This article examines the academic world of Professor Sa jin-sil. This article is not a detailed and rigorous assessment of Prof. Sa's work. During my directly or indirectly meeting with Prof. Sa jin-sil, the writing was based on my experiences. This is why the theme of "participatory observation records" is attached. I was aware that this writing would become a customary and formal funeral speech. Because I thought Prof. Sa also did not want formal and customary writing. The initiation of the participatory observational records that I describe was the literature study of Prof. Sa. What I am about to say in the title of the table of "Known Performance and to Revalue." There I summarized my thoughts on what Prof. Sa contributed to the research of the literature study on traditional performance and my opinion of the justice of the assessment of her contributions. I have not recommitted again about contributions or achievements that have already been widely recognized. What I noticed here was what was to be revalued. I once again stressed the achievements that were not properly evaluated despite their importance and significance. In the ensuing discussion, I looked at Prof. Sa's entirely different academic side. I call the passage "an unexpected result against prejudice." The subjects covered were Prof. Sa's field-contextual studies. Prof. Sa is often referred to as a dramatical history or a traditional performing arts scholar who studies literature. Such an idea is so common that it is easy to overlook field-contextual research results, not literature-based. But I think this is prejudice. That is why the title of the table of contents has the words 'unexpected' and 'prejudice'. Here I actively emphasized and evaluated Professor Sa's achievements in field-contextual studies.

폭우선생성트리 등의 문제를 해결하는데 필요한 정보가 네트워크상의 프로세서에 분산되어 있는 상황에서, 그들 정보를 교환하면서 그 문제를 해결하는 알고리즘을 분산알고리즘(Distributed Algorithm)이라고 한다. 폭우선생성트리가 이미 구성되어 있는 비동기식 네트워크상에서 네트워크 형상이 변할 경우, 이로인해 구성되어 있던 폭우선생성트리를 갱신해야 하는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 경우 폭우선생성트리를 효율적으로 갱신하는 메시지 복잡도와 이상시간복잡도 모두 O($p{\surd}q$ + q + a + n')인 분산알고리즘을 제안한다. 여기서, a는 추가 링크의 수, n'는 네트워크의 토폴로지가 변한후의 네트워크상에 존재하는 노드수를 각각 나타낸다. 그리고, p는 삭제 또는 추가 링크를 가진 이중연결성분에 속하는 전체 노드 수를 나타내며, q는 삭제 또는 추가 링크를 가진 이중연결성분에 속하는 전체 링크수를 나타낸다.

본협회는 작년(1963) 제2회 도서관대회의 학교도서관부회를 부산에서 개최한바 있다. 타도보다 비교적 앞섰다는 부산과 경남지방의 학교도서관의 실태를 보고자 G마이 전국에서 학교도서관관계자를 부산에 집결토록한 또 하나의 이유이다. 이지방의 학교도서관이 오늘 남보다 다소 앞설수 있게된 그표면에는 우연이 아닌 교육의 의지가 근간이 되었다. ‘근대적인 개념의 학교도서관’의 기치를 들었든 두분의 교장이 계심을 세상은 안다. 이 두분은 추월영(부산고교장) 선생과 박경원(경남고교장) 선생이다. 본협회 이종문사무국 이 지난 7월초 부산출장시 두 교장선생임을 모시고 지난 날의 회포와 아울러 당시의 실정에 관한 앙케이트의 답변이다. 참고가 되리라 믿어 게재한다.

Lee Yeung-Hi is one of the most influential intellectuals in the modern history of Korea. Lee Yeung-Hi was evaluated as "the Teacher of thought" or "Culprit of consciousness" over the past half century in Korea. At the core of Lee Young-Hi's philosophy and idea is humanism, freedom of express and social responsibility of intellectuals. Lee Yeung-Hi lived lifelong journalists, journalism professors. But the study of Lee Yeung-Hi's media activities and media practice, 'Idea of Journalism' are insufficient. This paper has deeply studied the 'Idea of journalism' and 'Writing of social practise' of professor Lee.

