Based on the perception of Maurice Merleau Ponty, This study defines that Moving is a form lively to experience meaning, pleasure as the aesthetic attribute structured to a product, expression and value are synthesized into. The purpose of study is to argue that Wearable, Ubiquitous, Interaction, Play, D, I, Y, Universal, Ecology are the forms, modalities that the moving is variously subjected to the product design. Above This is the result reasoned according to analogical form as below between the moving and all design forms. First, The moving as the aesthetic expression and value are synthesized into is the intrinsic, general proposition, maxim for the value judgement. Second, All design forms are the cases which the values based on the aesthetic expression system are subjected to Third, Thus All design forms are the modalities of the aesthetic expression based on the values. The certainty of this judgement, reasoning is the proof that the correspondence between the moving as the aesthetic expression and design form is the fact. That is to say, It is the proof that Users lively experience the aesthetic meaning, pleasure in fact as the aesthetic values are subjected to all design forms. The lived experience of each user in their daily life itself is the only method or assurance for this. The moving integrates the existence of a product and what should be of users into the aesthetic dimension and at the same time, is realized based on this. The emphasized theme in all cases of this study is not the product but the moving. So, The product design is changed into the action which structures the moving like above to a product.

Analyzing the shortcomings and shortcomings of the film based on the Webtoon and the artistry as a popular artwork at the time when the filming of the webtoon is becoming the main trend of the Korean film, it is an analysis of the present state of the Korean film industry, Will be an indicator for. The present generation of young people who do not have the experience and knowledge of popular arts and culture that handed down a small number of high-quality arts by reflecting current literary, art, history, and popular consciousness are concentrating only on instinctive emotion, It is regrettable that it is consistently followed by follow-up and follow-up unconditionally. In this study, we will examine the methodology of the ideal webtoon filmization process by analyzing the structure and industry analysis of Webtoons, and analyzing the weaknesses in the transition process to the movie format. The essence of communicating with audiences will be unchanged even in the rapid change of media and technology. In the setting and expression of its essence, it is based on the humanistic authenticity mentioned above, the avant garde internal necessity of the artist seeking ideal, And the reflection of the original character of high-class culture that creates newness can be considered as a proposition that can include artistry in popular culture.

Estrogen like activities were evaluated using ethanol and hot water extracts of herbal medicines by using an in vitro detection system. Bokryung (Poria cocos), Sanyak (root of Dioscorea batatas) and Mokdanpi (root skin of Paeonia suffruticosa) represented statistically significant estrogen-like activities (p<0.001), while Omija (fruit of Schizandra chinensis), Taeksa (root of Alisma canaliculatum A. BR.), Jihwang (root of Rhemannia glutinosa), and Sansuyu (fruit of Cornus officinalis) did not. Estrogen-like activities of Bokryung hot water extract (500 ${\mu}g/ml$) and ethanol extract (50 ${\mu}g/ml$) were almost same as that of a C M $17{\beta}$-estradiol. Furthermore, estrogen-like activities of ethanol extracts (500 ${\mu}g/ml$) of Bokryung and Mokdanpi were stronger than that of $10^{-7}$ M $17{\beta}$-estradiol. These results suggest that Bokryung, Sanyak and Mokdanpi show estrogen-like activities. Especially, Sanyak and Mokdanpi represented promotive effect on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 osteoblastic cells. Bokryung, Sanyak and Mokdanpi also exhibited superior inhibitory effect on the viability of RAW 264.7 cells. In conclusion, these three herbal medicines might be interpreted as candidates for the further study or development of functional foods or medicine to prevent or avoid postmenopausal symptoms of women.

First this research starts with agreement that comics is 'the sequential art'. It means that over two sequential panels makes how to recognize the story and this research owes to the connection of forward panel and backward panel. Webtoon, internet comics is also consisted to sequential panels. But only it is different with the publish comics by direction, shape, length and so on. So this research tries to make point of the connection between first panel and second panel. Especially it researches what types of connections between the last panel of first episode and the first panel of second one beyond the connections of panels at only episode. This research treats the types of gutter, 'connection' means to continue the same scenes or 'separation' does to devide the story and shows the new scenes. Weekly webtoon must have a kind of break time. The first panel of next episode should remind of the former story, it means easy technique. Otherwise some first panel don't show the same scenes or story so this study researches 130 artworks from the portal sites; Naver, Daum, mobile comics platform; Lezhin Comics and Toptoon, Corea.

North Korea had been reorganized its educational curriculum and new contexts were authored in 2013. In this study, mathematics contexts of North Korean secondary school's first grade in 2009 and 2013 were investigated. And the changes of content structure, content development, and content composition were analyzed. Results were as follows: First, with respect to the content structure, 1 chapter decreased, while lesson number was intact and 4 subunits increased. Second, with respect to the content development, considerable changes were presented. The tendencies that encouraged student and pursued a student friendly form were investigated. Third, with respect to the content composition, obvious changes were presented. It was investigated that the ratio of numbers and number operations, letters and expressions decreased nearly half. And new contents were supplemented in the areas of patterns, geometry, functions, probability and statics, equation of figures, set and statement. This changes suggests that differences between contexts of South and North Korea is narrowing compared to the past. In conclusion, the direction of North Korean mathematical education is changing for the general direction of South Korean mathematical education.

