In case of one of the next generation mobile telecommunication; WCDMA service, the relevant market growth is delayed by market uncertainty, lack of effective demands, rapid evolution of technology, non-existence of business strategy, lack of distinction with competitive services and killer applications. In this study we intended to analyze the influence factors of market diffusion and marketing strategy of WCDMA. For doing so, we obtained both promotion and hindrance factors for diffusing the market of WCDMA through expert survey. Also we acquired such categories as factor for adoption, willingness to pay, killer application, preferred terminal and pronising customer, which becomes the reason ifluencing on the decision of WCDMA service marketing strategy. On the basis of such results, this paper suggests the direction of deployment for marketing focusing on the strategies as customer, price, sewice, terminal provision, and positioning of WCDMA.

우리 경제의 성장잠재력 저하에 대한 우려가 심화되는 상황에서 국민소득 2만불 시대 견인을 위해 2004년 수립한 IT 산업 발전전략이 IT839이다. 신성장동력 핵심기술 개발 등 IT839전략에 힘입어 세계 최초로 WiBro, DMB 기술개발과 국제표준화에 성공하는 등 IT분야 기술개발을 주도하여, 선진국과의 기술격차가 1년 이상 단축되었으며, 특히, 이동통신 DIV 분야는 미국, 일본 등 선진국 수준으로 경쟁력이 향상되는 성과를 보았다. 한편, 최근 IT를 둘러싸고 있는 환경은 IT를 기반으로한 융복합화 진전, 글로벌화 심화, 인터넷 확산과 웹의 진전이다. 2008년에는 이런 환경변화 속에서 IT산업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 전략을 수립.추진할 계획이다. 무선 융합환경에서 신시장 창출 및 선점, 고부가가치 IT산업의 집중 육성, IT중소기업, 핵심인력 양성 등 경쟁력 향상을 위한 기반 구축도 강화한다. IT R&D 정책은 기초 원천기술분야 R&D 투자비중을 확대하고, IT와 비IT융합 등 융합분야 기술개발 투자도 확대할 것이다. 혁신형 IT 중소기업 육성을 위해 민간 정책협력 네트워크인 IT전문협의회 운영을 개선하고, 중소기업의 원가절감을 위한 공통서비스 확대, 대 중소 기업의 상생협력을 제도화는 등 IT정책 인프라도 고도화한다. 또한, 반도체, 디스플레이 이후의 글로벌 주력품목군으로 IT SoC, u-센서, IT-BT-NT 융합분야 등 3대 핵심분야를 선정하여 집중 육성하고, 부품기업간 협업 활성화를 적극 유도할 것이다. 시장이 원하는 글로벌 수준의 인재양성을 목표로 공학교육인증 확산, IT 융합분야를 중심으로 대학의 R&D 지원도 강화하며, 전공역략을 갖춘 IT 전문인력, 석박사급 핵심 연구개발 인력, IT재직자 교육 등 시장이 원하는 맞춤형 인력양성도 병행 추진한다. 마지막으로 SW산업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 제고하고 신시장 창출을 위해 노력도 강화한다. 조선, 자동차 등 비 IT분야의 SW활용을 확산하기 위한 선도프로젝트를 추진하고, 틈새분야 중 세계적 시장점유율을 갖춘 중소기업 제품에 임베디드SW를 탑재하여 첨단기능을 구현하는 시범사업도 적극 추진할 계획이다.

A Pedestrian Space in the transit transfer center is compositively made of a variety of activities for pedestrians. The pedestrians avoid access to the transit transfer center and the revitalization of the transit transfer center is obstructed as the travel cost of the pedestrians increases. This study provides the pedestrians using the transit transfer center with the significant real-time routing service and helps the movement of pedestrians to minimize the economical loss considering the travel cost and congestion of the pedestrians in the transit transfer center. In this paper, we propose a solution to construct a spatial map for the pedestrians in the transit transfer center to receive the significant real-time routing service based on Ubiquitous technique which is big issue around the world.

Recently, Korea has declared carbon neutrality by 2050. The Korea Forest Service is promoting the precision and high technology of forest resource surveys. As such, the demand for forest resource management is increasing, and the need to build a digital twin of forest space is increasing. However, to date, digital twin has only built and provided virtual city services, which are city and nationwide digital twin environments. Three-dimensional digital twin services targeting forest space are not operated and provided. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to implement a forest digital twin environment to provide 3D forest spatial information services corresponding to vertical information such as tree-level height and thorax diameter. By lightweighting realistic 3D tree models and applying 3D Tiles, we confirmed the feasibility of implementing a forest digital twin environment for 3D forest spatial information services. Through continuous research, we plan to implement a forest digital twin that can deploy and service 3D tree models for trees nationwide, including street trees in urban areas. This is expected to enable the development of forest digital twin services for forest resource management.