In this study, we studied Bumwoo KIM Chi Young's cogitation on mathematics, and analyzed his typical 3 essays on mathematics by KoNLP. Approximately 80% of Bumwoo's sentences consist of less than 30. His writing became clearer over the years. It is verified from the mean and standard deviation of the number of words in a sentence are decreasing. Bumwoo emphasized the structure in mathematics, and he was a strong advocate of importancy on axiom, topolized and category as the characteristics of modern mathematics. In particular, it can be seen that the relations between 'mathematics', 'axiom', 'structure', 'Euclid', 'axiomatic system' and 'set' were his main topic.

Four-constitutional theory proposed by Dr. Lee, Je-ma has been evolve for last 100years by his followers. One of the major progresses was the emergence of constitutional acupuncture proposed by Dr. Kwan Doh-won. Constitutional acupuncture included the new pulse diagnostic method to determine the body type, pulse diagrams and corresponding acupuncture method called five element acupuncture in which five-element points in 12 meridian channels are used. Dr. Sa-ahm proposed five-element acupuncture three and a half hundred years age. Conjunction of Dr Lee's theory to Dr. Kwan proposed eight constitutions with eight pulse diagrams. He also adopted eight acupuncture prescriptions out of twenty-four Sa-ahm's acupuncture prescriptions. The author, Dr. Yom Tae-hwa, proposed more inclusive theory of 24 constitutions with 24 diagnostic pulse diagrams in Las Vegas International Acupuncture Convention in 1986. This article reviews history of constitutional medicine briefly. Each step of theoretical evolution from four-constitutional theory to twenty-four-constitutional theory is explained. By understanding the theoretical connection between twelve meridian channels based on five-element theory and four-constitutional theory in the article, one will easily accept the emergence of twelve of twenty four constitutional theory. Next, the article is focused on four subcategories under Sao-Yin constitution, which are one-sixth of 24 constitution. in this section classification, pulse diagnostic method, pulse diagram acupuncture prescriptions and herbal prescriptions are explained in detail. Then, clinical trial reports of acupuncture treatment and/or herbal formulas for such constitutions are attached for the rest part of the article. the purpose of this paper is to present the new hypothesis with the result of preliminary clinical trial hoping that additional clinical reports from other practitioners in this field triggers well-designed clinical study in future.

한국출판학의 선구자이자 출판학문의 개척자인 남애 안춘근 선생의 추모10주기 기념 학술제가 재단법인 한국출판학회 주최로 지난 1월 22일 개최됐다. 학술제는 제1부 추도식.참배, 제2부 기념 심포지엄, 제3부 남애출판저술상 시상식 등의 순으로 진행됐는데, 이 글에서는 제2회 남애 출판저술상 수상자로 선정된 전 일본출판학회 회장 미노와 시게오가 발표한 '남애 안춘근 선생의 출판학'을 정리함으로써 남애 선생의 학문세계를 돌아본다.

오는 4월 13일은 임시정부수립기념일이다. 이에 상하이의 인쇄사에서 잠시 근무했던 이봉창 의사와 독립선언서를 인쇄했던 보성사에 대해 알아본다. 이봉창 선생은 1932년 1월 8일 일본제국주의의 심장부인 도쿄에서 삼엄한 경호를 받으며 궁성으로 돌아가던 일왕에게 수류탄을 투척, 일본인의 간담을 서늘케 하고 전 세계 피압박 민족에게 큰 충격을 준 인물이다. 이 선생이 터뜨린 한발의 수류탄은 당시 침체일로에 있던 상해임시정부에 새로운 전기를 마련해 주었다. 정부는 지난 62년 선생의 장거를 기리어 건국훈장 대통령장을 추서했다. 보성사터 기념비는 지금의 조계사 좌측 수송소공원에 있는데, 천도교에서 경영하던 인쇄사로 보성학교 뒷마당에 자리 잡고 있었다. 1919년 당신 최남선이 경영하던 신문관과 함께 최대 인쇄사로 꼽혔다. 보성사는 1919년 6월 28일 일본의 방화로 추정되는 화재로 전소됐다.

