This paper describes the computerization of medication management that is done manually now. That medication management effective and gives the enhanced way to provide information about seamen's medical condition check and the medicine habit. Transmission of detail information about medicine inventory through the wireless communication network is able to reduce the time required and workload. In this research, the server and client modules information between ships and shores.

Individuals with visual impairments face difficulties in accessing accurate information about medical services and medications, making it challenging for them to ensure proper medication intake. While there are healthcare laws addressing this issue, there is a lack of standardized solutions, and not all over-the-counter medications are covered. Therefore, we have undertaken the design of a mobile application that utilizes image recognition technology, barcode scanning, and QR code recognition to provide guidance on how to take over-the-counter medications, filling the existing gaps in the knowledge of visually impaired individuals. Currently available applications for individuals with visual impairments allow them to access information about medications. However, they still require the user to remember which specific medication they are taking, posing a significant challenge. In this research, we are optimizing the camera capture environment, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) screens for image recognition, ensuring greater accessibility and convenience for visually impaired individuals. By implementing the findings from our research into the application, we aim to assist visually impaired individuals in acquiring the correct methods for taking over-the-counter medications.

The goal of this paper is to examine the effects of a CDSS(Clinical Decision Support System) for drug prescription on organizational performance in medical institutions using POC(Point Of Care) systems. For achieving this goal, evaluation factors for influencing performance of information system were identified by using the performance evaluation model for CDSS. In the results, there was significant causality between each evaluation domain except system quality domain. In addition, the system quality of CDSS for optimal drug prescription has no influence on user satisfaction. But information quality has positive influence on user satisfaction which has also a positive influence on organizational performance.

QbD(Quality by Design)는 제약분야에서 혁신적 신기술로 제조공정과 품질관리를 일원화하는 방법이다. QbD는 의약품의 품질을 높은 수준으로 향상시켜 제조공정 과정을 개선하여 효율성을 증대시키고 불량률 뿐만 아니라 공정 중 불필요한 장치의 가동을 최소화하여 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 제약분야에서 QbD 적용의 필요성에 따라 에지 컴퓨팅 기반 QbD 플렛폼 설계를 제안한다. 특히, 이 QbD 플렛폼을 통해 대조약과 시험약 간의 생물학적 동등성 의약품 제조에 필요한 실험설계방법을 획기적으로 개선하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 먼저 QbD의 단계 중 실험설계법을 제형연구의 예를 들어 설명하고 본 논문이 계획한 QbD 플랫폼의 구조를 제안한다.

Visually impaired people have difficulty accessing medical services and drug information, and it is not easy for them to take the correct drugs. A health law has been established to deal with this, but the plans are not unified and not applicable to all over-the-counter medicines. Therefore, we planned an application that provides instructions for taking general medicines using image recognition technology, bar code, and QR recognition technology for visually impaired people who are in the blind spot of taking general medicines. In this research, we will optimize the camera shooting environment standards and UI and UX screens for image recognition for the visually impaired, and improve the accessibility for the visually impaired to make it more convenient. If you can apply the results of your research to an application and provide it, it will help people with visual impairments learn the correct way to take over-the-counter medicines.

데이터 품질의 패러다임 변화에 따라 기업에서는 효과적인 의사결정지원을 위한 정보서비스의 품질 관리가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 데이터 거버넌스 관점에서 행정기관 간 정보연계를 통해 민본 녹색 행정을 위한 '행정정보공동이용시스템'의 데이터 품질관련 현황을 분석하였다. 이와 관련하여 향후 정확하고 안전한 행정정보의 공동이용을 위한 정보서비스 품질관리체계 구축을 위한 대안으로서 데이터 거버넌스 관점의 행정정보 공유 데이터 품질관리체계 구축을 제시하는 바이다.

식품의약품안전청은 산발적으로 흩어져 있던 임상시험 관련 정보를 통합하여 서비스하기 위한 방안으로 임상시험정보방을 개설하게 되었다. 임상시험승인현황 등 원시자료는 종이형태로 생산, 관리된다. 이를 통계자료로 활용하기 위해서 식품의약품안전청의 관련 시스템인 KiFDA 시스템에 입력을 하게 된다. 이 시스템에 입력된 데이터는 실시간으로 임상시험관련 웹서비스 시스템에 구축된다. 이때에 실시간 통계정보의 정확성이 무엇보다 중요하다. KiFDA 시스템의 데이터베이스의 실시기관명과 임상시험계획승인제도(IND) 승인리스트 원본의 실시기관명이 틀린 것도 있었다. 이는 동일한 실시기관도 화면에서는 서로 다른 실시기관으로 보일 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 결국 통계자료가 부정확하게 표출되는 데는 이런 원인들이 있었던 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 문제점을 개선하기위해 임상시험정보방의 효율적인 통계모델링을 설계하여 물리적 데이터베이스를 구축하였다.
