  • 대형화, 고압화되고 있는 전력설비는 사고가 발생할 경우 그에 수반되는 산업, 경제, 사회적인 손실의 규모가 매우 커지는 경향을 가진다. 특히 적정온도 이상에서의 운전은 전력설비의 오동작을 일으키는 주요한 원인 중 하나이므로 비정상적인 온도상승을 조기에 감지하여 사고의 가능성을 감소시키는 시스템의 개발은 안정적인 전력설비 운용에 반드시 필요한 요소기술이다. 기존의 감시 시스템은 대부분 여러 위치의 정보를 동시에 얻기 위하여 여러 개의 개별 센서를 배열하여야하므로 대형중량화가 불가피하다는 단점을 갖고 있다. 그러나 광섬유 FBG 온도센서는 전자기 간섭의 영향을 받지 않고, 여러 개의 센서를 하나의 광섬유 라인에 설치하여 동시에 여러 부위의 온도를 측정할 수 있는 준분배형 온도센서 구현이 가능하다는 장점으로 과열감시 시스템에 적합한 센서로 인식된다. 본 연구에서는 광섬유 FBG 온도센서를 이용하여 변압기 단락시험을 통해 변압기의 온도 변화를 T-type thermocouple(이하 TC)과 동일한 지점에서 측정하고, 그 데이터를 비교분석함으로써 광섬유 FBG 온도센서 시스템의 신뢰성을 검증하였고, 이를 전력용 변압기 과열감시 시스템으로 적용할 수 있음을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper is a study on system design to prevent accidents using accelerometers. A switching power FET was configured at the power supply stage, and DC-DC converter, a regulator, and an LDO were designed for the power supply. In order to solve the power problem at once, it was divided into two parts, and a 3-axis accelerometer was designed to extract motion information to safely prevent accidents. Microprocessor enables communication through I2C and UART communication ports, and enables debugging through J-LINK. As a result of measuring the acceleration sensor data, it was confirmed that the power is normally cut off to prevent accidents when motion at an angle of 30° or more is detected.

  • Artificial intelligence-based health data verification has become an essential element not only to help clinical research, but also to develop new treatments. Since the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the marketing of medical devices that detect mild abnormal diabetic retinopathy in adult diabetic patients using artificial intelligence in the field of medical diagnosis, tests using artificial intelligence have been increasing. In this study, an artificial intelligence model based on image classification was created using a Teachable Machine supported by Google, and a predictive model was completed through learning. This not only facilitates the early detection of cataracts among eye diseases occurring among patients with chronic diseases, but also serves as basic research for developing a digital personal health healthcare app for eye disease prevention as a healthcare program for eye health.

  • 봇넷은 지속적으로 사이버 범죄에 이용되고 있으며 네트워크 환경에 큰 위협이 되고 있다. 기존에는 봇들이 C&C 서버와 통신하는 것을 방지하기 위해 블랙리스트를 기반으로 DNS 서버에서 봇넷 도메인을 탐지하는 방식을 주로 사용하였다. 그러나 도메인 생성 알고리즘(DGA)을 이용하는 봇넷이 증가하면서 기존에 사용하던 블랙리스트 기반의 도메인 차단 방식으로는 더 이상 봇넷 도메인을 효율적으로 차단하기 어려워졌다. 이에 따라 봇넷 도메인 생성 알고리즘을 통해 생성되는 도메인의 특성을 분석하고 이를 토대로 봇넷 도메인을 식별하고 차단하고자 하는 시도가 계속되고 있다. 특히 연속적인 데이터 처리에 주로 사용되는 딥러닝 알고리즘을 이용하여 봇넷 도메인의 특징을 효과적으로 추출하고 정확도가 높은 탐지 모델을 구축하고자 하는 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며, 탐지뿐만 아니라 봇넷 그룹(Family) 분류까지 연구가 확장되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 봇넷 도메인 생성 알고리즘에 의해 생성되는 봇넷 도메인을 식별 및 분류하기 위해 딥러닝 기술을 적용한 최근 연구 동향을 조사하고 앞으로의 연구 방향성을 논의하고자 한다.

  • The wire and/or wireless data communication system for anti-disaster system of natural gas governor station was developed. In oder to prevent accidents of governor station, the operator was replaced by RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) which gather and transmit safety situation of governor station. The database and MMI(Man Machine Interface) were also developed to analyze the situation of governor station. The data communication between server and RTU was designed to switch automatically from wire to wireless communication and vice versa when one of them failed communication. We also have developed the patrol car management system which was applied GPS(Global Position System)/GIS(Geometric Information System), and the earthquake detection/transmission system which was adopted three dimension acceleration sensor. When a earthquake may occur, the earthquake detection/transmission system monitors data such as PGA(Peak Ground Acceleration), Sl(Spectrum Intensity) and orders the emergency shutoff valve close immediately.

