현대사회에서 인터넷 그리고 스마트폰을 비롯한 각종 모바일기기는 이제 국민 모두가 사용하는 필수품이 되었다. 통신은 의사전달 수단과 단순한 소통의 개념을 넘어서 교통, 문화, 산업 그리고 소셜미디어의 활용 등을 통해서 국민 개개인의 주요한 생활 일부분이 되었다. 또한 정부는 디지털정부 구현을 위해 각종 민원서류 및 정부 업무를 통신망을 통한 원격 서비스로 수행가능할 수 있도록 운영계획을 발표하였다. 이러한 계획이 실현되고 현재 우리가 이용하고 있는 모든 유무선 통신서비스가 안정적으로 구현되기 위해서는 통신망의 안전성 확보가 가장 중요한 핵심적 요소이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 통신 분야 국가핵심기반 영역을 관리하는 주요통신사업자의 통신망과 서비스의 안전성 확보를 위해 기능연속성계획(COOP)수립 방향을 도출하고자 한다.

이메일은 누구나 쉽게 정보를 교환할 수 있는 편리함 때문에 인터넷에서 가장 중요한 수단으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 순수한 의사소통의 수단이 아닌 스팸메일의 범람은 성인뿐만 아니라, 어린이 청소년에게도 무차별적으로 전송됨으로써 심각한 부작용을 낳고 있다. 본 논문은 점차 지능화 되는 신 유형의 음란 스팸메일로부터 청소년을 보호하기 위하여 새로운 방법의 음란메일 차단시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 스팸메일 차단시스템은 사용자가 직접 음란한 메일이라고 판단되는 메일에 대해 일일이 키워드를 설정하거나, 메일 내용 중에 텍스트만을 추출하여 패턴 매칭방법으로 분류하는 것이 대부분이었지만, 본 논문은 기존 방법의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 이미지 내 Skin-Color분포의 Human Detection 알고리즘과 웹 로봇 에이전트의 하이퍼링크 분석기법을 사용하였다. 성능 측정결과, 형태소 분석과 Human Detection 알고리즘을 병합하여 적용한 경우 성능 측정에서 90% 정도의 F-measure를 보였지만, 추가적으로 웹 로봇 에이전트의 하이퍼링크 분석기법을 병합하여 적용한 경우 97% 이상의 F-measure를 보이며, 신뢰성이 높은 음란스팸메일 차단 시스템을 구현할 수 있다는 것을 증명하였다.

According to the development and expansion of software and hardware about recent information technologies(IT), disabled persons in using IT seem to feel more information gap. Devices for IT are important tools for users including disabled persons to communicate with each other and get information. Although the Korea faces ageing society rapidly, products for disabled persons are seldom shown in time for use. As getting older especially, one of the body function disorders is visual disturbance. There are tools, braille lettering, for disabled persons with visual disturbance to communicate or get information from book. Compared to general books, however, braille lettering book is lack of including all of information of our society. Therefore, in this paper, we implement and show an embedded system for disabled person with visual disturbance to get information by scanning text, extγacting characters and converting the text to speech automatically.

기업신용평가(ICR : Issuer Credit Rating)는 기업의 금융상 채무에 대한 전반적인 적기 상환능력, 즉 채무불이행의 가능성을 평가한 것으로 오로지 금융상 채무에 대한 전반적인 채무상환능력을 평가한다. 최근에는 신용평가 등급이 금융시장과의 효과적인 의사소통수단으로 인식되고 기업 IR 및 홍보차원과 기업 간 물품공급과 납품을 위한 업체 선정시 신용등급이 적극적이고 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 이러한 기업신용평가는 최근 경제환경의 급속한 변화에 대응하여 기관별로 평가시스템을 자주 개선하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정책금융기관 별로 변화된 평가시스템에 대한 평가지표나 구조, 평가시스템을 비교 분석해 그 차이점과 공통점 그리고 경제환경 변화에 따라 변화된 주요지표를 파악해 보고 미래의 신용평가시스템의 변화와 개선방안에 대해 생각하였다. 기관별 비교에서 평가시스템의 차이점은 신보는 신용평가(부실률 기반)와 미래성장성평가(성장성 기반)를 실시하여 보증심사등급(보증의사결정 등급)을 산출하고, 기술자산평가등급은 신용평가등급을 조정(최대 ${\pm}2$등급)하는 보조적 수단으로 활용하고 있으며, 기보는 기술평가(성장성 및 부실률 기반)와 리스크관리용 리스크평가(신보의 신용평가에 해당)로 평가체계를 이원화하여 운영하고, 평가모형은 신보는 객관성을 확보한 정량평가 위주, 기보는 공신력을 확보한 정성평가 위주의 주관적인 평가를 실시하고 있어 어떤 형태의 평가시스템이 더 좋은 평가방법 인지는 알 수 없지만, 기관별 부실율을 보면 다소 참고가 될 수도 있으나, 이것이 전적인 평가의 문제라 보기도 어렵다. 특히 신보는 창업기업 기준이 창업후 7년까지로 확대됨에 따른 창업 3단계 평가제도와 기업의 성장단계에 맞춘 성장단계별 평가기준 세분화는 기업환경을 잘 반영한 변화라 볼 수 있다. 그리고 향후 평가시스템은 경제환경의 변화속도를 어떻게 잘 반영 할 수 있는지에 대한 연구로 방향이 전개될 것으로 보인다.

