본 연구는 이용자의 정보요구를 최대한 충족시키고 보다 사용하기 편한 이용자 지향의 탐색엔진을 개발하기 위해서 이용자 관점에서 국내 탐색엔진 한글알타비스타와 네이버를 평가하고자 한다. 이용자 중심의 탐색엔진 평가를 위해, 본 연구는 이용자가 자신의 검색질의로 탐색엔진을 통해 직접 검색을 하게 한 후 검색결과에 대해 이용자 스스로 평가하도록 한다. 평가기준은 수와 첸의 탐색엔진의 평가기준을 바탕으로 하여 탐색시간 및 노력, 탐색결과의 정확율, 연결성, 중복률, 유용성, 이용자의 만족도로 한글알타비스타와 네이버의 검색효율성 출 비교·평가하고자 한다.

법치주의 사회에서는 개인적으로 혹은 단체의 입장에서 모두 법률정보를 필요로 하지만, 특히 법률전문직에 종사하는 사람들은 그들의 사회적 임무와 역할이 법률과 관련되어 있으므로 더욱 강하게 법률정보를 필요로 한다. 이들에게 보다 효율적으로 법률정보를 제공하기 위하여는 정보시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하고, 이 시스템은 이용자의 정보요구와 이용행태에 적합하도록 즉 이용자의 요구를 충분히 반영할 수 있는 내용을 수록하며, 이용자의 연구습관 및 연구행태 등을 고려하여 마련하여야 하므로, 법률전문직 종사자의 정보요구와 이용행태에 관한 조사는 적절한 시스템의 구축을 위한 선결조건이다. 따라서 본고에서는 법률전문직을 두 집단 즉 실무가 (판사, 검사, 변호사)와 학자(법학교수)로 나누어, 각 집단의 법률정보에 대한 태도, 정보요구와 이용행태의 패턴 및 법률정보원에 대한 태도에 관하여 조사한후, 두 집단의 정보에 관한 특성을 비교하였다. 그 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 실무가와 학자 모두 그들의 연구를 위하여 주로 사용하는 것은 인쇄 자료로서의 판례집과 법령집이다. 그러나 이들 자료중에서 주로 이용되는 자료는 두 집단간에 차이를 보이고 있다. 2) 실무가와 학자 모두 일차자료들의 수록범위, 수록내용, 검색방법 등에 관하여 만족을 못하지만, 특히 검색방법에 대한 불만이 가장 크게 나타나고 있다. 이용자는 일반적으로 특정 주제어에 의하여 필요한 법률정보에 접근하기를 원하지만 이러한 요구를 충족시켜 주지 못한다. 3) 두 집단은 그들의 역할이 각기 다르므로 따라서 선호되는 법률정보의 종류에 대한 순서에 있어서 차이가 있다. 4) 도서관에 대한 태도에 있어서 두 집단은 상이한 입장을 보이고 있다. 학자들의 과반수는 중요 정보원으로서 자신의 개인장서를 활용하며, 도서관의 장서 및 그 조직방법에 대해서도 별로 만족하지를 못하고 있다. 반면에, 실무가들은 도서관에 대하여 비교적 만족하며 따라서 도서관에 대한 이용도도 높다. 5) 두 집단 모두 보조인을 적극적으로 활용하지 않으며 사서의 도움을 받는 경우도 극소수에 불과하다. 이러한 조사결과를 기초로 하여 볼 때 법률전문직을 둘러싼 정보환경을 개선하기 위하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.

Among the various methods for identifying users's information needs, Log analysis methods can realistically reflect the users' actual search behavior and analyze the overall usage of most users. Based on the large quantity of query log big data obtained through the portal service of the National Archives of Korea, this study conducted an analysis by the information type and search result type in order to identify the users' information needs. The Query log used in analysis were based on 1,571,547 query data collected over a total of 141 months from 2007 to December 2018, when the National Archives of Korea provided search services via the web. Furthermore, based on the analysis results, improvement methods were proposed to improve user search satisfaction. The results of this study could actually be used to improve and upgrade the National Archives of Korea search service.

