And based on the results of status of user requests, this study draws information usage behavior in the early stages of the service was derived. 1,124 Knowledge Information Database items out of 3,506 cases was analyzed by nine criterion. ① Number of questions and whether to be reference questions, ② Subject and keywords of the question, ③ Purpose of the question, ④ Type of question, ⑤ User's information request, ⑥ Information source and reference services provided by the librarian, ⑦ Number of days to answer, ⑧ Level of the participating library, ⑨ Question type by topic. As a results of analysis, first, users asked for reference questions from various topics as needed, rather than one from a similar topic at a time, but more than half of the total pure reference questions were from the field of library information science. Second, about 71.35% of users were using the 'Ask a librarian' service to recommend a list of information resources related to a particular topic or research problem, and there were also questions that required consultation on the reading situation. Third, the most preferred sources of information for users were bibliography, and in the case of online information sources, users did not relatively prefer them. Fourth, the number of days required to answer was able to confirm significant differences depending on the type of question and the level of the participating library. Fifth, 31.33% of the purpose of the general field question showed that were self-generated.

  • There has been research to understand users' information behaviors using book circulation data of public libraries. In this study, we examined the subject areas of books simultaneously borrowed by users of public libraries and aimed to identify the relationships among the subject areas. To accomplish this, we utilized the Korean Decimal Classification codes of 984,790 loaned books in 2019 to transform the lists of concurrently borrowed books, totaling 22,443,699 records, by the same users on the same day, into vectors using the ITEM2VEC technique. Next, we extracted ten highly related classification codes for each classification code, utilizing a total of 522 classification codes to create a network. We identified 15 communities within this network and examined the characteristics of each community. Among the 15 communities, those consisting of two or more main classes allowed us to identify meaningful thematic associations. This study, grounded in users' book usage behaviors, has suggested the topics of books that could be borrowed together. The findings offer valuable insights for library collection development and placement, recommending related subject materials, and revising classification systems.

  • According to the Korea Information Society Development Institute, OTT services grew at a rate of 33.4% in four yearsfrom 2017, when they were first launched.TheKorea Export-Import Bank announced in 2020 that the domestic OTT market was worth 780.1 billionKRW. This growth of the OTT market is expected to stimulate competition among OTT service platforms, and user satisfactionwithconvenience features, such as video recommendations, seems to be acting as an important factor in the competition.Currently, the OTT market uses a variety ofdata for customized recommendations, but the limitationis that it only uses datacollected within the app. Thereby we have proposed the use ofpersonal data collected outside the app for personalized recommendations, and the survey results showed that user satisfaction was 23.72% higher for recommended content based on the proposedmethod thanNetflix recommended content.

  • As the popularity of single-person media content increases, We investigated the causal relationship between perceived value and intention to recommend to others. Individuality was studied on the tendency to sensation seeking and novelty seeking, which is a tendency to take boredom sensitive to monotonous and repetitive daily routines, and novelty seeking refers to new information and stimuli. The hypothesis was that high sensation seeking and high novelty seeking would perceived emotional value, epistemic value, and economic value for a single person 's media content. Hypothesis testing was performed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS21. As a result of the hypothesis test, The novelty seeking has a positive effect on emotional value, epistemic value, and economic value. Users who want to explore and enjoy new things could perceived the emotional value of having fun, fun, and sadness through single-person content, perceived a epistemic value and enjoy new information and situations as a tool to recognize new stimuli and know what they didn't know. And it could be seen that users perceive the economic value that they can enjoy at low cost or free service. The sensation seeking has a significant effect on epistemic value, but it did not affect emotional value and economic value significantly. Those who have a high tendency to sensation seeking can perceive curiosity about one-person media contents, so that they can perceive epistemic value. However, those who feel that they have not significant influence on economic value and emotional value can easily understand that expecting one's content does not feel bored by paying for a low cost or free service.

  • VIRTUAL REALITY is a technology that enables users to experience environments that are difficult to experience, such as games, medical care, defense, and manufacturing industries. In this study, we propose the development of contents that can utilize the virtual reality technology to taste the destinations to travel in advance and to select the places to travel. Generally, when you decide on a destination, use the website or booklet to search for information about the destination. In recent years, applications that recommend travel destinations have also been developed and utilized. However, if information about travel destinations is implemented as a virtual reality, it will be possible to obtain more reliable and realistic information. Like Google Maps VR, you can show the globe as a whole, zoom in or out, and click on a keyword to recommend a tourist destination that matches the keyword. It uses internet browsing cookies to automatically display tourist attractions according to user's interest.

  • This study deals with exploring qualitative steps and paths that appear as YouTube users' usage time increases quantitatively. For the study, I applied theories from psychology and neuroscience, subdivided the interval between the personalization algorithm of the recommendation system, and active use and analyzed the relationship between variables in this process. According to the theory behavioral model theory (FBM), variable reward, and dopamine addiction were applied. Personalization algorithms easy clicks as triggers according to associated content presentation functions in behavioral model theory (FBM). Variable rewards increase motivational effectiveness with unpredictability of the content you search, and dopamine nation is summarized as stimulating the dopaminergic nerve to continuously and actively consume content. This study is expected to make an academic and practical contribution in that it divides the purpose of use of content in the personalization algorithm and active use section into four stages from a psychological perspective: first use, reuse, continuous use, and active use, and analyzes the path.
