WEB 환경에서 지역정보화사업(KINI-NET) 활성화를 위한 연구

  • 지역의 DATA를 수집하여 이를 DB로 구축하고, 이를 유통시스템화하여 WEB 환경에서 활용하고자 하는 지역정보화 사업에 대하여 객관적인 입장에서 새롭게 분석하고 연구하여야 할 필요서이 제기되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 그 동안 진행되어온 전라남도의 지역정보화 사업과 인천 광역시에서 추진하였던 WEB 시스템하에서 HTML을 활용한 지역정보화사업을 비교하고 검토하는 과정에서 지역 정보화 사업의 방향을 재설정하고, 이에 따른 활성화 방안을 도출해 보고자한다.

  • A single span-to-depth ratio function is proposed for control of deflection in one-way concrete construction. The equation can be applied to one-way slabs, beams, and flat plates. Effects of cracking, time-dependent deformation, boundary conditions, applied loading, and target deflection-to-span ratio are taken into account.

3D Face Recognition using Surface Curvature (표면 곡률을 이용한 3차원 얼굴인식)

  • Three-dimensional face recognition algorithm using curvature information representing characteristics of surface form is suggested. The experiment showed more than 90 percent of recognition for the noses which had definite change value of data, and contained much information about surface curvature. Recognition ratio using a contour taken from the remaining part other than the eyes, noses, mouths which are the main components of faces showed the important role, which could be used as the important index information in the three-dimensional face recognition.

  • Manufacturing process generally exhibits major or minor variations due to deviation of raw materials, equipment degradation, controller malfunction, and so on. Extensive research based on multivariate statistical process control has been done to monitor the unstable states and indicate a corrective action. A prototype of intelligent operation support system ("ISYS-MSPC") has been developed as a tool that supports the enhanced operation to guarantee the high productivity and a uniform high quality product. This system has been applied to the industrial batch and continuous processes and its performance has been validated .
