이글은 재미과협 회보 Vol.6 No.3에 게재된 이동녕 박사의 글을 옮긴 것이다. 이글은 조국의 기초과학의 침체성을 지적하고 있다. 응용과학에 치중되어 기초과학이 균형을 잃고 있음을 보아온 이박사의 제언에 눈길을 돌려야 할 것이다. 점차 기초과학에 관심을 갖는 이즈음 촉진제가 되리라 믿는다 실은 제 4차 경제개발 5개년 계획에 기초과학육성이 계획되고 있어 위기의식까지는 기우일지 모르나 긴 안목의 과학발전을 위해서는 주목될 만한 글이다.

Recently, there has been a tendency for accidents occurring in manufacturing to lead to serious accidents and serious industrial accidents and to extend to community disasters. In accordance with the Third Plan (2015-2019) of the National Security Management Plan, the Safety Administration announces and promotes improvement measures to minimize industrial accidents and disasters. In the case of industrial accidents from KOSHA 2015 to 2017, the accident rate of the metal-related manufacturing industry is 1.57%, which is more than three times higher than the average 0.50% of all industries. As a result of investigating the causes of disasters, 72% of workers were found to be caused by unsafe behaviors. In addition, insecure behaviors are closely related to safety consciousness, and a survey on safety consciousness was conducted for workers in this field. Safety consciousness improvement has the affirmative effect on accident prevention and it is a factor to reduce accidents.

Recently, the importance of information security is emphasized in IT related field. The agency related to information security implements the policies to emphasize the security and protection of the privacy. However, the issue in many companies and users is that awareness of security is still poor. Therefore, in this paper, we develope the learning program for AES(advanced encryption standard) block cipher, to raise the awareness of security. Also, wish to cause interest about AES cipher because user confirms process that is encryption/decryption through program of this paper directly and prove awareness about information security.

Korea has achieved great economic growth, but the high rate of accidents in the industry still threatens the safety of workers and causes a lot of property loss. In order to lower the accident rate, the Occupational Safety and Health Act was fully revised in April 2020 and safety management was strengthened, but the number of deaths rather increased. In response, the government and the National Assembly implemented the Serious Accident Punishment Act in January 2022, but the effect has not been confirmed. So, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on how the safety awareness of construction site workers and managers was affected after the Serious Accident Punishment Act. and suggested measures to improve safety management.

In order to realize future ubiquitous, it needs to establish an environment witch service is provided to an user without user's awareness. This study suggests the mobile context awareness algorithm for that. With DB collected using LBS technology, it aims to recognize service status of a terminal and to maximize user's convenience by offering service through continuous inter-operability for various demand and environment of users against the status of a terminal. To realize the algorithm, it adds a terminal status deduction process to MSC. And then, it suggests the algorithm witch determines terminal status depending on status parameter defined by analyzing LBS-based short information by MSC. It realize C code.

The aspect of consciousness of drifting people expressed in Wang Shizhen's works accurately reflects the trajectory of his life. Living in the environment of the people, he had to play a dual role in caring for and managing the people's society while serving as a manager of Qing dynasty in the home of the people during his youth. In the middle age, when Qing Dynasty was already stabilizing, the consciousness of drifting people gradually disappeared as the wounds and pains of the past were gradually diluted, showing a tendency to take care of life and return to their hometowns.

Using the 2021 Korea Housing Survey Data, this study compared and analyzed the factors influencing the residential mobility of residents in public and private rental housing by population and social characteristics, economic characteristics, and housing characteristics. The analysis results are as follows. As a result of descriptive statistics analysis, it was found that private rental households were young and economically active. While the proportion of apartment residents and new housing, and the level of housing satisfaction were low, the level of housing insecurity was high. Through logistic regression analysis, significant factors influencing the residential mobility of private and public leases were analyzed. In terms of demographic and social characteristics, private leases were affected by marital status, the number of household members, the age of the household head, and the residential area, while public leases were affected by marital status and the age of the household head. In terms of economic characteristics, private leases were affected by assets, debt, and housing management costs, while public leases were affected only by debt. In terms of residential characteristics, private leases were affected by periods of homelessness, housing satisfaction, housing insecurity, and a sense of homeownership, while public leases were affected by housing type, years of construction, housing satisfaction, housing insecurity, and a sense of homeownership.

이 글에서는 우리나라 고학력화 현상의 원인을 봉건주의 시대 이후 일제기까지 형성된 교육요구, 그리고 교육자격의 예비직업자격 기능, 사회이동 통로로서의 학교교육 및 노동시장 분절 그리고 중간층의 증대를 중심으로 살펴볼 것이다. 우리 사회에서 고학력 선호경향이 쉽사리 가라앉을 전망은 없어 보인다. 우리 사회의 경우, 우리의 가치관에서부터 사회제도에 이르기까지 모든 요소들이 고학력에 대한 열망을 부추기고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때, 고학력화 현상에 대한 문제는 개인의 능력.개성.특성이 존중되어 '삶의 질'을 만족스럽게 높여줄 수 있는 방향으로의 제도개혁과 함께, 나의 자식만을 위한 교육이 아닌 '우리들의 자식을 위한 교육'이라는 의식개척이 동시에 이루어져야 해결될 수 있을 것이다.
