  • Uptake and accumulation of vitellogenin into ovary were traced by radiolabeled vitellogenin produced in the fat body. Vitellogenin reached the oocytes through the follicle cells and the intercellular space and penetrated the oocyte membrane via the endocytotic vesicles and then accumulated to the growing yolk granules.

  • 본 논문에서는 GPS 음영 지역에서 사용자의 위치 인식을 위해 추측 항법 기법을 이용하여 사용자의 이동 경로를 추적하는 중간 단계로써 스마트 폰의 내장된 가속도 센서와 나침반 센서를 이용하여 실험자의 걸음걸이 검출과 주머니 속의 스마트 폰의 상대 위치를 파악 방법을 제시한다. 실험 결과 가속도 센서를 이용한 걸음걸이 검출 율은 5%의 오차를 갖고 있으며, 지자기 센서를 이용한 스마트 폰의 자세는 검출 율은 100% 검출 하였으며, 향후 다양한 위치에 존재하는 스마트 폰을 스스로 인식하여 이동 방향을 찾는 연구를 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 GIS를 이용하여 대기오염측정망의 적정성을 분석하는데 있다. 측정소 이력, 분포의 적정성, 주위의 토지이용상태의 분포현황 분석을 통하여 인접지역이거나 주변 토지이용상태가 유사할 경우 측정값의 변화추이가 유사하게 나타남을 알 수 있었으며 현재 대부분의 측정소가 주거지역에 설치되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 대기오염측정소 배치방법에 의한 측정소의 개수를 산정한 결과가 현재 설치되어 있는 측정소의 이전과 추가적인 설치가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 토지이용상태와의 상관분석을 통해 오염원에 대한 정확한 파악과 오염물질의 이동경로에 대한 추적을 통하여 도시계획사업수립 등에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 맞벌이 가정이 증가함에 따라 자녀가 홀로 학교 또는 학원 활동을 하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 어른이 동행하지 않기 때문에 부모는 자녀의 안전과 일정을 올바르게 유지하고 있는지에 확인이 어려운 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 스마트폰의 GPS기능으로 위치전송을 통하여 어린아이의 위치를 알려줌으로써 자녀를 둔 부모를 걱정을 덜어주는 자녀 일정 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 자녀의 일정을 입력하여 지정된 시간과 장소에 자녀가 진입 및 이탈시 메시지로 알려주고 자녀의 현재위치와 이동경로를 확인할 수 있다. 자녀는 부모에게 실시간으로 자신의 위치를 전송하고 스케줄을 확인할 수 있다.

Autonomous Mobile Robot System Using Adaptive Spatial Coordinates Detection Scheme based on Stereo Camera (스테레오 카메라 기반의 적응적인 공간좌표 검출 기법을 이용한 자율 이동로봇 시스템)

  • In this paper, an automatic mobile robot system for a intelligent path planning using the detection scheme of the spatial coordinates based on stereo camera is proposed. In the proposed system, face area of a moving person is detected from a left image among the stereo image pairs by using the YCbCr color model and its center coordinates are computed by using the centroid method and then using these data, the stereo camera embedded on the mobile robot can be controlled for tracking the moving target in real-time. Moreover, using the disparity map obtained from the left and right images captured by the tracking-controlled stereo camera system and the perspective transformation between a 3-D scene and an image plane, depth information can be detected. Finally, based-on the analysis of these calculated coordinates, a mobile robot system is derived as a intelligent path planning and a estimation. From some experiments on robot driving with 240 frames of the stereo images, it is analyzed that error ratio between the calculated and measured values of the distance between the mobile robot and the objects, and relative distance between the other objects is found to be very low value of $2.19\%$ and $1.52\%$ on average, respectably.

  • A discrete dynamic model for tracking feature points in 2D images is developed. Conventional snake approaches deform a contour to lock onto features of interest within an image by finding a minimum of its energy functional, composed of internal and external forces. The neighborhood around center snaxel is a space matrix, typically rectangular. The structure of the model proposed in this paper is a set of connected vertices. Energy model is designed for its local minima to comprise the set of alternative solutions available to active process. Block on tracking is one dimension, line type. Initial starting points are defined to the satisfaction of indent states, which is then automatically modified by an energy minimizing process. The track is influenced by curvature constraints, ascent/descent or upper/lower points. The advantages and effectiveness of this layer approach may also be applied to feature points tracking of digital image whose pixels have one directional properties with high autocorrelation between adjacent data lines, vertically or horizontally. The test image is the ultrasonic carotid artery image of human body, and we have verified its effect on intima/adventitia starting points tracking.

  • A developed skill of an intelligent CCTV is also advancing by using its Image Acquisition Device. In this field, area for technique can be divided into Foreground Subtraction which detects individuals and objects in a potential observing area and a tracing technology which figures out moving route of individuals and objects. In this thesis, an improved algorism for a settled engine development, which is stable to change in both noise and illumination for detecting moving objects is suggested. The proposed algorism from this thesis is focused on designing a stable and real time processing method which is perfect model in detecting individuals, animals, and also low-speeding transports and catching a change in an illumination and noise.

  • When an unexpected software exception arises, we programmers are to analyze what causes it. Precisely speaking, we need to analyze the cause and property of the unexpected exception. But if exceptions arise irregularly from unknown causes, it is even more difficult for us to handle them, especially in embedded system like mobile phone software development. In this paper, we propose a debugger-friendly analyzing method for exceptions using aspect oriented programming technique. What we need to know upon arising exceptions is the function call history in order to identify the reason for the exceptions. Since programmers used to spend their debugging time on unidentified exceptions, which arise irregularly our method would greatly improve the embedded software development productivity.

  • According to the growing use of the personal GPS in the mobile device recently, the LBS (Local bases service), which processes and refines the GPS information, such as a position-tracking service, a public safety service, a local based information service, has increased steadily. Due to the refraction or reflection of GPS, however, it is impossible to use GPS around or in buildings. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the errors of GPS. We propose the method which corrects the errors of GPS and creates the refined trajectory using intersection region indexing. After analyzing the trajectory, receiving trajectories from many people and identifying the similarity between of trajectories, we will recommend the favorite route and useful information such as restaurant, convenience store, bus station and emergency call service.

  • The economical manufacturing process of fluorescent sediments (FS) which makes use of the understanding of coastal sediment path has been suggested with respect to the Lagrangian viewpoint. First, the fluorescent liquids were made by the mixing of the fluorescent materials, acetone, and xylene. Second, the sediments collected in Gamami beach were desalinized by the freshwater washing, dried indoors to protect the fine-sediment scattering, and classified by the sieve analysis. Finally, the FS which have seven different colors were manufactured by the mixing of fluorescent liquids and prepared sediments. The FS were used to figure out the major sediment supply routes of the intake channel in the YoungKwang nuclear power plant. From the field experiments, it was shown that the sediments were suspended and dispersed by the strong seasonal NW wind and the tide, and the sediments in suspension were flowing into the intake channel due to very strong suction speed. All the FS injected in stations were detected in the channel sampling points, thus we concluded that the sediments in suspension and dispersion were flowing into the intake channel from all directions in adjacent coastal zone.
