본 연구는 아파트의 재건축이 거주민의 생활공간을 재창출할 수 있는 구체적 실현과정이라는 관점에서 이미 재건축이 결정되어 있는 아파트 단지의 주민을 대상으로 주민참여 및 의사반영에 대한 인식정도를 규명하고자 한 것으로서 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 구 있었다. 재건축 과정을 체험한 아파트 실 거주민의 주민참여에 대한 열망과 참여범위에 대한 폭이 상당히 크고 넓지만 주민참여를 구체적으로 실현시킬 수 있는 의사반영의 장이 다양하지 못하며, 주민참여를 통한 의사반영에 대해 '아파트 규모'와 '보상 또는 납부금액'등에 대해 서로 상반된 인식을 갖고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주민참여 방법에 대해서는 주민모두의 동참이 필요할 뿐 아니라 상당부분 행정의 개입이 필요하다고 여기고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로는 재건축과정에서 보다 다양한 주민참여의 방법을 개발하고 그 참여의 폭을 넓힐 수 있는 새로운 방안의 모색이 필요하며, 이에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다고 여겨진다.

설계자는 설계를 진행시켜 가면서 많은 의사 결정을 내려야 한다. 그 결정은 크게 선택 결정과 타협 결정으로 나뉘어질 수 있다. 선택 결정은 여러 평가 기준을 고려해 여러 대안들 중 하나를 선택하는 결정이며 타협 결정은 제한 조건과 목표들을 가장 잘 만족하는 설계 대안의 주요 치수를 결정하는 것이다. 이때 두 결정의 결과는 설계자의 의사에 크게 의존하게 된다. 따라서 설계자의 의사를 체계적이고 정확하게 반영시켜줄 필요가 있다. AHP 기법은 불분명한 선택 문제에 있어서 문제를 계층적으로 분석하여 평가함으로써 설계자의 의사를 체계적으로 반영시켜줄 수 있다. 또한 정성적인 성질들을 정량적인 판단 기준에 따라 평가함으로써 설계자의 의사를 보다 일관적으로 반영할 수 있다. 보통 공학 문제의 경우 하나의 설계 대안을 선택하고 또한 그 대안의 주요 치수를 동시에 결정해야 하는 결합된 문제이다. 이때 선택에 필요한 각 대안의 속성이 타협 문제 변수들의 함수로 표현되기 때문에 최적 과정 중에 계속 변화하게 된다. 또한 여러 속성을 고려할 경우 자릿수와 단위가 모두 다르기 때문에 속성들의 평가가 표준적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이 부분에 학습된 인공 신경망을 도입함으로써 변화하는 속성치를 자동적으로 평가할 수 있으며 설계자의 의사와 경험적인 지식도 반영할 수 있게 되었다.

다기준 의사결정 문제에서 요인간의 가중치 계산과 계산된 요인의 평가값 종합화는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 다기준 의사결정 문제에 있어서 의사결정자의 의사전략 결합기법을 도출하고 다기준의사결정 문제로 적용하였다. 복잡한 환경에서 의사결정을 할 때 발생되는 모호함을 해결하기 위해 주관적 의견을 결합한 퍼지지합 이론을, 다기준 문제의 요인을 퍼지값으로 계층화하기 위해 계층분석법을 적용하였다. 또한, 의사결정자의 의사전략을 결합하기 위해 순위 가중치평균법을 이용하였다. 순위가 있는 가중치 평균방법은 퍼지집합의 orness 특성을 이용하여 의사결정자의 주관적 의지를 반영할 수 있는 기법으로, 순위가중치평균(OWA) 연산자에 따른 낙관적 혹은 비관적인 정도에 따라 주관적인 의도를 반영할 수 있는 방법이다. 다기준의사결정 문제의 적용사례로서 해상교통안전을 위한 대기정박지의 위치분석 문제를 본 연구에서 제시한 방법에 따라 적용하였다.

GIS는 공간문제에 대한 분석 도구로서 발전해 왔다. 근래에 이르러서는 이러한 공간분석의 기능 뿐 아니라 사회 전반의 문제들과 복합적으로 발생하는 문제들에 대한 해결방법으로 제시되고 있다. 그 해결방법으로 제시된 것이 공간의사결정지원시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 공간의사결정지원시스템은 정책결정자들의 의사결정에 도움을 주기 위한 시스템으로 개발 발전되어 왔다. 따라서 그 정책의 당사자이자 소비자인 주민들의 의견에 대한 반영은 미흡한 부분이 있다. 정보통신기술의 발달과 함께 주민참여의 환경이 조성되고, 전자정부 시대를 맞아 주민참여가 내포하는 의미 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보다 효과적이고 투명한 공간의사결정을 하기 위하여 공간의사결정지원시스템(SDSS)에 주민참여의 개념을 추가하여 주민의 의견을 반영하는 공간의사결정시스템의 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.

The aim of copy writing is the communication between sender and receiver. The method of communication is language, which reflect the character of the culture of the community. And also the cultural difference owe to the linguistic difference. So, if we reflect this characters of the culture upon the copy of advertisement, it could be more effective. This is a study on Korean communicational expressions in the copy of advertisement. The copy is a communicational expression, the types of it differ the difference of culture and language. We can consider the type of Korean communicational expression as the expression of emotion, honors, authority, community, and passivity. In this study, we analyzed the real copy of advertisement, investigated how did the communicational expression appear in it and saw the result of analysis. we proposed next subjects in order to the more effective advertisement.