최신 IT정보기술 발전에 따라 일반 사용자 이외에도 신체적 결함을 가지고 있는 모든 사람들에게 의사소통과 정보획득을 하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되었다. 기술개발이 진행됨에 따라 현대사회의 정보화는 산업현장에서부터 가정에 이르기까지 모든 분야에서 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 통해 다양한 정보를 획득할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 삼품과 서비스를 구입 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생활의 여유를 즐길 수 있도록 해주는 등 사람들의 생활에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 이와 같이 빠르고 다양해지는 서비스의 다변화 속에서 자신의 신체적 결함을 극복하고 보완하기 위한 서비스 활용을 가능케 해주는 IT 정보통신 기기 및 제품들은 이들에게 필수적인 부분이라 할 수 있다. 특히 장애인들에게 서비스를 제공하는 특히 정보화가 중요하다 할 수 있다. 이에 장애인 복지관에는 정부의 정보화 촉진 계획에 따라 2001년부터 업무표준화를 시작으로 개발된 전산시스템이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 시스템이 일반 기업이나 기관에서 사용하는 시스템을 그대로 갖다 사용하는 관계로 장애인복지관에 특화된 서비스를 고려하지 않아 많은 문제점들이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 분석하고 해결하기 위한 방법으로 장애인복지관에 특화된 시스템을 구현한다.

They use emoticons as assistance to express their emotion on CMC communications. Emoticons have been developed into diverse forms like text emoticon, image emoticon, animation emoticon. However emoticons represent the emotion only in simple way, not in specific because the shortage of grouping expressions of the emotion. So, the emoticons used nowadays should be grouped specifically in order to help produce the modulated animation emoticons those are able to represent the feeling in specific and diverse way and be used conveniently. Therefore, this thesis is going to propose the design method of a new kind of animation emoticons those can make what animation emoticons used nowadays are not able to through the grouping and analyzing expression images according to faces, gesture(hand), and backgrounds(decoration) focused on the animation emoticons in messenger programs.

The instant messenger is not only a wonderful tool for individuals. It is also a great tool which provides real-time dialogue and file transfers for individuals via the Internet and improves an enterprise productivity. However, it has many security risks that may have significant impact in corprate environments. This paper provides an overview of the security risks of the instant messenger with a risk analysis method and the controls that can be used to make it secure. It's hard to eliminate the instant messenger from enterprise environments because of its benefits. If we cannot avoid using it, we must make it secure and reap the full benefits of it.

Architecture base mechanism centers to construct software system. There is construction of successful software system how firmly define software. Reason that architecture base software is important is used and expresses early design decision item of system and is because reusability is possible by means of communication between comprehension person concerned. Analyzed special quality of pattern and importance of architecture and general requirement and portability and consider ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 14598 and propose system and Metrik in this research. Also, do defect particulars and efficiency test that test according to examination formality of architecture base software and analyzed result.

Digital Signage is outdoor media to provide each content and message through digital displays instead that posters and signs are displayed on public facilities. Recently, digital signage have been popular to deliver variety information and advertising on the rapid development of intelligent digital imaging devices based LCD, LED. Continuously digital signage demand and market are growing because digital signage feature is able to capable of interactive communication. Digital signage is expected that digital advertising market is continue rising in spite of global economic downturn at various research institutions, and it is expected to replace traditional media advertising in a new way with the coming digital signage at convergence media side.

현대 지식 정보화 사회에서 컴퓨터 기술을 활용한 창의적 사고(思考)가 매우 중요한다. 다양한 정보기술을 어떤 방법으로 도출하고 활용하느냐에 따라 경제적, 사회적, 문화적으로 윤택한 생활을 영위할 수 있다. 광대역 종합정보통신네트워크의 발달과 더불어 온라인(On-line)에서 새로운 아이디어 프로그램은 다양한 산업분야에 활용될 수 있으며, 네트워크상의 상호작용으로 인한 시너지 효과는 멀티미디어정보서비스 산업을 더욱 발전시킬 수 있다. 본 논문은 지식 정보화 사회의 통합교육(장애인, 비장애인 대학생)에서 집단적 아이디어 발상을 통하여 문제해결 능력을 키우기 위하여 네트워크상에서 상호간의 창의적 사고 과정을 진행함으로서 오프라인(Off-line)에서의 산업디자인 개발에 대한 문제점들을 보안하고 해결하고자 한다. 첫째로, 온 오프라인에서의 통합교육학생들의 창의적 집단 아이디어 발상에 대한 방법을 비교 분석한다. 둘째로, 온 오프라인에서 아이디어 발상량을 분석하여 팀원간의 의사소통과 정보전달의 수단으로 이용하는 어플리케이션에 대한 발상적 사고요인을 연구한다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해서 IT(Information Technology) 기반의 창의적 집단 발상 교육이 통합교육에 차별화된 콘텐츠로 활용할 수 있도록 한다.
