일반적인 포화된 다공질 매체의 수치해석에서는 거시적 관점의 고체변형과 유체이동을 동시에 고려한 혼합유한요소방법(Mixed Finite Element Method)이 쓰인다. 그러나 고체변형이 거의 없는 상태에서 유체가 이동할 경우, 또는 고체변형과 유체유동이 거의 없고 외력에 의한 간극압만 존재할 경우 이를 혼합유한 요소방법으로 해석하기에는 요소 잠김(Element Locking)현상 때문에 매우 불안정하다. 본 논문에서 Park과 Tak(2010)이 제안한 비압축성, 비투과성 포화 다공질 매체의 해석기법인 Staggered Method를 소개하고 수치적 효율성을 높이기 위해 요소분할기술 중 하나인 FETI(Finite Element Tearing and Interconnecting) 기법의 접목을 제안하고자 한다.

스크램제트 엔진 개발의 일환으로 injector에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 실험에는 Barbotage injector를 사용하였다. Injector의 분무 특성을 확인하기 위해 물을 주 연료로 공급하였고 액체의 미립화를 위하여 질소를 공급하였다. 실험 설비는 한국항공우주연구원의 분무 시험 장치와 PDPA를 사용하였다. 실험 결과 기체 압력 변화와 분무 거리가 미립화되는 정도에 큰 영향을 끼치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

A fuel spiking test was performed to measure the surge margin of gas turbine engines. The surge marin was mainly determined by the compressors and fuel spiking was used to change the operating point in the compressor characteristic map while speed remained constant. To access the surge margin region different spiking signals were applied by modulations of time(frequency) and fuel flow rate(amplitude). The test results showed good agreements with expected fuel spiking patterns and possibility of further studies.

This study was conducted to investigate the plant community structure and to propose ecological management planning for the urban forest on Sungdongku, Joongku and Yongsanku in Seoul. Field survey was excuted October 1991 and the results were as follows. Robinia pseudoacasia community covered 61.1% and Populus x albaglandulosa covered 3.8% of survey site II and survey site was covered by the deciduous-broad leaf mixtured forest. According to the human impact and inappropriate management impact, survey area was divided into five forest community. As for the analysis of plant community structure which was classified into five forest community, the importance values, ecological diversity, number of species, number of individuals, basal area and crown coverage of the native plant community showed relatively higher than community that vegetation deterioration degree by the human impact showed seriously. In landscape forest of Mt. Daehyun, it showed problems for the planting method and the soil condition. So it was proposed to management guide, vegetation restoration and soil management through ecological management planning based on above results.

In conventional hydrothermal coordination problem, the lambda-gamma iteration method is generally used for generation schedule. The procedure of classical lambda-gamma iteration method consists of 3 main loops and it is very complex. Therefore, it needs many iterative calculations. This paper proposes an advanced hydrothermal algorithm based on newly developed lambda-gamma iteration method. As lambda calculation loop is removed in the newly developed iteration method, iterative calculations are reduced and whole procedure is simplified. The proposed algorithm is verified on simple system.

유비쿼터스 사회에서 사용자는 상황과 장소, 감성에 맞는 문화콘텐츠를 언제 어디서나 접할 수 있게 될 것으로 전망된다. 최근 휴대 단말기와 사용자간의 지속적인 정보 교환을 가능하게 해주는 환경을 제공해 주는 휴대 인터넷 기술의 발전은 인간의 감성과 상황에 맞춰 콘텐츠를 변환시키는 감성콘텐츠 개발에 초석이 되고 있다. 현재까지는 유선콘텐츠를 모바일콘텐츠로 변환한다거나 방송용 콘텐츠를 인터넷에 맞춰 변화하는 형태의 휴대 단말기에 맞춰 콘텐츠를 변환시키는 것이 고작이지만 휴대 인터넷 환경에서는 상황과 감성을 변수로 해 콘텐츠가 변환될 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 감성과 기상정보의 변화에 따라 캐릭터를 변환하는 것이 수동이 아닌 자동으로 이뤄지게 하기 위한 지능형 캐릭터 생성 연구를 진행 하고자 한다.

Charge transfer mechanism of poly(4,4'-aminotriphenylene hexafluoroisopropylidenediphthalimide) (TP6F PI) which exhibits bistable ON and OFF switching has been studied using photoemission electron spectroscopy (PES) and near-edge x-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS). Here, we demonstrate novel set-up in which holes are injected by photoemission process instead of direct charge carrier injection via metal electrode. The accumulated charges on the PI surface in the OFF state abruptly flow across the PI film when the bias voltage of a back electrode reaches a specific value, indicating that the film is changed to the ON state. Core level and x-ray absorption spectra probed at charge injection region via photoemission process do not show any evidences implying structural modification of TP6F PI during the phase change. Whereas, in valence band spectra, the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) is shifted toward Fermi level, responsible for improved hole-mobility of TP6F PI of ON state.

The native silicon-oxide (SiOx) layer at the metal/Silicon interface acts as an electrical resistance to the metal contact of devices. Various methods are proposed for removing this layer, such as sputtering before metal contact formation or high temperature annealing. We studied the chemical evolution of the Au/SiOx/Si system during the annealing at $500^{\circ}C$ using a spatially resolved photoelectron emission method. Scanning photoelectron emission microscopy (SPEM) and core level spectra from local area of the sample show the inhomogeneous oxidation and formation of silicide of Au, as well as valence band spectra reveals the role of Au atoms during the dissociation process of SiOx.
