관심을 기울이고 바람직한 개념을 홍보하고 그것에 호응하는 환경을 만들기 위하여 노력해야 한다. 미래의 사서인 학생들을 이용자에게 접근하여 그들을 가르칠 수 있고 도서관을 이용하도록 유도할 수 있게끔 교육을 시켜야 할 것이다. 3. 미국 이외의 나라에서 실시되는 교육제도에도 관심을 가져야 할 것이다. 4. 도서관 및 도서관학 교육에 정부의 적극적인 지원이 필요하다. 다른 전문직과 같은 대우를 받으려면, 국가고시제도가 도입되어야 할 것이다. 5. 도서관협회가 도서관학 교육에 보다 적극적으로 참여해야 한다. 사서 자격증을 관할하는 단체가 될 수도 있고 교육의 내용에도 관여할 수 있다. 6. 도서관학과와 도서관과의 협력관계가 보다 강화되어야 하며, 도서관현장을 토대로 한 연구활동이 필요하다. 진정한 의미의 문제 해결을 위한 연구활동이 없이 이론적, 실제적인 발전을 기대할 수 없다. 7. 대학(교) 도서관 및 특수도서관의 사서를 위한 전문교육은 대학원 수준에서 제공되고, 학부의 도서관학 교육은 학교도서관 및 공공도서관의 사서를 위한 교육으로 전문화되어야 한다. 8. 도서관학의 교육자들이 모여 문제를 토론하고 해결책을 모색할 수 있는 기회가 제공되어야 하며, 세 나라가 공동의 경험을 나누고 문제를 함께 해결할 수 있는 공식적인 회의나 학회의 구성이 필요하다.

Under accrual basic accounting, financial statements may be less reliable compared to cash basis accounting. The purpose of this study is to conduct an empirical analysis to determine the possibility of profit adjustment through the increase and decrease of deferred tax accounts. For our empirical analysis, a dummy variable of '1' was used as a dependent variable when the deferred tax net assets increased from the previous year and '0' when the deferred tax net assets decreased. Meanwhile, the variables of interest were discretionary accruals and ROA variation compared to the previous year. Logistic regression analysis was performed to establish the relevance between variables. Results found larger discretionary accruals related to lower net deferred tax assets compared to the previous year. In addition, there was a correlation between ROA and net deferred tax assets only if the ROA increased and net profit was greater than '0'. Study results will enable deferred tax information to be used in investment decision-making, and supervisory institutions can establish policies to prevent profit adjustments and enhance reporting standards.

After COVID-19, interest in "sustainable tourism" increased, and the number of tourists who wanted to experience "sustainable tourism" also increased. However, there is a problem that the programs and methods for 'sustainable tourism' are not specific and diverse. In addition, since most of the interests of "sustainable tourism" focus on "environment" and "carbon neutrality," there are not many programs or government policies that can contribute to the community. Therefore, in this study, news data and review data were analyzed to suggest a method for promoting 'sustainable tourism'. First, in this study, major themes of sustainable travel were derived through news big data analysis. Through this analysis, policy themes and events of 'sustainable tourism' were derived. By analyzing news big data related to "sustainable tourism," we would like to analyze the reasons why sustainable travel has not been activated in Korea. Finally, in order to promote sustainable travel in Jeju island, we analyzed user review data of Jeju local currency, and propose a idea to coexist with the local community.

Recently there has been a growing interest in the investigation and development of the next generation web - the Semantic Web. From the perspective of a information science, the next generation web - Semantic Web is a metadata initiative. It is reason that one of important stage of Semantic Web Construction is adding formal metadata that describes a Web resource's content and so people can find easy material using metadata. In this paper, 1 designed new application profile metadata architecture as a way to serve as interoperability between various open digital libraries using different information architecture in Semantic Web environment. Based on new application profile metadata architecture, 1 developed union metadata automatic generation and union search algorithm to integrate heterogeneous huge-scale metadata in the open digital library.

As Korean expanded the leisure time and improved the national incomes, the interest and demands of the marine leisure activities are increasing. However, it needs to considerate the infrastructure improvement for supporting these demands. This paper analyzed the problems based on the status of domestic marina port facilities including the absence of integrated management division and minimum standards for port facilities, governmental-centered administrative procedure, lack of professional manpower and linkage among educational institutes in aspect of navigators To improve these problems, this paper suggest that management system would be user-centered marina for marine leisure activities to make the integrated management division for marina port, the minimum standards for port facilities, realization of CIQ, familiarity for citizen and linkage among educational institutes.

The functions of playing musics and multimedia have become essential in one device as a smart phone since the smart phone appeared. It is very convenient, but it contains controversial arguments about sound quality, so many smart phone users use the music player application. By using these music applications, people start to think about the relationship between music playing and sound quality. However, those applications are not perfect, so it is hard to choose a good application. This thesis is about the advantages of the sound quality of music player applications that are currently sold in Android Market through RightMark Audio Analyzer program, and plans to suggest android music player application system design by analyzing applications by covering disadvantages of these applications.

In this paper, we propose a system to walk around the world with virtual reality technology. Although the virtual reality users are interested in the virtual travel contents, the conventional virtual travel contents have limited space for experiencing and lack of interactivity. In order to solve the problem of lack of realism and limited space, which is a disadvantage of existing contents, this system created a virtual space using Google Street View image. Users can have realistic experience with real street images, and travel a vast area of the world provided by Google Street View image. Also, a virtual reality headset and a treadmill equipment are used so that the user can actually walk in the virtual space, which maxmizes user interactivity and immersion. We expect this system contributes to the leisure activities of virtual reality users by allowing natural walking trip from famous tourist spots to even mountain roads and alleys.

The number of cyclists is on the steady growing for leisure and transportation with the increasing interest in health and environment. However, the number of cycling accidents is also increasing steadily due to the lack of safety awareness and regulations. Focusing on this issue, we propose and develop a smart LED bicycle helmet in order to reduce a risk of cycling accident. The main idea is to change status of the LED on the helmet based on the bicycle's movement and provide motion information of the bicycle for others. To control the LED lights on the helmet, we use the Arduino board which communicates with the LED module through serial connection. We decide motion information by using the values from acceleration and GPS sensors of the smartphone. To receive this information from the smartphone, the control board and the smartphone are connected by Bluetooth.

Today modern people have been searching on managing themselves in easy ways without side-effects to lead a healthy and quality life, accordingly concerns about complementary and alternative medicine have been increasing. The scientific term' complementary and alternative medicine' has been originally used in the US and has become the general term for natural treatment of medical methods, which can be suggested as an alternative solution to modern medical problems. There should be a study based on users' subjectivity to reinvigorate complementary and alternative medicine more than it does now. The purpose of this study is to offer basic materials when assessing practical applications on complementary and alternative medicine using the Q method which is subjective pattern analysis, help understand features of complementary and alternative therapy according to patterns, and find out preferences for patterns of complementary and alternative therapy. As a result patterns of complementary and alternative medicine were classified into three types. Firstly, type I prefers to biological/herbal treatment. Secondly, type II prefers to mixed treatments. Thirdly, type III prefers to manual healing.
