The current Digital map is ambiguous to be managed because that's managed partition unit file-based. It brings about the cost of consumption because area has been changed or not is managed redundantly and there has been no way to provide digital map of spatial and time management. In addition, digital map can't have the management of security assurance and systematization because it is managed file-based. Therefore, this research provides figures that after applying UFID per object, it can be managed history every update of it by object unit.

식품의약품안전청은 식품의 제조.가공 또는 판매단계 등에서 식품이력을 추적.관리하기 위하여 필요한 기록의 작성.보관.관리, 표시 및 계획서 등에 관한 기준 등을 규정하여 식품이력추적관리제도의 시행에 차질이 없도록 하고자 식품이력추적관리기준 등에 관한 규정을 제정 고시했다. 본고에서는 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

시간지원 데이터베이스는 시간에 따른 이력데이터가 단조증가 형태를 띄고 있는데 반해 이력질의는 주로 최근 생성된 데이터에 관한 질의 비율이 상대적으로 높다. 또한 방대한 양의 데이터를 관리하기 위해 3차 저장장치를 효율적으로 사용할 필요가 있으며 이를 위해 시간지원 데이테베이스 관리시스템은 특정 시간마다 이력데이터를 3차 저장자치에 이동시키는 버큐밍(Vacuming)작업을 수행한다. 이 논문에서는 이력데이터 페이지와 현재 데이터 페이지의 시간선상에서의 참조 빈도수를 고려하며, 이력질의에 대하여는 페이지의 과거의 참조밀도 이력을 고려하여 버퍼를 관리하는 LRU/PRD기법을 제안한다.

Facing a number of global food-related accidents, the concept and system for food traceability have been designed and introduced in many countries to manage the food-safety risks. To connect and harmonize the various food traceability-information in food traceability system according to the food supply chain, the coding system of identification-number for food-traceability has to be standardized. The GTIN (Global Trade Item Number) barcode system which has been globally standardized and implemented, is reviewed with the mandatory food-labeling regulation in expiration date of processed foods. The integration of GTIN-13 bar-code system for food-traceability is a crucial factor to expand its function in the food-related industrial areas. In this literature, the standard coding system of identification-number for food-traceability is proposed with 20 digit coding number which is combined with GTIN-13 bar-code (13 digit), expiration date (6 digit), and additional classification code (1 digit). This proposed standard coding system for identification-number has a several advantages in application for prohibiting the sale of hazard goods, food-recall, and inquiring food traceability-information. And also, this proposed coding system could enhance the food traceability system by communicating and harmonizing the information with the national network such as UNI-PASS and electronic Tax-invoice system. For the global application, the identification-number for food-traceability needs to be cooperated with the upcoming global standards such as GTIN-128 bar-code and GS1 DataBar.

식약처는 식품이력추적관리기준을 지켜야 하는 기타 식품판매업자의 출고정보 입력의무를 완화하는 등 산업체의 부담을 덜어주고 이력추적관리의 행정효율성을 확보하고자 식품 건강기능 식품이력추적관리기준 등 일부개정고시(안)을 발표했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용과 함께 신구조문을 비교해 살펴보도록 한다.

This study is aimed at developing a web-based management system of maintenance historical data, for effective maintenance performance and smooth exchange of information and communication between public facilities and public educational facilities managers. The current management state of maintenance historical data and its business process were investigated and analyzed, through interviewing with the persons in charge of managing each facility, by recognizing problems of maintenance historical data management that is able to be applied as a basis to judge facility deterioration and performance. In addition, this study suggests a maintenance historical data system of which DB may be applied to the practical business, by reflecting requests of the persons in charge of managing facilities, setting up the scope of system usage by facility, business phase and level of facility managers, and establishing a maintenance business process system.

GIS Tools is able to not only store the integrated information between attribute data and spatial data, but also analyze them. Most of GIS Tools support current information of land. However, lawsuit of right of possession as well as statistic of past data for land policy may need historical information. Therefore, in the paper, we designed the spatiotemporal operators what can handle the historical information. and implemented them. The spatiotemporal operators are used in the history management system of Cadastre and Cadastral map based on GIS. The historical information is generated in spatial operation of spatiotemporal operators and then the implemented operators provide a function to store the historical information, and handle them.

The tracing system means that the system can follows, traces, and records every steps of production and delivery of goods and its ingredient. Specially, Koreans have big concern about food tracing system which is influential for health directly. We were more interested in medical herb using in oriental medicine than any other things. We proposed the process and design of tracing system for medical herb based on RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technology in this research. This study shows current medical herb tracing ways and RFID code system by using for world standard. Firstly, We designed the new process of traceability of medical herb with various preceding references based on RFID technology. Secondly we suggest that RFID code configuration using the international standard code(ISO code) and korean agricultural and marine products code for the proposed process. RFID code system is very important because this plays a means of identification for tracing about medical herb. The proposed code system have the elements as Issuing Agency Code, Issuer Number, inspection information, inheritance flag, area code, modified agricultural and marine products code, serial number in 96 Bit length. Lastly We defined the code-generation process in the tracing system.

기존의 소 및 쇠고기이력제에 기반하여 돼지(돼지고기)를 포함하는 법률적 근거 마련을 통하여 방역의 효율성 제고와 그 밖에 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 보완하기 위해 추진된 "가축 및 축산물 이력관리에 관한 법률"이 지난해 12월 27일에 공포되었다. 이에 소(쇠고기)뿐만 아니라 국내산 돼지(돼지고기)까지 이력을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있게 되었다.

본 논문에서는 싸움소의 체계적인 관리를 위해 RFID 기술 기반 싸움소 이력관리를 위한 시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 싸움소의 사육 및 훈련 정보들을 분석 검토하고, 이를 바탕으로 실시간으로 필드의 싸움소에 대한 사육 및 훈련 정보들을 분석 검토하고, 이를 바탕으로 실시간으로 필드의 싸움소에 대한 사육 및 훈련 정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 RFID 미들웨어 시스템과 인터넷 기반으로 사육, 훈련, 전적 등의 정보를 통합 관리 및 제공할 수 있는 RFID 서버 시스템을 설계${\cdot}$구현하였다. 이력관리 시스템에서는 Tag의 순차적이 인식을 기반으로 하였으며, 전적정보 관리시스템에서는 동시에 다수의 Tag 인식이 가능하도록 하였다.
