Tribological properties of fiber composite materials were measured and wear resistant hybrid structure was proposed based upon the understanding of tribological behavior of the composite materials. Unidirectional composites with glass fibers, carbon fibers, and aramid fibers were tested for tribological properties in order to propose a wear resistant hybrid structure. Hybrid composites which contain carbon and aramid fibers were prepared, the specimens were sliced by a water-jet cutter, and friction and wear properties were measured. An experimental set-up was designed and built for the friction and wear test of the composite specimens. Unidirectional fiber composite and hybrid composite specimens were tested to evaluated the tribological behavior for biomimetic applications. It is observed that the friction and wear behavior of fiber composites depends upon fiber orientation, sliding speed, and type of reinforcing fibers.
The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching experience of first-time youth soccer leaders. To this end, four leaders registered in the U-12 team were selected from those with more than 10 years of player experience, less than 5 years of coaching experience, and a level C or higher of the Korea Football Association leader's license. Accordingly, the analysis categories and analysis units were categorized according to the research problem, and data analysis was conducted through an inductive method. As a result of the study, youth soccer leaders were starting their coaching with the mindset of "I shouldn't" and "I can do it" based on their past experiences. They who concerned their uncertainty about the future in the teaching field were struggling with how to communicate with student and were less professional in teaching and learning ability. but they were trying to gain expertise while feeling rewarded in teaching. Accordingly, it was discussed to improve the treatment of youth soccer leaders and improve the program that is the leader training system.
This study aims to analysis and measure on the private security for the academic directivity and security industry for the market directivity in Korea. For this study we compare and analysis the curriculum of 15 universities in Korea and the papers which were published on "Korean Security Science Review" that is a report in a professional private security. In conclusion, 269 subjects are used as instructional materials in 15 universities, thus 103 subjects for the private security and 60 for the leisure sports and first-aid treatment, 46 for the social science, 30 for the martial arts and shooting, 16 for the secretary affairs, 14 for the foreign languages. Regarding scientistic papers, 45.7% of papers for the private security of all and 14.6% for the public security, 14.6% for the criminal, and 11.6% for the terror etc. But there are any papers for the facilities guard or security in spite of the facilities guard is pivotal role in this field. The facilities guard or security, or maybe house detective, holds 80.5% of the private security market and it is important role in this industry in Korea. Besides, considering development of private security, the security market makeup the body-guard field hold 12.2%, prevention security system by censor hold 4.1%. So, this statistics show that the facilities guard lead practically the private security industry in this field, but there are any subjects for the education and any research for the paper. Thus some modification on the universities curriculum is required, also needs activity research in the facilities guard field for the development private security.

Therefore, the survey was conducted by selecting males and females aged 19 or older as a sample among Generation Z, and data of 429 people were used for the final analysis. For data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, retest and reliability analysis, and decision tree analysis were performed using the SPSS statistics (ver. 21.0) program. The main results of this study are as follows. First, if the rational efficiency index is high and the aesthetic consumption index is low, the probability of being classified as a group of female was 96.8%. On the other hand, if the rational efficiency and perception of price index were low, the probability of being classified as a male group was 100%. Second, if the brand orientation, perception of price, and rational efficiency index were high, the probability of being classified as a capital area group was 97.3%. Contrary to the results presented above, the probability of being classified as a other area group was 82.1% when the brand orientation, commemoration rites, and status symbol index were low. Third, the status symbol and trend oriented index were high, and if the functionality index was low, the probability of being classified into daily life and fashion groups was 77.6%. On the contrary, if the status symbol index is low, the retention of membership and enjoy consumption index is high, the probability of being classified into exercise and competition groups was 81.0%.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of community characteristics of induced participants on values, attitudes, and behaviors (VAB) and intention to continue participation. Convenience sampling (n=192) was used to sample the research subjects, and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling were conducted using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Among the community attributes of the participants, reputation, enjoyment, interaction, and social connection had a significant impact. 2) Value-Attitude-Behavior (VAB) was found to have a significant hierarchical impact. 3) Behavioral intention was found to have a significant effect on continuation intention. Korea's golf fever is as good as the United States, Europe and Japan, which are called golf powers. The senior golf population over 55 years old has exceeded 2.5 million, and they are more interested in improving golf performance than participating in golf. So, this study aims to emphasize the importance of dynamic preparation exercise by identifying the effects of dynamic preparation exercise on golf physical strength and golf batting in order to suggest a way to help the elderly men's golf performance. The experimental group(n=13) and the control group(n=14) were divided into two groups and repeated measurements were conducted by two-way ANOVA with pre- and post-design. As a result of the analysis, the flexibility factor showed a positive effect on golf physical strength, and in golf batting, head speed, distance, and attack angle showed interaction effect, which led to the conclusion that dynamic preparation exercise helped the golf performance of the elderly male. Therefore, the continuous dynamic preparation exercise led to positive transition to head speed and attack angle due to the increase in the flexibility of the body, which led to the improvement of distance and the increase in performance level.
