This paper is concerned with identifying the determinants of committing digital piracy in university settings. Using a theoretical model based on Theory of Reasoned Action, the causal relationship among the research variables, including intention to commit digital piracy, attitude, subjective norm and fear of legal consequences, is developed. Results from 295 survey responses indicate that fear of legal consequences affect the subjective norm and the attitude, which in turn influence the intention to commit digital piracy. In addition, relativism based on EPQ(Ethics Perception Questionnaire) is introduced as a moderating variable. The relative influences of path coefficients are investigated and implications from findings are also discussed.

This is a convergence study to present strategies for performance enhancement by verifying the causal relationship between the influencing factor on the performance of the healthcare-associated infection control guidelines in hospital nurses. Participants were 388 nurses recruited from 16 different tertiary and general hospitals in Korea. Data collection was conducted using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The overall fitness was ${\chi}^2=99.64$ (df=14, p<.01), GFI=.94, RMSEA=.10, NFI=.84, CFI=.90. The explanatory power of predictive variables on intention were 23.8%, and those on behavior were 17.7%. As a result of this study, it was found that TPB is an appropriate theory to explain the performance of healthcare-associated infection control guidelines, and repeated studies including multi-level modeling of career experience and organizational influences on behavior with strong social characteristics are needed.

본 연구에서는 선용품 구매 업체를 선택함에 어떠한 요인들이 중요한가를 설문을 통해 계층적 의사결정(AHP)기법을 이용하여 그 요인별 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 선용품업체들의 마케팅전략 수립에 방향을 제시하고, 선용품 구매업체의 요구를 효율적으로 충족시킬 수 있는 방안을 수립할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고, 구매 선택 요인에 관한 이론 정립에 기여하고자 한다.

This paper explored the development factors influencing the high growth of internet media industry recently in Korea. Both theoretical model and analytic model were formulated and tested by the results of questionnaire analysis. The factors extracted from five fields were as followings: policy, technology, market, firm, and profitability. Factor analysis was used to test the fitness of the given model, and the hypothesized model was found to be useful to explain the development factors of the internet media industry. The results showed that industry's development was explained by 41.3% for firm level, 37.6% for IT technology and policy, and 21.00/0 for market condition and competition.

The objective of our study is to build a theoretical framework for the examination of impacts of cross-functional integration upon new product development performance(NPDP). For this purpose, we have concentrated our efforts on systematically delving into how cross-functional integration factors affect upon the interdepartmental cooperation and upon the NPDP while dividing those critical integration factors into the structural and the infra-structural ones. We have selected interdepartmental job-rotation, consigning of papers, and cross-functional teem meeting as structural cross-functional integration factors. On the other hand, we have chosen Quality Functional Deployment(QFD), Concurrent Engineering(CE), and Evaluation and Reward Systems as those infra-structural cross-functional integration factors. After identifying those integration factors, we have carefully searched the relationship between those integration factors and those cooperation variables (interdepartmental common goal, interdepartmental interactions, and common sharing of ideas and informations) to look into how they affect upon the NPDP. Among cross-functional integration and NPDP related studies, our study is the first to show systematically how strongly infra-structural integration factors affect upon the achievement of interdepartmental cooperation and the improvement of NPDP. Considering the limitation of our resources and time available for this research, we have limited our study to building only a theoretical framework for future empirical studies to look into how cross-functional integration variables are related with NPDP.

정보 기술의 발전으로 금융 채널의 다양화를 이루게 되었으며, 최근 인터넷 뱅킹에 이어 모바일 뱅킹이 도입되면서 금융 채널의 다양화와 급속화가 진행되고 있다. 이는 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하며, 고객의 특성 및 거래액, 고객이 느끼는 각 채널별 특성을 고려하여 고객 만족 전략을 전개할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 다양화된 금융 매체의 특성과 금융 업무 처리를 수행함에 있어 각 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인의 차이는 어떤 것이며, 금융 채널의 사용에 영향을 미치는 매체의 특성들이 반영된 상황 발생시 상황에 얼마나 부합되는 금융 채널을 선택하는지에 대해서도 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과, 오프라인 매체라 할 수 있는 은행 창구와 ATM은 입지에 민감한 금융 매체임에 따라 편리성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 온라인 매체라 할 수 있는 폰뱅킹, 인터넷 뱅킹, 모바일 뱅킹은 입지나 위치와는 상관없는 기술적 안전성이 보장되어야 하는 신뢰성이 사용량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 금융 매체별 사용량에 영향을 미치는 특성을 파악함으로써 금융 기관의 차별적 고객 채널의 도입과 운용의 필요성을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구의 기본적 취지는 부인과 남편의 가사와 자녀 양육노동시간에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 조사하는 것이다. 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여, 가사분담 및 육아시간 설명에 유용하게 쓰여온 다양한 관점의 이론을 도입하여, 그 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 도입된 이론은 경제적 효율가설(Economic Efficiency), 수요 및 실행가능가설 (Demand/Response Capability), 성 역할관념가설(Sex-Role Ideology), 그리고 상대적 자원가설(Relative Resources)이다. 이 가설들로부터 유출된 대용변수들의 부인과 남편의 가사와 육아시간에 미치는 효과가 검증되었는데 이 변수들은 임금률 부부간의 임금률 비율 노동시 장에서의 근로시간 어린자녀 수 성별에 따른 역할에 대한 사고관, 소득, 부부간의 상대적 소 득수준 교육수준 직업 연령 가족형태, 인종이었다. 본 연구에서 사용된 조사는 1988년 미국 위스콘신 대학 (메디슨)내의 인구 및 생태국(Center for Demography and Ecology)에서 실시한 전국 가족 및 가계조시(National Survey of Families and Households)이다. 부인과 남편의 가사 및 육아 시간량을 설명하는 이론의 효과검증에 대한 연구 결과를 요약하면 역할 관념가설을 부인과 남편모두의 가사 및 육아노동 시간을 잘 설명하는 가설로 나타났고 수요 및 실행가능성가설은 남편보다는 부인의 가사와 육아시간에 더 설득력있는 가설임이 밝혀졌다. 대체적으로 경제적 효율가설과 상대적 자원가설의 효과는 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수요 및실행가능가설이 남편의 총가사시간을 설명하는 효과는 크지 않았으나 남편의 여성중심형 과업시간에는 유의마한 변수로 나타난 것은 주목할 만하다.

While the importance of information security policies is heightened, numerous empirical studies have been conducted to investigate the factors that influence employee's willingness to comply organizational security policies. Some of those studies, however, were not consistent and even contradictory each other. Synthesizing research outcomes has been resulted as qualitative literature reviews or quantitative analysis on individual effect sizes, which leads to meta-analyze on whole research model. This study investigated 28 empirical research based on the deterrence theory with sanction certainty, severity and celerity. The analysis with random effect model resulted in well-fitted research model as well as all of significant paths in the model. Future research can include informal deterrent factors and contextual factors as moderator variables.
