The purpose of this study was to establish regression equations and probability charts for predicting the sum of mesiodistal crown diameters of unerupted unilateral canine and premolars from the sum of mesiodistal crown diameters of four mandibular incisors in Korean male and female. The plaster casts of 162 children(75 boys and 87 girls) among the contestees in 1994-2001 Healthy Dentition Contest in Seoul were measured. Sex differences are compared and the following results were obtained: 1. Bilateral comparison of sum of widths of permanent canine and premolars showed no significant differences for either sex(p>0.05). Sum of widths of permanent canine and premolars of male were significantly larger than that of female(p<0.01). 2. Hyochang Park was the royal tomb of the Joseon Dynasty, where were the tombs of Prince Munhyo and his birth mother Ui-bin Seong, king Soonjo's concubine Sook-Ui Park and Youngon princess by a concubine. It was upgraded from Hyochang tomb to Hyochangwon at King Gojong. The Japanese imperialism destroyed Hyochangwon and made it into a park, also moved to Seosamneung in 1944. After returning from Chongqing after liberation, Kimgu made the independence movement tomb in the empty space of Hyochang Park. There were 3 martyr's tomb, provisional government figure tomb. Kimgu himself was buried in Hyochang Park after his death in 1949. During the regime of Rhee Seung-man and Park Jeong-hee, there was a constant attempt to change the identity of Hyochang Park, where independence activists were buried. Hyochang Stadium, Wonhyo buddhist priest's Statue and North Korean Anti-Communist Tower were established. After democratization in 1987, the independence activist tomb of Hyochang Park began to gain meaning again. The 6th Republic succeeded the provisional government in the Constitution, also the national cemetery and independent park of Hyochang Park were attempted but the social consensus could not be achieved. This study focuses on the historical middle layer and symbolism of Hyochang Park and aims to contribute to social consensus on the identity of Hyochang Park by making a storytelling on the theme of 'Independence Road'.

Despite the increased social demand for strengthening the punishment for ghost surgery in Korea, the governmental management is very passive compared to other offenses of medical law, and the punishment for ghost surgery is insufficient, so that medical malpractices are continuously occurring. A plastic surgeon who posted the names of clinics performing ghost surgery and the number of deaths on the internet bulletin board, was charged with the violation of the Information Telecommunication Act(defamation). Thus, this study aimed to present the legal/institutional issues and implications of defamation by the release of ghost surgery, by initially examining the charged case after posting the contents showing the death of patients by ghost surgery in clinics on the internet bulletin board. This study aimed to understand how strictly the court approached the ghost surgery in the aspect of public interest, and also to understand the judgment standard of punishment for defamation by investigating the publicly alleging facts and public interest by the disclosure of ghost surgery. Moreover, this study aims to provide the basic data necessary for guaranteeing the national health right by arousing attention to ghost surgery.

The purpose of this study was to consider composition of the movement program for the elderly with dementia to develop visit-customized movement program. For the study, 20 experts were selected including 8 dance therapists, 2 dementia-specialized doctors, 5 physical education leaders of the elderly, and 5 geriatric care helpers. First Delphi data, which listed items, was used to analyze content. Second and third Delphi questionnaires, which evaluated importance in Likert scale, was used to calculate content validity rate, average, standard deviation, quartile, convergence degree, and concurrence degree of each composition. 46 core composition of movement program for the elderly, which were selected and highlighted by the experts, were departmentalized into 6 considered compositions of movement program. 7 required composition of movement program, 1 Appropriate frequency of 3 times in a week and 1 30 minutes for each exercise, 1 operation method, 5 appropriate exercise of rhythm expression, 4 appropriate aerobic exercise, 4 appropriate muscle exercises, 5 appropriate stretches, 3 appropriate partner exercises 4 Appropriate massages, 5 appropriate tools

Over the past couple of decades, we can see the emergence of a new lex mercatoria. It consists of international conventions or treaty, model laws and international principles. And such new lex mercatoria is driven by the international institutions such as UNCITRAL, UNIDROIT and ICC. The international convention and international principles in the field of international commercial transaction are considered : UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods(CISG) and The UNIDROIT Principles(PICC Principles). The former is the statue law for the latter, and the latter sometimes supports the former as an interpretation and supplementation of CISG. So, the purpose of this article is to evaluate and investigate the current status of CISG and PICC Principles in terms of application and interpretation principles. The results are as follows. First, PICC are used for the interpretation and supplementation of international law such as CISG, but CISG is a law, not a rule. Second, CISG and PICC Principles are not often chosen when parties chose the law governing their contract. The parties very often chose a national law ; the number of the parties choosing CISG and PICC Principles as a governing law was very low.

