최근의 정보 통신 기기들은 정보 통신 서비스에 대한 요구에 따라 다기능, 고속 및 대용량화로 비약적인 발전을 하고 있으며 휴대 통신 단말기의 경우 이용자의 편리를 위하여 소형화 및 경박 단소화를 지향하고 있다. 따라서 부품에 대한 요구 사항도 이들 추세에 따라 소형화, 다기능화 및 고신뢰화를 요구하고 있다. 따라서, 하나의 소자로 복합적인 기능을 갖는 다기능성 소자의 개발이 바람직하다. $SrTiO_3$를 모체로 하는 세라믹 유전체는 반도체화 세라믹의 결정입계에 산화물로 절연층을 형성하여 하나의 소자로 Capacitor 와 Varistor 기능을 동시에 갖는 다기능 소자용 소재로 이용되고 있다. 본 실험에서는 $SrTiO_3$조성비 및 입계절연화제의 확산 온도에 따라 이들이 전기전도 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다.

Recently, according to the increase of personal income and enough time to spare. people demand the expansion of waterfront space in the city and the development of waterfront's possibility. In this study, which takes a place of the Jeol-young seaside park in young-do investigated for the user's pattern of seaside park located in coastal area And analyzed into user's attributes and a feeling of satisfaction The results of this study were as follows ： 1) The Jeol-young seaside park is facilitated for taking a walk. It also tends to be preferred for the ocean view, jogging, relaxation, and so on 2) The Jeol-young seaside park has to be ensured with its safety and convenience of esplanade. In order to provide the user's high satisfaction, more facilities of expansion and parking area are demanded to be developed.

This study analyzed the characteristics of library service users' information seeking behavior based on the grounded theory methodology. After interviewing twelve undergraduate students, the researcher coded the data based on the grounded theory methodology. As a result of the entire coding processes, this study constructed the library service users' information seeking behavior model. According to the model, the following ten factors are important when explaining library service users' information seeking behavior: the information users' environment, other people, users' experiences, recognition of information sources, information provided, memory, a need-creating environment, information gathering, information use, and satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.

Most metadata quality measurement employ simple techniques by counting error records. This study presents a new quantitative measurement of metadata quality using advanced weighting schemes in order to overcome the limitations of exiting measurement techniques. Entropy, user tasks, and usage statistics were used to calculate the weights. Integrated weights were presented by combining these weights and were applied to actual journal article metadata. Entropy weights were found to reflect the characteristics of the data itself. User tasks presented the required metadata elements to solve user's information need. Integrated weights showed balanced measures without being affected by the influence of error elements, This finding indicates the new method being suitable for quantitative measurement of metadata quality.

The objective of this research is to keep track of path travel time using methods of collecting traffic data. Users of traffic information are looking for extensive information on path travel time, which is referred to as the time taken for traveling from the origin to the destination. However, all the information available is the average path travel times, which is a simple sum of the average link travel times. The average path travel time services are not up to the expectation of traffic information consumers. To improve provide more accurate path travel time services, this research makes a number of different estimates of various path travel times on one path, assuming it will be under the same condition, and provides a range of estimates with their probabilities to the consumers, who are looking for detailed information. To estimate the distribution of the path travel times as a combination of link travel times. this research analyzes the relation between the link travel time and path travel time. Based on the result of the estimation. this research develops the algorithm that combines the distribution of link travel time and estimates the path travel time based on the link travel times. This algorithm was tested and proven to be highly reliable for estimating the path traffic time.

This research reviews literature regarding information use behavior published during the period of 1970 to 2014 in Korea. It aims to identify the researchers' information use behavior in specialized fields and contributes to provide the effective information services based on users' needs. In order to do that, it reviews research papers that are associated with information use behavior by primarily examining the subjects, methods, variables, results, and suggestions of collected literature. It reveals some differences among researchers according to their fields, career, and status while researchers in various fields make appearance the change of information use up to digital environments. It is suggested that information services based on the users' characteristics should be provided.

Providing efficient recording information services has become vital in a utilization-oriented records management environment and further increasing the importance of the quality of the services offered. This study is a preliminary study to propose improvement measures by applying Quality Function Development (QFD), a quality control method, to the National Archives of Korea (NAK) and Records Information Service. The quality dimensions of the recording information service were analyzed, and specific user requirements were derived. Through this process, the user requirements' questionnaire was developed, reflecting the characteristics of the NAK, and the application model of QFD was designed based on its prior study. Based on the QFD application model proposed, the results obtained by performing the QFD step by step can be expressed in House of Quality (HoQ), which can be used as a basis for service design.

소비자들의 니즈가 다양해짐에 따라 쇼핑뿐만 아니라 외식, 공연, 영화관람, 놀이 등 여가도 함께 즐길 수 있는 몰링형 복합 소비공간에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 다양한 쇼핑문화생활공간으로서 몰링형 복합 소비 공간이 확산되어짐에 따라서 공간구성의 비중은 이용자의 입장에서 더욱 중요하게 고려되어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 몰링형 복합소비공간의 사례분석을 통하여 공간구성 비율과 특성을 비교분석하고자 한다.

This study investigates the current features of social service provision system focusing on the core institutional traits of the system and community environment. Specifically, the study analyzes the differences in the contents and characteristics of social service provision, according to the community types, such as metropolitan area, medium size cities, and rural area. Also, the study explores the relationships among the three major subsystems in the social service provision system based on the types of financial provisions. Furthermore, the interaction effects between the community factors and financial traits on the relationships among sub- components in the service provision system are investigated. In this study other organizations, service users and public sector are regarded as three major sub-components in the provision system. The study utilizes the raw data from '2015 Social Service Demand and Provision Survey', which interviewed 4,100 social service organizations. Results from analyses show that the gap among metropolitan area, medium cites, and rural area is not so much bigger in the diverse provision features(e.g. the competition level, the major focus on the users, and policy demands on public sector) of provider-provision-organizations than in those of both of user-provision-organization and of market-way-organizations. User-provision organizations show the distinct differences in terms of the focus points on the users, while marketed organizations do in terms of the policy demands to the public sector. In rural area, user-provision organizations act like provider-provision-organizations whereas they do market-way-organizations in the urban area. Research findings show that the social service provision types utilizing market mechanism(such as user-provision, and market-way) are not so well fit into the characteristics of rural area.

본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 사업별 과학기술정보 수요와 이용 행태에 관한 기초연구로 산업계 및 학계의 과학기술 연구자 정보 이용 특성 및 이용 행태를 분석하여 한국과학기술정보연구원 (KISTI)의 주요 서비스에 고객 정보 이용 특성을 분석하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 진행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 과학기술 정보 유통이 국가산업 생산력과 학술 연구의 경쟁력 기반이라는 사실을 인지하고 과학정보시스템 구축을 위한 기술정보정책을 수립하고 강화하는 노력이 계속되었으나 과학기술분야 연구자의 요구가 전문화되고 더운 세분화되고 전문화된 수준 높은 서비스를 요구된다고 본다. 또한 차별화된 정보서비스 제공을 위하여 이용자의 정보 이용형태와 특성 분석 및 기존 사용자 유형 분석을 통한 정보시스템 운영 개편이 필요하여 추진하였다.