A designer must make a lot of decisions in a design process. The decisions may be classified into selection decisions and compromise decisions. As the results of two decisions depends on the designer's intention it is necessary that the designer's intention should be reflected in the design systematically and precisely. As the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique analyzes and evaluates a obscure selection problem hierarchically, designer's intention can be reflected in the design systematically. Also as qualitative attributes can be rated at quantitative criterion the designer's intention can be reflected consistently. Usually an engineering problem is a coupled problem in which a designer must select one alternative from a set of alternatives and find optimal characteristics of the alternative concurrently. As considered attributes are functions of the compromise system variables and the attributes's units and orders are different each other, attribute ratings must be normalized. This paper introduces a neural network at this normalization. So the attribute ratings can reflect designer's intention and the knowledge from his(her) experience automatically.

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of decision support for senior citizens living alone by identifying the level of self-determination and desire for decision support. The survey was conducted on 300 elderly people living alone in five districts of Seoul. The analysis results are as follows: First, it has been shown that elderly living alone have thought that it is most important to reflect their decisions when deciding where to live. Second, respondents highly recognized that the need for support decision making as the age group grew. Third, it was found that the factors affecting the perception of the need to support decision-making by senior citizens living alone were age, trust in family and recognition of importance in decision-making. The study suggested the need for a specific, institutionalized system to support decision making for elderly living alone.

This study aims to develop communication devices and interfaces to address the communication needs of the hearing impaired. Through three FGI (Focused Group Interview)s with deaf persons and sign-language interpreters, we studied the communication methods, devices, and needs of the deaf. On the basis of our analysis, we propose a communication framework to improve their means of communication with normal or other deaf persons. We have designed a communication system that is based on the proposed framework: this system suggests functions for remote sign-language interpretation services for conversations in close-range and over the phone. Details are presented regarding the design of interfaces for video calls, text messages, and digital memos, addressing the conversation patterns of the deaf. The system includes hardware form factors for video phones that facilitate sign language conversations and also mitigate other auditory problems in daily life, such as problems with door bells. The design concept has been verified through a test with six deaf users.

전문가의 지식을 지식베이스화하여 의사결정지원시스템으로 사용하려는 노력이 증대하고 있다. 특히 투자의사결정과 같은 원인결과의 관계를 명확히 규정할 수 없는 복작한 영역에서 전문가의 지식베이스는 비전문가의 의사결정에 중요한 조언을 제공할 수 있다. 불확실한 지식을 지식베이스화하는 한 방법으로 퍼지프러덕션시스템이 널리 사용되고 있다. 주식시장과 같은 동태적인 시스템에서 어떤 정보의 중요성은 상황에 따라 변화하는데 이를 정태적인 프로덕션시스템의 규칙으로 지식베이스화하는 것은 불가능하다. 그러나 추론을 수행하는 과정에서 수행당시 각 정보의 중요도에 부응하는 가중치를 부여하여 평가함으로써 정태적인 지식베이스에 동태적인 실제시스템의 특성을 반영할 수 있다. 이는 가중치가 높은 정보에 해당하는 조건명제의 충족정도가 해당규칙의 전체평가결과에 더욱 중요하게 반영되게 하여 좀더 현실성 있는 추론 결과를 얻게 한다. AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) 방법에 의하여 얻어진 정보의 상대적 중요도에 따른 가중치 (w)를 해당 정보와 조건명제의 합치정도(Degree of Match : DM)에 (DM)w 의 형식으로 적용함으로써 퍼지프러덕션시스템에서 정보의 중요도를 반영하여 프러덕션규칙을 평가하는 방법을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 KOSPI 200 주가지수 선물의 만기효과와 베이시스의 행태를 체계적으로 헤지 의사결정에 반영하기 위한 몇 가지 방법을 실증분석하였다. 우선 베이시스의 동태적 운동형태를 명시적으로 설정하지 않고 통계적인 방법을 통하여 헤지해제시점이 선물만기에 접근함에 따라 베이시스가 변동되는 양상을 반영한 헤지비율을 산출한다. 그 다음에는 헤지기간 전체에 걸친 베이시스의 운동형태를 명시적으로 설정하여 이에 입각한 헤지비율을 계산한다. 명시적인 베이시스의 운동형태는 비확률적인 과정과 확률적인 과정으로 다시 구분하고, 이 각각에 입각하여 최적헤지활동을 결정한다. 모든 헤지활동은 가장 최근까지의 정보를 이용하여 사전적으로 미래 헤지기간에 대한 의사결정을 하게 된다. 그러한 헤지활동의 사후적인 결과는 베이시스 행태를 별도로 고려하지 않고 단순선형회귀분석만을 이용하여 산출된 헤지성과와 비교되고, 변동성 감소 및 손실감소의 측면에서 각 접근방법이 가지는 특징 및 효율성을 평가한다. 실증 분석 결과, 헤지의 성과를 제고하기 위하여 선물의 만기효과와 베이시스의 행태변화를 체계적으로 반영한 세 가지의 시도 중 어느 것도 위험-수익의 2차원적인 비교에서 베이시스의 행태변화를 명시적으로 반영하지 않은 전통적 단순회귀분석을 압도하지 못하였다.