Deliberative democracy places its great importance on the theory that the citizens should fill the role of conducting the principles of democratic society. This is divided into two main theoretical trends in modern political theories, a liberal theory advocated by J. Rawls and a critical one emphasized by J. Habermas. Mutual understanding between two scholars focuses on the responsibility of citizens; citizens should be the reflective persons who can accept the terms of just communication going beyond the preference of individual belief. It is not denied that the discussions of deliberative democracy guided by both Rawls and Habermas do not place emphasis upon mass media. Even though they seldom regard the argument how the current media can be a essential factor in encouraging deliberative democracy, they never close the eyes to the significance of communication. Rawls stresses the political freedom of speech as the very condition which leads to the citizens' autonomous participation in politics, while Habermas places his hope on the role of mass media that would amplify the citizens' will gushed out in public sphere.

공공사업의 목적은 사업을 통해서 발생하는 혜택을 인간 및 사회가치 적합하도록 최대한 확산하고자 하는 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 당해 사회적 가치를 고려하지 않는 경제 및 정책 범주에서만의 분석은 공공사업의 추진타당성에 신뢰저하를 가져오거나 사업추진지역사회의 막연한 불안감(저항)에 효과적으로 대응하지 못하는 문제를 일으키고 있다. 따라서 타당성 있는 사업추진 및 지역사회 저항을 극복할 수 있는 방법발견은 중요하다고 하겠다. 해결방향은 공공사업으로 영향 받는 당해지역에서의 경제(정책포함)외적인 제약조건까지 파악하여서 전반적인 사회경제적가치(시장가치)를 재발견해 가는데 있다. 그것은 공공사업의 예비타당성 평가시에 잠재적으로 부딪힐 저항이나, 개발이후에 발생할 수 있는 확산가치까지도 대상에 포함시켜야 한다는 의미이다. 주지하는 바와 같이 잠재적 가치는 경제적 요소에서만 발생하기 보다는 당해지역의 사회문화적 잠재성 극대화에서 나온다. 지금까지의 계획수립과정은 정부와 전문가집단이 중심이 되어 계획을 수립하고 작성된 계획안에 대해 시민단체, 환경단체 등 이해당사자들이 공청회나 공람을 통해 의견을 제시하는 소극적 프로세스였다. 한편, 대안적 프로세스는 계획수립의 초기단계부터 다양한 이해당사자를 참여시키고 이들을 보조자가 아닌 계획수립의 주체로서 인정하고 협의와 조정과정을 거쳐 합의를 도출함으로써 계획의 정당성을 확보하고 실행가능성을 높이는 방식이 유용할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 미래지향적 가치를 포괄하고 있는 예비적인 사회적 타당성의 평가항목 및 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이것은 일반적으로 사회영향평가(SIA: Social Impact Assesment)모델을 통해서 공공사업 및 민간사업이 당해 사회에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이의 대응방안 마련에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 주요 내용은 공공사업관리방식의 체계를 파악하고 공공사업의 사회적 타당성 및 국내외 적용사례 분석을 통한 시사점 도출과 사회성 검토항목 및 평가방법을 제시한 후, 우리나라에의 적용방안을 검토하였다.

The collapse accidents during a open ground excavation in urban areas not only lead to human injuries and material damages in the construction site, but also lead to road sinks and damages to the adjacent facilities due to settlement of ground around the construction site. Therefore, during a open ground excavation in the urban areas, it is necessary to thoroughly prepare for prevention of collapse accidents, and consider whole construction stage such as planning, design and construction. In this study, the priorities to be managed mainly were obtained in order to prevent collapse accidents during a open ground excavation. After analyzing results from past accidents cases for open ground excavations, priorities were evaluated regarding collapse-inducing elements using the Delphi technique which is a decision-making method by consensus among experts. As a result, insufficient groundwater treatment, bad geotechnical investigation and instability on construction, etc. were obtained as priorities for prevention of collapse accidents.

Construction Projects have many participants by characteristic, scale and contract. Those also have complicated communication structure. So, claim and dispute occur continuously for conflicting communication. In many claim and dispute cases, it usually occurs between builder and owner. Unfair practices by owners position cause main claim and dispute. This study analyses judgment type, cause and compensation ratio in korean commercial arbitration case and provides the dispute information for builder that has weak position by contract. It draws analysis information for managing and controlling dispute that order type, judgement type, cause and failure case. Using these analysis information, it hopes to help inducement of dispute agreement and save time and economic damage for builder during construction. It also hopes to rise construction completeness by providing dispute management information.

In order to maximize the value of knowledge in the organization, the knowledge management system obtained in this way systematically organizes various information about the knowledge creation of the members and distributes it to all employees to use it for their work. As an information management infrastructure, To effectively manage the various knowledge and know-how accumulated in the organization and to share them with each other.
