The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze drivers' attitude related to usage of traffic information and traffic management service. A sample survey on Seohaeanseon Expressway(15), Gyeongbu Experssway(1), Youngdong Expressway(50) was conducted to analyze drivers' attitude ; sample size is 304 with 95% of confidence level and ${\pm}3.6%$ of sampling error. The analysis lists of drivers' attitude are usage of traffic information, awareness about information dissemination devices, and awareness about traffic control information related to LCS or RWIS. The results of this study is that drivers want pre-trip information, voice-based Hi-pass OBU, and fast incident management. According to the IPA, KEC's main consideration is a traffic flow improvement.

This study was conducted to develop items for evaluating the level of the digitization of libraries. For this purpose, it analyzed the literature related to the digital library, underwent a convergence process of 10 experts, and finally derived an axis of 13 different dimensions comparing the digitization of libraries. The axis is composed of acquisitions, collections (physical and online collections), classification and cataloging, circulation service, reference, user service, SNS service, the library's organization and staff, device providing service, next-generation service, and status of our library. This study conducted a survey of librarians to secure the validation of the primarily derived evaluation items regarding libraries' digitization. As a result, the average rating of the traditional evaluation items was 3.82, and the average rating of the digital evaluation items was 4.08. Therefore, it can be said that the results of this research to evaluate the digitized level of libraries have a certain degree of validity.

Social Networking Sites (hereafter SNSs) have become a part of people's daily routines. Beginning as a hobby/communicating tool for a specific group of people, SNSs have expanded in terms of the number of users, frequency of access, and depth and range of sharing. It is recently reported that the users experience SNS fatigue from being connected at all time. However, limited research has addressed this issue. The purpose of the present study was to examine the mediating role of reputational concern and expectation of others' responses on the relationship between narcissism and Facebook fatigue. A total of 329 Facebook users completed an online survey. The results showed that individuals who rated high on narcissism experienced a high level of Facebook fatigue, and that both reputational concern and expectation of others' responses partially mediated the relationship between narcissism and fatigue. Implications of the findings and suggestions for future research are discussed.

This study reports a case where some university libraries played a major role in opening and educating information literacy Instruction as a general liberal arts course. The librarian of the university library, who was also the speaker of this study, participated in the overall operation, including the conducting of two classes lectures during the second semester as a professor. It also analyzed a survey of 43 students from 27 departments in the first semester of 2019 and 44 from 25 departments in the second semester to assess the pre- and post-education effects on the courses. As a result, statistically significant values were obtained in both semesters. This study, which aimed at providing materials for librarians at university libraries raises the need for liberal arts education that integrates information and media literacy, is expected to provide various implications for improving information literacy instruction programs in the future.

Information of construction material is served through internet to user but it is poor to use information of construction material because of lack of information which is accumulated and insufficience of standardization. So informationization of civil materials are closely connected with works and then it is promoted to be used through works like design, construction etc. Informationization for management of information of construction material which reflects questionnaires about opinion of workers presents promotion by stage considering first, continuous renewal of information of construction material and increase in quantity, second classification system and standardization of terms in order to share and connect information of construction material third, developing inquiry method of material information needed in construction stage fourth, connecting material information DB and application through design and construction.

In point of fact, there is a lack of explicit models that explain how services are perceived and evaluated by consumers who use them; present research on service quality has begun as a measure to complement this development. In this study, we applied the service quality model of PZB model based on Parasuraman et al.(1988) and the BNC model based on Brady and Cronin(2001), and compared the superiorities of each model. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire provided for terminal users, the BNC model is more superior than the PZB model. The increase in the number of factors led to an increase in the provided information, as a result of this, the model's explanatory power seems to be high. The results of this study may be different according to the characteristics of the industry, but we hope that the results presented in this study will lead to the expansion of the scope of research for the port loading and unloading business in the future.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing usage intention of Location-Based Advertising (LBA) and moderating effects of gender. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to LBA, service and individual characteristics, and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The target population of this study was LBA users. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, personalization and ubiquity positively influence attitudes toward LBA and irritation negatively influence attitudes toward LBA. Second, coupon proneness and flow experience positively influence attitudes toward LBA. Finally, personalization and ubiquity to attitudes toward LBA for females are significantly larger than those for males. And coupon proneness and flow experience to attitude for males are significantly larger than those for females. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve usage intention of LBA.

With the advent of uniquitous life, changes of users' demands make a public library accomplish roles and functions of a complex service center providing information, education and culture service. As a multi-function center, a public library provides various services based on physical and digital space in ubiquitous environment. Information commons is a basement of physical space in an u-Library. Especially, with the advent of ubiquitous environment, design and use of physical space will be a critical issue for a public library to perform its role and function as a multiple complicated space. This study derives facilities and components for designing and implementing information commons in a public library as a physical space. To perform the goals, this study focuses on the newest trends and requirements through literature study, case study and survey. As a result, this study proposes components of facility and principles of design to implement information commons as a physical space in a public library.

This study is to present an improvement of security for the National Assembly by survey of persons who use the National Assembly facilities. Most of respondent said that their security consciousness level is above average, and they know National Assembly building is National Major Facility First class but they did not know well what the Major Facility First class is. Many of respondents thought security design of National Assembly building is inadequate, so reinforcement of access control management is necessary. For reinforcement of access control management, security gate and preparing of some obstacles are required. They said that they could put up with inconveniences incurred as a result of reinforcement of access control management, that could be affected positively for the reinforcement. The recognition on the necessity of security education is high, but there is no proper security education program. For practical security education, contents and different method followed by different facilities user should be considered.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of stress and the behavioral index factor of the people with intellectual disabilities living in residential facilities on their life satisfaction. A questionnaire survey was conducted between March 5 and September 22, 2014 among a sample of 200 people with intellectual disabilities living in the residential facility in Daejeon Metropolitan City. Surveyed data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation models using SPSS WIN 18.0 and Amos 21.0 program, and verified at 5% significance level. Results from the study are as follows. First, no link was found between stress and their life satisfaction. Second, no correlation was identified between the behavioral index factor and their satisfaction with the facility. Third, concerning the physical symptoms it was indicated that their satisfaction level with the facility bears a positive relationship with their overall life satisfaction. These findings would provide a solid base from which policy makers can develop the policies to improve the satisfaction of people with intellectual disabilities living in residential facilities and reduce stress in their daily life.