Current Korean ITS policies are decided by two persuading parties, so that ITS industry has great difficulties in establishing unified policies and developing ITS related industries. This paper provides the analysis of current Korean ITS policy issues, and suggests the ways how to activate the ITS industry. First, the ITS policy should be unified through agreement between related departments in government. Second, ITS should be recognized as social overhead capital and thus implemented as national infrastructure. Third, define the range of ITS services to prevent confusion with general wireless and mobile communication services.

최근 이동통신의 사업의 발달로 인하여 제품의 고속신호 전달에 대한 관심이 부각되고 있다. 이로 인해 고집적 LTCC 모듈로 제작이 가능하고 고속신호 전달이 용이한 저유전율과 낮은 loss특성을 요구하는 소재 개발의 지속적인 연구를 필요로 한다. 지금까지의 ceramic/glass composite에서 주로 사용된 ceramic filler는 $Al_2O_3$로 낮은 유전율을 구현하는데 한계가 있었다. Cordierite는 낮은 유전율(${\varepsilon}r$ < 4)을 나타내는 filler로서 저유전율 기판소재로 사용될 가능성이 높지만 아직까지 보고된 결과들이 미흡한 실정이다. 선행 연구에서 cordierite filler와 $SiO_2-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3$-RO (R Zn, Sr, Ba, Ca)계의 glass를 혼합하여 LTCC 용 기판소재로서의 가능성을 확인한 결과 5.0~5.5 의 낮은 유전율과 1,000~1,500의 Q를 나타내는 것을 확인 하였다. 하지만 sheet로 제작 시 $B_2O_3$ 계로 인해 볼밀 공정에서 슬러리를 응집시켜 점도를 증가(gelation)시키는 현상이 발생하였다. 이를 개선하기 위한 glass 조성의 $B_2O_3$ 함량을 5%줄여 만든 glass를 이용해 미세구조, 유전율과 Q 그리고 강도를 측정하였다.

이동통신시장 및 IT 시장의 급성장, Mobile 인터넷 기술의 발전 그리고 4S 관련 기술의 발전에 힘입어 국내에서도 LBS 관련 산업이 활성화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 LBS 를 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 기본적으로 요구되는 4S 기술의 개념적 정의를 살펴보고, 특히 LBS 사업에 직간접 적으로 필요한 4S관련 기반구축연구 및 4S 핵심기술개발에 대하여 소개하고 있다. 4S 핵심기술개발 분야에서는 우선적으로 LBS 의 기반 기술이 되는 4S 핵심기술 및 상호연계 기술[3], 4S-Mobile 관련 기술 그리고 4S-VAN 관련 기술 개발 사항에 대하여 중점적으로 살펴보며, 4S 관련 기반구축연구분야에서는 LBS 산업을 활성화하고자 할 때 문제 될 수 있는 4S 및 LBS 관련 표준화 작업, 법 및 제도연구 그리고 감리지침 모델 도출에 대하여 중점적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 끝으로 이러한 4S 기반 프레임워크 구축이 향후 LBS 와 4S 산업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 살펴본다.

It is very important to protect life, property at sea and marine environments from any pollution AIS, which was been carried out July 1st, 2002 by SOLAS ch. 5, is an communication system to enhance navigational safety by transmitting and receiving vessel information automatically. In this paper, we investigated the positive factors expected by introducing AIS. For this, ship's collision accidents were analyzed. Finally, we suggest methods to solve several problems related to operation in AIS.

Mobile IPTV is a IPTV interactive broadcasting service through wireless Internet. Mobile IPTV service would be much more promoted. Thus, the methods for protecting the broadcasting contents will be indispensible elements for the successful Mobile IPTV service achievement. This paper describes the characteristics of Mobile IPTV and the related contents protection techniques. To evaluate several security issues, we suggest a DCAS security framework model for Mobile IPTV, and speculate the most widespread, a security technologies for Mobile IPTV such as DCSA. Moreover, candidate models of Mobile IPTV protection system are suggested based on these technologies.

In a circumstance that the development of mobile media through the on-line consumer desire in the era of Web 2.0 has promoted extension of personal mobile media on the part of consumers, this study examined consumer trends depending on use of e-learning contents through mobile media. In connection with tendencies through mobile prosumers' consumption patterns and use of mobile educational contents, I analyzed user demands based on characteristics of personal media centering around a communities of e-learning portals. Direction of e-learning technological development calls on mobile communication companies to open their networks and share platform following digital convergence. E-learning contents should be produced in a custom-made way for the personal media. This study is aimed at contributing for advancement of e-learning contents consumers' user convenience implicating examination into consumer demands which are necessary to invigorate e-learning contents.
