  • It's about time we had to think an alternative to recover our insufficient fishery market caused by IMF locally as well as the fishery agreement on Japan and China. It's essential that we have to build up the foundation of information-oriented fishery market In order to improve the infrustructure of the market like developed countries. In this paper We present digital data communication network to exchange information for fishery and safety between fishing ship and coast station in cheeper communication fee using SSB(Sing Side Band) in HF(High Frequency) band.

  • WiBro 서비스는 휴대형 단말기를 통해 실외에서도 정지 및 이동중에도 고속도로 인터넷에서 접속하여 필요한 정보나 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있게 하는 통신 서비스이다. WiBro 유무선통합커뮤니케이션 서비스는 WiBro 뿐만 아니라 유선 초고속 인터넷, 무선랜 등 통합 환경에서 메신저, 영상대화, MMS, e-메일 등 다양한 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 제공하는 서비스로 언제 어디서나 사용자가 상대방과 연결될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 커뮤니케이션을 제공한다. 다양한 단말, 장비기기들 및 사업자간의 상호 운용이 가능하도록 IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) 아키텍처를 기반으로 SIP 표준 프로토콜을 사용하여 구축되었으며 IP 커뮤니케이션을 중심으로 다양한 응용서비스 연동 및 제공이 가능하다.

  • 이동통신 무선망 설계 시에는 전파강도가 부족하여 발생하는 부분적인 음영지역을 해결하기 위해서 기지국 신호를 재증폭하는 중계기를 이용하게 된다. 이러한 중계기는 입출력 안테나 사이에 충분한 격리도를 확보하지 않으면 증폭된 출력신호가 입력단으로 유입되어 시스템 발진현상이 발생하게 된다. 격리도에 따라 신호의 신호대잡음비를 저하시키는 수준의 미세발진이 발생하거나 출력증폭기의 한계점에 도달시키는 완전발진이 발생 된다. 기지국에 입력된 신호를 복조하여 신호의 상태에 따라 단말기 출력을 증가시키도록 제어하는 상황에서 이러한 중계기의 발진현상은 시스템 성능의 현저한 저하를 가져오게 된다. 본 논문에서는 실험적으로 발견된 중계기 발진현상을 수학적 모델링을 통하여 중계기의 특성 및 입출력 안테나 사이의 격리도와 미세발진현상과의 관계를 규명한다. 아울러 실험결과와의 비교분석을 통하여 본 논문에서 제시한 모델링의 타당성을 증명한다.

  • 본 논문은 사용자에게 유연하고 추상적인 데이터를 전달하여 사용자 스스로가 물체를 인지하고 '느낄' 수 있도록 공감각 현상에 대한 연구결과를 응용하다. 또한, 오픈소스(ReacTable)를 사용하여 일종의 TAG 역할을 하는 특징적 그림을 명세코드화한 후 이를 실제 숫자나 문자 혹은 객체 인식에 응용하여 시각적인 정보 없이 객체를 인식하고 사용할 수 있는 일상적인 생활이 가능하도록 하였다. 덧붙여 이동성과 휴대성을 고려함과 동시에 저렴하고 이용가능성이 많은 ZigBee 무선 영상통신 기술을 통하여 처리하고자 하는 영상을 실내의 서버나 휴대용단말기에 전송하는 방법을 사용하였다.

  • 무선 인터넷의 접근성 개선과 스마트폰의 등장으로 인해 개인 컴퓨팅 환경이 PC 중심에서 모바일 중심으로 이동하고 있다. 이에 따라, PC 환경에서 존재하던 클라우드 서비스를 모바일 환경에 적용한 모바일 클라우드 서비스가 새롭게 부각되었다. 모바일 클라우드 서비스란 사용자의 모바일 단말기로 언제 어디서나 일반 PC와 동일한 환경의 컴퓨팅 환경을 사용할 수 있는 서비스를 의미한다. 하지만 일반적인 PC 환경에서 사용하던 서비스를 성능이 낮은 모바일 단말에서 수행함으로써 수행시간, 통신 지연 등의 여러 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 환경에서 통신의 보안을 보장하기 위한 다양한 기술들의 사용과 이러한 기술 사용에 관한 성능에 따른 효율적인 키 교환 방식을 제안한다.

  • 이동 통신과 무선 단말기의 보급이 보편화되면서 사용자의 위치정보를 이용한 위치 기반 서비스(Location Based Service)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 위치 기반 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 이동객체 위치 정보의 효율적인 저장 및 관리가 필요하며 이를 위해 일정 시간 간격을 두고 위치 정보를 획득하여 저장, 관리하는 방법이 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이동 객체의 이동경로에 대응되는 위상 정보(Topology)를 이용하여 이동 객체의 위치 정보를 관리하는 기법을 제안한다. 본 기법은 이동 객체가 위상 정보의 노드에 해당하는 위치에 도착할 예상 시점을 계산하고, 그 시점을 위치 획득 시점으로 결정하여 위치 정보를 갱신하며, 또한 명시적으로 저장되지 않은 불확실한 위치 정보의 요청에 대해 위상 정보 노드의 속성 정보와 선형 함수를 이용해 위치 정보를 추정하여 제공한다. 본 기법은 위상 정보의 노드에 대응되는 위치를 획득하여 저장하기 때문에 갱신 횟수와 데이터의 양을 감소시키고, 불확실한 위치 정보에 대한 위치를 추정할 경우, 명시적으로 저장된 위치 정보에서 유추된 이동 객체의 정보와 더불어 이동 객체의 이동 경로를 고려한 위상 정보 속성을 사용하므로, 선형 함수나 스플라인 함수만을 적용하는 것보다 적은 오차를 발생시켜 위치 정보의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • As the hand-held mobile devices are widely used, they are recently coming into convergence with medical diagnostic systems. Furthermore, the wireless mobile Internet and the various kinds of communication devices are rapidly coming into wide use converging with medical technology. The mobile communication environments can make people get more health care services beyond space and time. In this paper, we implement and evaluate the mobile client and the medical diagnostic information server for transmitting, searching and updating the medical diagnostic information. The DICOM CT image and the compressed JPEG 2000 CT image are statistically evaluated by t-test performance whether those images are clinically appropriate. In the case of the DICOM CT image, we realize that the average value is relatively more appropriate to the clinical diagnosis than the JPEG 2000 CT image.

A Study on Radio Resource Management for Multi-cell SC-FDMA Systems (다중셀 SC-FDMA를 위한 무선자원 관리기법에 관한연구)

  • This study proposes a rad o resource management scheme to maximize the performance of the LTE(Long Term Evolution) uplink, using SC-FDMA(Single Carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access). Rather than the single-cell SC-FDMA system the existing studies are mainly concerning, this study focuses on multi-cell system which needs considering the interaction among cells. Radio resource management is divided into two phases, planning and operation phases. The former is for the master eNB(e-NodeB) to allocate RBs(radio bearer) to eNB, the latter for eNB to assign RBs to the mobiles in the cell. For each phase, an optimization model and greedy algorithm are proposed. Optimization models aim to maximize the system performance while satisfying the constraints for both QoS and RB continuity. The greedy algorithms, like generic ones, move from a solution to a neighboring one having the best objective value among neighboring ones. From the numerous numerical experiments, the performance and characteristics of the algorithms are analyzed. This study is expected to play a volunteering role in radio resource management for the multi-cell SC-FDMA system.