This study attempts to identify users' potential information needs in a medium-sized academic library by analyzing reference questions raised by library users for 64 days from October 10th to December 13th, 2000. A total of 474 reference questions were analysed of which only 10.1% were pure reference questions that dealt with the professional knowledge of reference librarians. 71.0% had nothing to do with professional knowledge, being directional(29.3%), mechanic(23.8%), and library policy related(l7.9%). Improvements in sign system and guiding materials in the library should be made to deliver reference services of good quality to academic library users.

In the business environment of the modern society, it is not possible for the company, which is a producer of accounting information, to provide accounting information to the users of accounting information because it can not satisfy the information demand of the accounting information users due to the problem of information asymmetry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out what information should be provided for satisfying the information needs of users of accounting information. This study investigates the qualitative characteristics of accounting information based on K-IFRS in the provision of accounting information and conducts empirical studies based on the users of accounting information of listed companies and unlisted companies. And how to improve the satisfaction. As a result of empirical research, it was confirmed that the accounting information satisfying the qualitative characteristics is useful for meeting the information needs of users of accounting information.

The basis of library services is to support users' efficient access to materials, and to this end high-quality search services using bibliographic data (bibliographic MARC) must be premised. However, in Korea, discussions on search services based on library catalogs are still in the early 2010s, so it is necessary to understand the current status and examine user needs. In this context, this study aims to provide a solution for public library searching services to become an efficient search tool based on user needs. For this purpose, first, this study analyzed cataloging services of 49 public libraries in Busan by focusing on 'data search method' and 'method of providing information', second, identified user needs by conducting a survey of 322 users visiting public libraries, and finally, proposed improvement directions based on best practices.

The study strives to shed a light on the users' perception and demand on public libraries in Busan area through a survey asking the facility, materials and service conditions in public libraries. Data are drawn from a survey with three hundred respondents. The survey was implemented to figure out current status and needs regarding library facility, materials, and cultural programs. Supporting data are collected via interview as well. Since this paper discusses such an issue as current situation in public libraries, this study could provide the policy makers with basic information in developing and improving public library programs in Busan area.

최근 들어 급속한 인터넷 사이트의 증가와 이용자들의 증가로 인해 이용자들의 요구에 상응하는 정보를 제공하기 위한 검색 엔진들의 개발이 가속화되고 있다. 이용자들의 다양한 요구와 엄청난 정보를 가진 웹(WWW ,World Wide Web) 의 상호 유기적인 작용을 위해서 검색엔진들의 역할이 지속적으로 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크의 부하를 고려하고, 이용자들의 요구에 부합하는 원격관리가 가능한 로봇 에이전트를 제안하고 설계 및 구현한다.

N-screen 은 여러 단말을 통한 콘텐츠 소비형 서비스로써 이용자 환경과 요구사항에 반응하여 연속성을 가지고 이용자가 원하는 단말을 통해 제공될 수 있다. 자신이 가지고 있는 다양한 단말만 아니라 인증을 거친 다른 사용자가 가진 단말에도 N-screen 을 제공할 수 있다. 서로 다른 서비스 이용자 간 N-screen 을 제공하기 위한 플랫폼으로써 웹 플랫폼을 이용할 수 있다. 웹은 N-screen 을 제공하기 위해 가장 우선시 되는 요구사항인 플랫폼의 통합을 이끌어 낼 수 있으며 서비스 플랫폼과 협업을 통해 서비스 이용자의 요구사항을 만족시키고 동시에 Community 융합을 통해 전혀 새로운 서비스로 제공될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 N-screen 환경에서 Community 서비스 제공을 위한 서비스 제어기능 모델을 제안하고 그에 따른 서비스 시나리오를 설명한다.

본 연구의 목적은 객관적으로 측정가능한 이용자 중심의 정보검색시스템의 인터페이스 평가항목과 세부평가지표를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여, 정보검색시스템의 이용자 요구사항과 인터페이스 요소를 분석하여 상관관계를 밝히고, 인터페이스 평가영역에 포함되는 인터페이스 요소와 이용자 요구사항을 파악한다. 국내외 인터페이스 평가모델을 종합하여 인터페이스 평가영역 및 지표를 도출하고 전문가 집단의 설문조사를 통해 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증한 인터페이스 평가지표를 정립하고자 한다.
