An electroenzymatic system to oxidize veratryl alcohol of on electrodes with in-situ generated hydrogen peroxide was studied. We investigated hydrogen peroxide generation, current efficiency, and veratryl alcohol oxidation in the electrode system at various conditions. The reaction rates of veratryl alcohol oxidation were compared in an electrochemical, an electroenzymatic, and an usual biochemical systems to prove the concept of electroenzymatic oxidation.

This paper represents the application of a virtual plant simulator and a Ladder Diagram of PLC. A target plant is a material transport car that repeatedly conveys along the rails. The whole process is automatically operated by PLC. The simulation system consists of the POSFA PLC and the virtual plant simulator. We demonstrate that operation of a LD program corresponds to operation of the virtual plant simulator.

The paper presents a model reference adaptive control containing a fuzzy algorithm for tuning the gain coefficient which adjusts the level of the fuzzy controller output. The synthesis of a fuzzy tuning algorithm has been performed for the inverted pendulum system. The computer simulation results have proved the efficiency of the proposed method, showing stable system responses.

This paper describes fuzzy radial basis function networks(FRBFN) extracting fuzzy rules through the learning from training data set. The proposed FRBFN is derived from the functional equivalence between RBF networks and fuzzy inference systems. The FRBFN learn by assigning new fuzzy rules and updating the parameters of existing fuzzy rules. The parameters of the FRBFN are adjusted using the standard LMS algorithm. The performance of the FRBFN is illustrated with function approximation and system identification.

Plant controller using VME bus is developed. This controller is a PLC designed to control up to 768 I/O units of POSFA PLC which has been developed already by POSCON. In many programming aspects, it adopts IEC 1131, international standard of PLC programming to keep up with international trends. A system software and a controller architecture including CPU board, DSP board and bus extension board are developed to support the IEC 1131, and becomes a base of E.I. controller being developed now.

본 연구의 목적은 동아시아 지역에 대한 등압선 일기도를 대상으로 지상 일기 유형을 고저기압의 수 및 위치, 등압선의 간격, 기압값의 유사성을 파라메터로 분류하고 유사 일기도 검색시 동일한 파라메터를 사용하여 유사성 정도를 검색하는 알고리즘을 개발하는데 있다. 격자 데이터로부터 특징값들을 추출하고 이를 이용하여 유사도 측정을 수행하여 유사일기도를 검색하였다.