나의 스승 홍순인. 필자는 홍순인 선생을 1973년도에 만났다. 필자는 학교의 학생으로 그분은 설계를 지도해 주는 선생으로 이렇게 시작된 우리의 만남은 그분이 돌아가시기 전까지 계속 되었다. 하지만 홍순인 선생의 건축에 대한 열정과 업적을 글로 표현한다는 것은 필자로서는 큰 영광이지만 한편으로는 그분에 대한 올바른 평가가 될 수 있을까 하는 염려가 되기도 한다. 그러나 아직도 많은 사람이 그분의 짧은 생애를 무척이나 애석해 하기에 용기내어 그분의 삶을 기록하고자 한다. 특히 여기에 기록되는 많은 내용은 그를 아는 많은 분과 특히 그분의 미망인인 김영숙 여사와 홍순인 선생과 고향에서부터 서울까지 자취생활을 같이 해 왔던 누구보다도 그분의 성장과정을 상세히 알고 있는 그분의 동생 홍순복씨의 증언과 도움을 기초로 하여 작성할 수 있었음을 밝혀 두는 바이다. 필자는 그분을 통해 건축을 알게 되었으며, 건축을 좋아하게 되었다. 그래서 그분을 잊지 못하고 있으며 설계하는 일이 힘들때나 괴로울 때면 그분을 생각하면서 마음을 새롭게 하기도 한다.

우리 나라 생물학계의 원로 중의 한분인 서울대학교 사범대학 교수 최기철 박사의 회갑을 충심으로 축하합니다. 최박사는 1910년 10월 16일 충청남도 대전시에서 탄생했으며, 1931년에 당시 서울에 있던 경성사범학교 연습과를 졸업하셨읍니다. 선생께서는 그 당시부터 생물학에 각별한 취미와 관심을 가지고, 정열을 기우렸으며, 그후 여러 곳에서 교원생활을 하시면서 학문연구에 몰두 했던 것입니다. 우리나라 생물학계의 선배 중에는 졍규적인 고등교육을 받지 못하고 독학으로 노력하여 학문적으로 대성한 분이 몇분 계신데, 우리 최기철 박사도 그 카테고리에 드는 분이라고 하겠읍니다. 선생께서는 늘 정열과 노력으로 일관했으며, 대학 출신 못지않게 학문적인 터전을 닦았던 것입니다. 선생의 공적은 점차로 학계와 당국의 인정을 받게 되어, 1935년에는 일본 문부성 시행인 중학교 교원 검정시험에 합격하셨으며, 1956년에는 우리나라 문교부로부터 대학교수 자격을 획득하였고, 또 1966년에는 서울대학교에서 이학박사의 학위를 받으셨읍니다. 그 동안 여러 차례에 걸쳐 관계국제학술회의에 참석하심은 물론, 1957년에는 미국에 건너가 Peabody 대학과 Vanderbilt 대학에서 자신의 주전공인 동물생태학을 연구하셨으며, 이듬해인 1958년에는 Woods Hole에 있는 세계에서도 가장 유명한 해양생물학 연구소를 두루 시찰하셨읍니다. 또 선생께서는 흥지사 발생인 동물생태학을 비롯하여 16편의 저서 및 학술조사보고서를 세상에 내놓았으며, 한편 한국동물학회지에 발표한 [바지락의 치패에 천공하는 복족류에 관한 연구]를 비롯한 9편의 학술논문을 학계에 발표한바 있읍니다. 끝으로 선생의 가족관계를 살펴 본다면 80이 되신 자당이 아직도 생존해 계시며, 부인과 슬하에 장남 최남석군을 필두로 9남매의 자녀를 거느리고 계신 누구보다도 다복한 분이기도 합니다. 특히 자녀 중에 장남인 남석군은 일찌기 서울대학교 공과대학을 거쳐 미국유학을 하여 공학박사의 학위를 얻고 현재 미국 브르크린 대학교 공과대학 조교수로 있으며, 다음 차남인 신석군은 서울대학교 사범대학 생물학과를 나와 대학원에서 아버지와 같은 전공인 동물태생학을 연구 했고, 현재 충남대학교 전임강사로 있읍니다. 여기 최기철 박사의 회갑을 당하여 선생의 약력과 업적을 소개하여 그간 우리 나라 교육계 및 생물학계에 끼친 공로를 찬양하며, 선생의 앞날에 더욱 다복하실 것을 바라는 바입니다.