Authors report the glycoside hydrolase (GH) family 16 ${\beta}$-agarase from the strain of Agarivorans sp. JA-1, which authors previously stated as recombinant expression and characterization of GH-50 and GH-118 ${\beta}$-agarase. It comprised an open reading frame of 1,362 base pairs, which encodes a protein of 49,830 daltons consisting of 453 amino acid residues. Valuation of the total sequence showed that the enzyme has 98% nucleotide and 99% amino acid sequence similarities to those of GH-16 ${\beta}$-agarase from Pseudoalteromonas sp. CY24. The gene corresponding to a mature protein of 429 amino acids was recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli, and the enzyme was purified to homogeneity by affinity chromatography. It showed maximal activity at $40^{\circ}C$ and pH 5.0, representing 67.6 units/mg. Thin layer chromatography revealed that mainly neoagarohexaose and neoagarotetraose were produced from agarose. The enzyme would be valuable for the industrial production of functional neoagarooligosaccharides.

This study was conducted to investigate the antibacterial activities and sensory properties of a sauce containing tea extract and garlic vineger against raw fish. The sauce was evaluated antibacterial activity against Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus which is considered as one of the major food borne pathogens. As a result, the sauce inhibited the growth of V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus distinctly. In addition, the sauce with soy sauce and Kochujang showed the restricted growth of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio vulnificus in sliced raw flatfish. Sensory evaluations were measured by 7-point hedonic scale using sliced raw flatfish with the sauce mixed with Kochujang and soy sauce. The score of texture in the sauce with Kochujang was significantly higher than that of regular Chokochujang (p<0.05). Moreover, total preference including appearance, texture, aroma and taste were significantly higher in the sauce with soy sauce than those of regular soy sauce (p<0.05). Consequently, the soy sauce with tea extract and garlic vinegar may enhance the satisfaction of consumer and antimicrobial activity that against V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus, resulting in potential reduction the outbreaks of food borne pathogens.

In this study, the canadian peat moss extract was purified by a supercritical ₂ using three different conditions and assessed its biological activities. Peat moss was extracted by acid-alkaline extraction method (sample 1) and purified by a supercritical $CO_2$ at $40^{\circ}C$ under pressure of 100 bar (sample 2), 120 bar (sample 3) or 150 bar (sample 4). We evaluated the antioxidant activities of the samples by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging, $Fe^{2+}$/ascorbate (FTC) and 2-thiobarbituric acid (TBA) methods. The antioxidant activities were examined by comparing the results with that of ascorbic acid as a positive control. Sample 3 showed relatively higher DPPH radical-scavenging activities than other samples. The antioxidant activity by FIC method exhibited similar results as the DPPH radical-scavenging activities. On the other hand, sample 2 showed higher antioxidant activity measured by TBA method of all. The whitening effects of the samples were examined using mushroom tyrosinase and B16F10 melanoma cells. Sample 3 exhibited overall significant whitening effects, however, other samples showed relatively lower effects. These results suggest that the peat moss extract purified by a supercritical ₂ could be used as a cosmetic ingredient for the anti-aging and whitening effects.

Five yeast strains were isolated from traditional Makgeollies, Makgeollies were made by isolated yeasts after cultivation, and then property changes of Makgeollies were analyzed according to yeasts, storage temperatures and storage periods. Average pHs were shown to be 3.22~3.88 and statistically changed according to yeasts used, storage temperatures and storage periods. Total acidities were statistically changed according to storage periods. Amino-type nitrogen contents were in the ranges of 0.009~0.245% and statistically changed according to storage temperatures especially at 18 and $25^{\circ}C$ for 15 days. Average alcohol concentrations were in the ranges of 7.5~18.5% and reduced until 10 days and increased for 15 days according to yeasts used and storage periods. Consequently, Makgeollies, made by isolated yeast strains originated from traditional Makgeollies, revealed that alcohol concentrations and amino-type nitrogen contents were changed but pHs and total acidities were not dramatically changed according to yeasts used. It suggests that development of various Makgeollies would be possible using isolated yeast strains in this study, and optimal storage condition of ready-made Makgeollies to maintain its original property turned out to be at $4^{\circ}C$ for 5 days. Especially, Makgeolli made by F strain showed the best quality on its property, therefore Makgeolli which maintains its property stably until 10 days when stored at $4^{\circ}C$ could be made using this strain.

Organizations must seek change in order to adapt to environmental changes and achieve better performance. However, despite this obvious statement, empirical analysis has been almost non-existent due to the difficulty of manipulating organizational performance or change. In this study, we overcame these limitations and analyzed the causes and effects of organizational change by assuming a professional sports team as a venture company, which is relatively easy to objectively measure and evaluate organizational change or performance. We systematically collected and preprocessed traditional and advanced metrics of National Basketball Association (NBA) statistics along with preprocessed trade data from eight years of regular seasons (2014~2015-2021~2022) to analyze our research model. Assessment of process macro model 7 derives the following empirical result. The results of the empirical analysis depict that NBA teams with low organizational performance in the previous season are more likely to make organizational changes through player trades to improve performance. Into the bargain player trades mediate the static relationship between the winning percentage in the previous season and the winning percentage in the current season. However, the indirect effect of a team's previous season's performance on player trades appears to vary depending on the current situations and context of each NBA team. Teams that made the playoffs in the previous season tend to make fewer trades than teams that did not and the previous season's performance is highly correlated with the current season's performance. On the other hand, teams that did not make the playoffs in the previous season tend to make a relatively larger amount of player trades in total, and the mediating effect of trades vanishes in this case. In other words, teams that did not make the playoffs in the previous season experience a larger change in performance due to trades than teams that made the playoffs, even if they achieved the same winning percentage. This empirical analysis of the inverse relationship between organizational change and the performance of professional sports teams has both theoretical and practical implications in the field of sports industry and management by analyzing the fundamentals of organizational change and the performance of professional sports teams.