Fault Detection Technique for PVDF Sensor Based on Support Vector Machine (서포트벡터머신 기반 PVDF 센서의 결함 예측 기법)

  • In this study, a methodology for real-time classification and prediction of defects that may appear in PVDF(Polyvinylidene fluoride) sensors, which are widely used for structural integrity monitoring, is proposed. The types of sensor defects appearing according to the sensor attachment environment were classified, and an impact test using an impact hammer was performed to obtain an output signal according to the defect type. In order to cleary identify the difference between the output signal according to the defect types, the time domain statistical features were extracted and a data set was constructed. Among the machine learning based classification algorithms, the learning of the acquired data set and the result were analyzed to select the most suitable algorithm for detecting sensor defect types, and among them, it was confirmed that the highest optimization was performed to show SVM(Support Vector Machine). As a result, sensor defect types were classified with an accuracy of 92.5%, which was up to 13.95% higher than other classification algorithms. It is believed that the sensor defect prediction technique proposed in this study can be used as a base technology to secure the reliability of not only PVDF sensors but also various sensors for real time structural health monitoring.

A Study on MAC Protocol Design for Mobile Healthcare (모바일 헬스케어를 위한 MAC 프로토콜 설계에 관한 연구)

  • Mobile healthcare is a fusion of information technology and biotechnology and is a new type of health management service to keep people's health at anytime and anywhere without regard to time and space. The WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) technology that collects bio signals and the data analysis and monitoring technology using mobile devices are essential for serving mobile healthcare. WBAN consisting of users with mobile devices meet another WBAN during movement, WBANs transmit data to the other media. Because of WBAN conflict, several nodes transmit data in same time slot so a collision will occur, resulting in the data transmission being failed and need more energy for re-transmission. In this thesis, we proposed a MAC protocol for WBAN with mobility to solve these problems. First, we proposed a superframe structure for WBAN. The proposed superframe consists of a TDMA(Time Division Muliple Access) based contention access phase with which a node can transmit data in its own time slot and a contention phase using CSMA/CA algorithm. Second, we proposed a network merging algorithm for conflicting WBAN based on the proposed MAC protocol. When a WBAN with mobility conflicts with other WBAN, data frame collision is reduced through network reestablishment. Simulations are performed using a Castalia based on the OMNeT++ network simulation framework to estimate the performance of the proposed superframe and algorithms. We estimated the performance of WBAN based on the proposed MAC protocol by comparing the performance of the WBAN based on IEEE 802.15.6. Performance evaluation results show that the packet transmission success rate and energy efficiency are improved by reducing the probability of collision using the proposed MAC protocol.

Context Awareness Using Wireless Biosignal Processing (무선 생체신호 처리를 이용한 상황인식)

  • In this paper, it was suggested method to recognize the motion of a person(lying, sitting, walking, running) using fuzzy inference and wireless biologic signal processing system. These are to Perceive the motion of the person. Furthermore, the information of motion is indispensable parameter for Context Awareness (CA). In the present study, ADXL 202JE accelerometer sensor was used to measure for checking the continuance motion, biological quantify of motion, and motion pattern of a Person. The measured data was transmitted to CA server by Radio Frequency(RF). From the present result, we confirmed that it is difficult to decide the motion of walking and running with only the magnitude of the Longitudinal Accelerometer Average Value(LAAV) and moreover the covariance of LAAV in any block is very useful for CA of walking and running.

Development of a Video Caption Recognition System for Sport Event Broadcasting (스포츠 중계를 위한 자막 인식 시스템 개발)

  • A video caption recognition system has been developed for broadcasting sport events such as major league baseball. The purpose of the system is to translate the information expressed in English units such as miles per hour (MPH) to the international system of units (SI) such as km/h. The system detects the ball speed displayed in the video and recognizes the numerals. The ball speed is then converted to km/h and displayed by the following character generator (CG) system. Although neural-network based methods are widely used for character and numeral recognition, we use template matching to avoid the training process required before the broadcasting. With the proposed template matching method, the operator can cope with the situation when the caption’s appearance changed without any notification. Templates are configured by the operator with a captured screenshot of the first pitch with ball speed. Templates are updated with following correct recognition results. The accuracy of the recognition module is over 97%, which is still not enough for live broadcasting. When the recognition confidence is low, the system asks the operator for the correct recognition result. The operator chooses the right one using hot keys.

  • Solar energy has its advantages not to be interruped by anything, which is wing to not only limitlessness in its source but shortness in its wave. Availing of tha advantages, we can look forword to vast allication. This study whose aim is to raise the effectuality of it by means of chasing the source correctly, which is to be acheved by the circularty of sensor. The consequence has been gained by two sensors is amplified and transfered to TTL leveland becomes "INPUT DATA" of INTE 8080CPU. The INTEL 8080CPU whose system is machinated to give cotrol pulse to moter driving circuit has the source and the sensors placed correctly on the basis of the data. DC motor taskes the advantage not to be in need of UP/DOWN counter, which is defferent from stepping motor. The system is composed of light detector, A/C converter, INPUT Interface, INTEL 8080 CPU, OUTPUT Interface, notor driving circiut. We can give correct chase to light experimentally as far as an error is the space of 1.2.ce of 1.2.
