The Effect of asymmetric interconnection charge is different between where the retail price of incumbent is regulated and that of incumbent is not regulated. When the retail price of incumbent is not regulated, the brand loyalty and the relative magnitude of each marginal cost determine the effect of consumer surplus. However, when the retail price of incombent is regulated, network substitution effect also plays a important role to the consumer surplus. The higher the brand loyalty, the lower the network substitution effect, or the higher the marginal cost of the entrant, the social welfare through the asymmetric interconnection charge is more increased. In the other cases, the consumer surplus might be decreased.

스마트폰이 유선전화의 단말기가 되면 스마트폰의 전화번호부를 유선통화에도 사용할 수 있게 되어 유선전화의 사용량이 늘어나고, 이를 통해 사용자는 통신요금이 낮아지는 혜택을 누리며 유선 사업자는 수익 증대를 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 이동통신용 단말기로 제작된 스마트폰을 유선전화의 단말기로 이용하는 데는 i) 사용자 편의성 증대를 위한 스마트폰 등록 절차의 간소화, ii) 저전력 상태와 WiFi 비활성화 상태에서 전화수신 안정화, iii) 무선데이터 전송시간 변이에 의한 음성품질 저하 회피 등 다양한 기술적 문제들이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제들에 대한 해결 방안을 제시하고 이를 반영한 실험용 시스템의 구현 결과를 보여준다. 실험용 시스템은 사설교환기 기능을 내장한 WiFi-AP, 안정적인 전화수신 알림을 위한 PUSH broker, VoIP 어플리케이션이 설치된 스마트폰으로 구성된다. 실험용 시스템은 PSTN 망과 VoIP 망에 연동하여 스마트폰으로 안정적인 통화품질을 제공할 수 있음을 보였다.

For the past few years, unlike wireless widespread United States and Japan, expensive cost and platform of the mobile web carrier underground and self-centered made achievement of domestic mobile web market sluggish. Nowadays, more and more people pay attention to the mobile web service because of the increased quality of wireless internet, development of mobile device and variety of the flat-rate payment system. However, another big problem is that mobile web is too hard to use. Also, the poor content of mobile web service is an extremely serious problem. In this paper, we put forward a new method for easy to access mobile web service which is use WINC expansion numbers and users can use these numbers to shit their own website. Along with the benefits of purchase WINC number general users are able to make website and control their website at less time and energy.

In this study, file size for measurement and the service system's billing data were submitted to a comparative analysis by performing a verification test on the billing system of three major mobile communication services providers, based on the wireless Internet service packet. As shown in the result of the verification test, there were some differences in the billing data due to transmission overhead, according to the network quality that is affected by the wireless environment of mobile operators. Consequently, the packet analysis system was proposed as a means of applying consistent packet billing to all service providers being compared. If the packet analysis system is added to supplement the current billing system various user requirements can be met. Billing by Packet among mobile operators and differentiated billing based on the content value are available, since the packet data can be extracted through protocol analysis by service, and it can be classified by content tape through traffic data analysis. Furthermore, customer's needs can be satisfied who request more information on the detailed usage, and more flexible and diverse billing policies can be supported like application of charging conditions to the non-charging packet handling. All these services are expected to contribute to the popularization of the wireless Internet service, since user complaints about the service charge could be reduced.

In the case of urban railway facilities, the power supply should be maintained for the safe movement of passengers in communication facilities, disaster prevention facilities and boarding area security because of the confusion when power supply is cut off due to the nature of public transportation. In addition, considering that the number of trains is running on the urban railway line, it is necessary to operate at least 30 minutes for the bus stop and at least 1 hour for the communication and disaster prevention facilities. Therefore, it is essential to supply emergency power source to maintain stable operation of induction lamp and smoke exhaust system because main power is cut off in order to prevent further spread due to fire in case of the history of urban railway section or vehicle fires. Recently, UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) function to prevent power outage in emergency, emergency power generation combined with ESS function which saves electricity at nighttime price time, A hybrid power storage system with a UPS function.

Lately there are many approaches for decreasing the retail prices for mobile telecommunication in response to higher demand of the consumer welfare. Related on this perspective, there have been many disputes how the MTR (mobile termination rate)s from the whole market has influences on the consumer prices at the retail market. Therefore, we need a timely review about the possibility of the reduction of retail prices with MTR policies. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between MTR and retail prices. For this purpose, we can identify three kinds of arguments by reviewing the previous literatures. We empirically analyze the relationship with latest European data and Korean annual data. Furthermore, we also examine whether the relationship would depend on the competition structure. The results imply that decreasing MTR would result in reduction of the retail prices but the effect would be enhanced by improvement of market concentration.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test developed on the basis of the literature review regarding customer satisfaction management and gamer's satisfaction factor To analyze the date collected from 1999 respondents. Frequency Corsstabs Oneway ANOVA analysis was performed with SPSS/PC+ Window 7.5. The results can be sumarized as follows. First, Dissatisfaction factor of game service is game possible area, game being cut off and game use charge. Second, Solution suvject is 'no service' in underground area/big size crowed area and game being cut of. Finally, The most impotant aspects when a customer visits Korea Movement Technology are the friendly attitude of the employee, problem-solving and papid pesponse to inquirce.

Along with increasing of its subscribers and traffic for high-speed LTE service, it is widely expected to bring about the 2nd data explosion and results in any inconvenience of users. This paper proposes a smart traffic management scheme and its system design based on user's participating with the mobile application, in order to provide a fast and stable service for end users as well as to resolve the network overhead with increasing traffic. By making use of a time shift by users who want to reduce data usage amount and communication cost, the proposed scheme tries to reduce the peak traffic by shifting the delay-tolerant services, such as file sharing and software download, into the other time line. It also reduces the high volumed video traffics by transforming them into a user customized one. In addition, we suggest a mechanism to select video size and service time, then proposes an overall system design and its user service scenarios.

Ansim Flat DATA Plan is a DATA additional service product related to DATA call in a mobile telephone company A. Up to now, the company A is selling it by outbound TM after targeting customers which used data within specific price band. In this paper, we propose a targeting method applying score model combining response rate and retention rate by data mining. The suggested target model is to find customers more likely not only to respond to outbound TM but also to retain Ansim Flat DATA Plan. The proposed targeting method is expected to improve both from 23.7% to 38.8% in the response rate and from 53.2% to 61.4% in the retention rate.

There is a growing demand to access the broadband internet while on the very fast move. In order to meet these users needs, much research has been made for providing the broadband internet and HDTV services via satellite broadband internet systems even at top train speeds above 200km/h. In this paper, economic analyses on the satellite broadband internet services for KTX are to be reviewed. Broadband internet to trains in Europe are investigated, and Boeing cases for planes are also examined. In the first step, system configuration which is composed of a hub, terminals, satellite, and gap fillers for the tunnel areas has been proposed. A terminal includes a ultra-fast high gain antenna installed on the roof of the train, and APs inside the coaches. Secondly, cost estimation on the capital expenditures as well as operating expenditures has been performed in the proposed configuration. From the european and Boeing cases, demand and tariff are postulated, consequently, service revenues are derived on the scenario basis. Thirdly, estimated costs and derived revenues make up net present value and internal rate of return in each scenario. Finally, conclusions and contribution of this study are presented.
